2017-05-11 [Synirria]: Most hospitals dont have them anymore as long as the visitors are quiet. At least not in my area so I'm going to say no

2017-05-12 [~Valkyrie~]: I think visiting hour restrictions are mostly just for special cases like ICU patients and such
