We aim to dissolve ignorance without preaching. We are not fanatics, we are just trying to do our bit for humankind.

What is a pagan? Definitionpagan

July 2004. Not long ago a good friend of mine who ive know since i was 17 came to meet me for lunch. I was really looking forward to it as she had been away for some time. Many of you may already know i am a very devoted pagan. She is a strong christian. Never before have our differnt religions come between us until this day. She spent the whole time preaching to me about God. At first i laughed it off but then i realised just how serious she was. She kept on and on about how as a pagan i was comitting evil practices and that id been lied to and that God was the only truth.
I tried to be civil about it, suggesting different points about christianity that were a little questionable but she wouldnt have any of it. It saddened me greatly that she would do this, not just because we are friends but becuase it shows a total lack of respect for your fellow human to preach to him. I havent spoken to her since..One things for sure our friendshaip will never be the same again. Before you think it im not a christian hater.

So im in the internet cafe, getting a drink and a snack before i come online and this guy is just standing at the counter and sees the pentagram round my neck.
He asks me why im wearing it, I say Im pagan
He says that not a pagan symbol when you conseider how old paganism has been around and how long the pentagram has bveen around.
I say, so what are you trying to say.Do you have any expertise in this area.
He says no, but im older than you and that *points* is a kabbalah symbol.
I say, i think your mistaken about that. Not wishing to offend him.
He says, you shouldnt be wearing it, do you have any tattoos?
By this time im getting very confused but answer no.
He says well if youre going to be something, you get yourself marked because thats better than wearing something round your neck.
At that point Ive had enough of this apparent weirdo so i just walk off......
