2006-02-19 [xido]: This page will be password-protected, and house the entries in the Elftown Water Fountain Design Contest, images by creators who work beyond the realm of the contest, as well as for those who could not enter, due to time restraints, image-uploading capabilities, etc. This will also help to provide Elftowners with a location to post artwork that might not necessarily go anywhere else in the Open RP Community of ET.
