In this unit, we will examine and discuss as a class the entirety of the notions of dragons in the Earth Realm (that is, the 4-dimensional physical world we call home and the cosmos that surrounds it). We will look for the potential history of dragons in the world, in the galaxy and in the multiverse (that is, the many realms that overlap and conjoin to form the basic cosmological structure of our known and unknown univers).

We will discuss the works of Ernest Drake (see [#Reference List] below; Drake, E., & Steer, D., 2003), the online community, research works, alternative works, mythologies, and more. All of these will relate to dragons as found on Earth and in our own realm. Onward, dracologists and dragonologists!

2007-03-06 [DanClark]: In this particular section of the dragon pages, will the historical myths of dragons be explored? And if yes will the be restricted to european mythology or will all cultures be represented?

2007-03-23 [xido]: Yes, it will delve into Earth Lore, and yes, all cultures will be represented. ;)
