2007-07-06 [Linderel]: If I had to make a guesstimate, though... When you're creating a new image, see if there's anything saying 'advanced options' and choose 'transparency' for the field saying 'fill with'. That's how it's done on GIMP, I would imagine it's similar enough.
The you just write the text as usual and save it as .gif, should work. :3
