Poem's Title: Not Him
Poem:
The apple fell too close to the tree.
I'm him, not me.
It's not my personality.
It's changed, adapted.
I'm too like him,
full to the brim,
with anger and rage.
I'm him not me.
I want to be me, just me.
To have my own personality.
To be a different person,
to be happy.
Not to shout, or yell.
So happy, you can tell.
I want to change.
To be me, not him.

Poem's Title: Civilized
Poem:
The way to think is the way to feel
The way to happiness is under heel
To fake the path we have to make a deal
If we think content, then it must be real
And we call it
Civilization
Civilize me, civilize the world
We got the guns
Who's gonna say no?
Civilize them, civilize the world
We got war machines
And the crushing blow
And so when the problems and danger arise
We toss kids their guns, is this civilized?
We pull kids from families with no goodbyes
At least when they die, they will be civilized!

Poem's Title: Red Moon
Poem:
In the dark of dusk
A stalker hunts the night
it creeps and crawls
Just out of sight.
My heart is pounding
I can hardly breathe
The creak of a door
the rustle of leaves
Around every corner
I expect a terror
Maybe all my superstitions
Is just an error
I break into a run
Blinded by fright
Away from the shadows
Into the light
I burst into the room
I didn't really know
I turn on the lights
It's just a shadow!
I laughed at my stupidity
At my own flaw
Thats when i noticed
Shadows don't have claws
As screams pierce the night
And fade into the gloom
Blood seeps through the cracks
In the red moon.

Poem's Title: Lady Wintertime
Poem:
A cold winter breeze
brushing my cheeks
whispering beautiful songs in my ears
playing with the white locks
of my frosty hair
My pale blue skin
glows faintly in the night
Snowflakes drifting
down for my delight
small, delicate fairy wings
fluttering as they come
I raise my head toward the skies
smiling to the stars
My heart sings and I rejoice
for it is winter again
And I am the Lady Wintertime

Poem's Title: Regret
Poem:
There she sits alone as guilt overtakes her soul.
She wasn't ready for a baby.
She's just 16 years old.
And it's not murder, that's what they say.
But he heard his heartbeat yesterday.
And it's so sad,
It's just a tragedy.
Such big green eyes,
They'll never ever see.
Oh no.
So lost and confused in a crazy world,
We meet a cold and lonely girl.
Stirred up in lust with a boy she just met.
He leaves her life, the abyss of regret.
And she cries, every time she thinks of her baby.
She wants to die, cause of what she did to her baby boy.
She thinks, what if she kept her baby,
Maybe, maybe.
