I'm Going To Throw Up

The sentence that could get you out of a sticky situation

I read somewhere the other day advice for female hitch-hikers, and one of the advice was "learn the phrase 'I'm going to throw up' in five languages." You can see the way this would be helpful to a female hitch-hiker, finding herself in a moving car with someone she realises she shouldn't be in a moving car with. But! I don't think that is the only situation where this phrase might prove useful in giving you some desired distance or providing an exit from company - whatever the reason.

So I ask for your help: please share the phrase "I'm going to throw up" or any more natural variant of it in any language that you know. Try to make it as easy as possible.
