They looked back and forth down the halls. "Which way?" Rena asked. "Uhhhh.....Thi
s way." Yusuke said pointing forward. "How do you know!?" Kuwabara pointed. "Because there's energy coming from that way stupid." Yusuke answered. "Oh...right. Well I knew that." Kuwabara said, then followed the others.
Yuniko was being held in a medium stone room with chains on her hands and legs and chained to the wall. She had a metal mask covering her mouth as well. Two demons wearing armor stood a few feet from her. "She doesn't have the jewel." One of them said. "What are we going to tell the boss? He doesn't exactly like bad news." The other said. "The truth. He doesn't like it when we lie either. Pulse he might give us another chance to get the other girl." The first answered. "Who are you!? You had better not harm my friends." Yuniko yelled. "Your friends have the jewel, and our master wants it. We will use any kind of force necessary to retrieve the jewel. Even if it means death to them." One of the guards said. At this point she had tears in her eyes and so much anger in her heart.
Meanwhile, the team wandered down the dark long halls. "So why did they take Yuniko? I mean after all you have the jewel." Kuwabra pointed out. Rena sighed, "Well they could have mistaken me for-IT'S GONE!" She screamed with her hand to her chest where the jewel was supposed to be. "What do you mean!?" They asked. "The jewel is gone! Yuniko must have taken it before she captured. Probably when we were fighting. Oh she wanted to show Kurama her sea form so badly that she took the jewel and planed to show him tonight. But then she was captured!" Rena put her hands on her head. "We'll sort this out later. But if she took the jewel, that means the demons must have taken it, right?" Yusuke said. Everyone looked at each other grimly. Then they went running down the hall.
Yuniko struggled against the chains on her wrists and ankles. "I'm glade they didn't search my stomach.....If they did, they might have gotten the jewel.........D@mn! Why won't these things budge!?" She thought to herself.
[If ya haven't figured it out yet, Yuniko has the jewel in her stomach.]
She struggled recklessly to get free. But to no avail and she finally stopped limping her head down and sighed.
Meanwhile the team was still running. "How long is this frigin' hall anyway!?" Kuwabara panted. Finally they saw a light and a doorway. "Well there's your answer, Kuwabara!" Yusuke said. They entered a plane light blue room with a door on the other side of it. A girl stood in there path though. She wore a belly T-shirt top. It was red with green sleeves and a green trim on her v-neck and bottom of the shirt. She wore the same colored gloves, but the gloves had no fingers to it. She held a red staff with a gold curved blade and gold tip at the end. Then she wore like a loin cloth for a bottom. The strip was green and the cloth reached to her ankles and was red and gold. She wore red fighting shoes that also had green trim to them. She had brown hair that was tied into a green ribbon. "Well hello. I've been expecting you." She said. "Who are you and what have you done with Yuniko!? TELL ME!" Rena demanded. "Your sister is fine. For now. But anyways, I'm Sung-Mina, and I will be your opponent." She answered. Rena took one step forward but was stopped by Kurama's hand on her shoulder. "I'll fight her." He said. Rena looked confused, but she stepped back at how serious he was. "I'll be fighting you!? Well alright......it's better then her anyway." Sung-Mina said. She took her staff and leaned back, pointing it at him. Kurama took out his rose. "Is that what your using? How pathetic!" Sung-Mina said. Then Kurama turned it into his Rose Whip. Sung-Mina raised an eyebrow and mumbled to herself, "This'll be interesting...."
Kurama ran at her and slashed his rose whip. She graded with her staff and Kurama slashed a few more time which only led to her guarding some more. Though Kurama kept a small distance. Finally she jumped back and took a sword stance. Feet planted firm on the ground, two hands gripping the end of the item and the staff faced Kurama. "Time to go on the affective." She said. Kurama stood his ground as she charged. Then she jumped into the air and came down, spinning her staff down too. Kurama jumped back in time, then slashed her leg with his whip. She lifted her staff from her knelt position and fire streamed out of it at Kurama. He rolled to the side, but got burnt on his arm. He winced and looked at Sung-Mina. She stood, limped on her leg, with her staff hung down.
Kurama saw this chance and delivered the final blow. He created a vien, that rose from the ground and stabbed her through the back. In a moment, poison surged through her and she was dead. "Why did that seem too easy?" Hiei suspected as he walked up to Kurama.
Then the lights dimmed. The place shook and thumps could be heard as the floor collapsed in a circle around the team and the dead girl that hung in the air by the vein. This gave the room a gloomy greenish tint. They saw a bridge to the door. Kurama got up and they all ran to the door. Just as they got through, they heard the room behind them collapse. "Maybe that was why, Hiei..." Yusuke said. "Still....it was too easy." Hiei said. "Yeah, well, let's just go!" Rena ran ahead.
Yuniko had fallen asleep and her head was limped down. "I didn't capture you to let you sleep, my dear." A low voice came from the doorway. Yuniko woke and looked up. A tall figure stood in the light, then walked in to show himself. He had blue skin with white hair that stuck up and a white beard. His clothes were light blue and baggy and he wore a red kings robe with a fluffy white riming. "Who are...." "I am Lord Kairu." "Kairu!? What kind of name is that for a villain!?" Yuniko laughed. "IT WAS THE NAME I WAS GIVEIN!!!" He answered in a funny angry anime style way. "As I was saying! I'm going to be the new ruler of the world by using that jewel, so there's no use in hiding it, just give it to me." Kairu continued. "I.....don't have it...." Yuniko said,
(still wearing the mask in case anyone forgot.) "Then tell me where it is. You don't have it. My gards say your sister doesn't have it." Kairu walked up to her. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT!!??" Yuniko yelled. "My guards did a spiritual search on your sister, she doesn't have it." Kairu answered, then he turned away and walked a few steps. "So why did you just spirit search me?" Yuniko asked. "We couldn't" "What do you mean you couldn't?" Yuniko asked. "There is something about you that didn't let us search you in that way. I've looked over your blueprints, but nothing." Kairu turned to her. "Blueprints?" Yuniko questioned. "My team made blueprints of you and your sisters powers, abilities, weaknesses, and body. Yet nothing says anything about you having a barrier to keep out a spirit search." Kairu answered. "Well.......I don't know either." Yuniko tilted her head to the side. "I'll be back when your ready to talk." Kairu turned in frustration and walked out the door, shutting it behind him. Yuniko soon began to cry afterwards.
