This is the room Gabriel chose in Elyria's castle. It's small, but large enough for Gabriel to move around comfortably. There's a small oak desk facing a window looking out over the town. A non-matching maple chair sits before the desk. Large crimson red curtains are drawn back by small black ties and the only other window also has a town view. There's a small one person bed leaned up against a wall, navy blue blankets and white sheets cover it. The walls are bare, along with the ceiling. The only lights in the room are small table lamps, one on the desk, and one on the night table wedged between the bed and the wall.
Gabriel walked into the room and looked around. "I love it" he said more or less to himself.
Elyria peered inside, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips, "Glad you like it." She said.
Gabriel turned fast. "You don't mind if I take this room?" he asked, smiling softly.
"No, you can have it... It's a nice room." Elyria replied.
Gabriel nodded, then got a sudden burst of energy. He quickly scooted over to the bed and jumped onto it, sitting and letting himself bounce on it. He grinned widely at Elyria. "Sorry, I couldn't resist..."
Elyria laughed lightly and shook her head, "It's your bed after all..." She replied, "How's the mattress?"
Gabriel bounced on the mattress once more. "Bouncy" he laughed lightly. "It's comfy... come test it out!" he said, patting the matress beside him.
"Haha, that's okay." Elyria said, shaking her head.
Gabriel grinned even more. "Oh come on" he stood up and went over to Elyria, holding out a hand. "Come on..."
"I... really shouldn't... it's your bed after all..." Elyria murmured.
"Oh, but I insist!" Gabriel laughed lightly and dragged Elyria over to the bed. He gently tossed her onto the bed. then jumped sitting onto it. He bounced gently.
"Whoa!" Elyria gasped as she struggled to sit up, giving a soft laugh, a slight blush tainting her face.
"You can't say that wasn't fun!" Gabriel chuckled, stopping bouncing and looking at Elyria.
"No, I can't..." She said honestly, pulling herself to her feet, "But I've got to get downstairs and straighten up the kitchen a bit... I'm glad you like the room."
"Yea, I.. I love it" Gabriel smiled and stood up. "Here, I'll come help you if you want..."
"I wouldn't mind a little help... All that really needs done are the dishes and getting set up for making breakfast in the morning." Elyria smiled/
Gabriel nodded, smiling widely. "I can do that!" he said, chuckling lightly. "Just give me a minute, and I'll join you downstairs"
"Mmkay then, don't get lost on the way down." Elyria murmured, slipping out of the room.
Gabriel grinned. "I won't, I'll be right there" he smiled, shutting the door. He looked over at the bureau in the corner of the room. He spotted a large mirror and went over to it. His reflection looked evil. "Ok, listen you" Gabriel said sternly to his reflection. "Stop it! I like this girl, I don't want you to ruin anything! Not like last time!" he hissed. The reflection seemed to grin even more evilly. "But Gabriel, it's fun" it hissed back to him. Gabriel shook his head. "Stay out of it!" The reflection's face went serious and seemed to stare at Gabriel. "I don't want to" he slurred. Gabriel leaned on the bureau and leaned so close to the mirror that his nose almost touched it. "Leave me, and her alone" with that he leaned back and forced a happy smile. Then he left the room to go downstairs.
Gabriel went back into his room and shut the door fast. "Leave me alone I said" he growled, staring at the mirror. His reflection seemed to stand there smiling at him. "
But why Gabe? It's so fun to bother you" the reflection said. "But I don't want you bothering me... not with her around... I don't want to hurt her! Just, leave me alone!" "
I can't guarantee anything Gabe ol' buddy"
Gabriel shook his head and left the room in search of the music room.
Gabriel went into his room and gently shut the door. He went over and looked into the mirror, staring at his evil looking reflection. "
Well well Gabe.. that took some guts" the reflection said, grinning evilly. "Yea, well, you aren't helping any" Gabriel answered, frowning. "
You're welcome" the reflection answered. Gabriel shook his head and turned to go to his bed. He lay down and turned on his side so he could see out the window at the town, all lit up against the velvet navy blue sky.
