Abilities/powers: Lire’s eyes are still just as effective as they were when she was younger with the change she can now control when they freeze a person and her reflexes are still unrivaled however she has developed another abnormality as she grew older. A pair of small glands formed on the roof of her mouth behind her canines; these glands hold a paralyzing poison that Lire has learned to use to her advantage by pressing her tongue against them and then licking a weapon before she throws it. The poison can also be passed if she bites someone or directly after pressing the glands before she’s had a chance to wash her mouth out.

General appearance: Her appearance has changed a little drastically; she now has medium length, spiky hair that is a startling white. Her skin is still tan and she now keeps her nails long; keeping them sharp enough to break skin if she scratches someone. Her eyes are a dark grey when she is normal and a startling clear silver that seems to glow when she is fighting or trying to freeze someone.

Additional Appearance: She has a jeweled braid hanging from the left side of her hair; the white braid is decorated with several red beads and is a few inches than the rest of her hair. Her snake tattoo now winds down over her left hip and curls around her left leg; hundreds more scales have been added but there is still a lot more room for more. She has a scar on her right cheek right below her eye where a dagger cut into her cheek and she still has the same winding scar on her left arm although this has faded for the most part.

Personality: Lire is serious; her emotions are wild and unpredictable; she can be easily angered or patient. It depends on the person and her general mood. She is calculating and quiet; preferring not to get involved but will step in if she has too. Her violent streak has blossomed into a bloodthirsty desire that scares her although she has learned to accept it and work with it. She’s basically become unhinged and is sadistic when she fights; playing with her target and tormenting them until her poison comes into effect. It’s because of this that she remains with the X-men; the structure and organization they provide help her stay on track even though her loyalties lie more with individuals instead of the cause.

Special Skills: Developing poisons and antidotes are a favorite pastime. She is still skilled at blending into situations and acting her way out of trouble. It’s hard to know her true feelings on anything as she is rarely open to anyone.

Weapon(s) of choice: Any type of throwing weapon or bladed weapons. Guns are to impersonal for her and secretly she doesn’t like how fast they kill a target.

Medical information: Poisonous glands in her mouth. The poison is also what is slowly driving her insane and there is a possibility it is slowly killing her.

Brief History: She originally came to the mansion after fleeing from various gangs over 9 years ago. She was full of hope that she would be able to overcome her past and be able to live a normal life; however, it was a futile dream. A lifetime of training, death and betrayal proved impossible to overcome and she was dragged back into the only world she seemed to fit in. This time though was different; she was tired of being chased and hunted and settled deals with some and killing the rest who refused to relent. She then faded into obscurity; staying out of conflicts for the most part with devestating results for both sides when she did step in to intervene. When the mutant world fell into turmoil she came back to the mansion; conscious of the loyalty she owed Xavier for helping her the first time and determined to help the ones who supported his cause and repay the debt she believes she still owes.
