Trapped in a place called Purgatory, judgement is dealt swiftly. EXperiments wander the streets freely, sadisitic living nightmares. The Unseen slip amongst the humans. Tension rises, where even accusation of being one of the beasts leads to death with no evidence. A mess of precincts amongst a maze of streets makes up the city. A city which the humans dare to call their own. Yet those who deal the judgement are truly the ones who rule the city. And they are hardly human.

-Basic Rules-
1. There will be blood...I am sure of that...so if you can't stand blood...don't join...it will also probably get quite dark...
who knows...
2. NO POWERPLAYING!!!!
There will be one warning before powerplayers are kicked out...and their characters will suffer.
3. No endless complaining if your character is killed off. You have been forewarned about the possibility of being killed. It could only be your fault for getting in such a situation.
4. You can only kill off another character if it would be completely impossible for that character to get out of the situation. Even then, you should have some kind of reason and not just do it to be spiteful or vindictive. And even then, I hope not all the characters will be killed off, otherwise this rp will suck...
