Characters!
:Ok, I don't really care what format you use for your characters as long as they're descriptive.:
: Characters can be "Drivers", typical humans, or something totally not human. It matters not, just be original!:
: If your character is a driver, Do realize that they will all have some sort of major affliction from the use of the drug, no exceptions!:
: And as far as abilities go, don't just slap something on, be creative, explain in detail how it works, and give them a good reason to have such an ability.:

Okay! So now that apparently this works, because now I have more rebels than Drivers *holy shitstorm*. But, anyway, yeah so only one more Driver and I think we'll be good to go so get those apps in people!
