Defender: Fighter focused more on defending than attacking, quite resistant to most forms of damage and a capable guard.

--Basic Info--
Defenders are the epitomy of knightly combat, using their skills to defend their weaker allies and bring shields to bear against even the most brutal of attacks. Trained daily in the art of constitution and fortitude, the talents of a Defender are best suited to acting as a front runner in a group with the ability to break a strong frontward attack. Most of their basic power comes from defense and damage resisting, but they still have the basic ability to increase other fighter attributes to balance themselves out.

--Other Classes-- Defenders are best suited with classes that do not have higher defense, such as all support classes and some fighters that concentrate greatly on attack power. Acting as a shield and spear combination, the defend and attack power of a defender - warrior combination can greatly increase a party's survivability when in a dangerous fight. That a defender can protect nearby allies is enough that in a tough fight with fragile allies, they are irreplaceable, though it does make them vulnerable to area effect spells.

--The Good-- The good defender focuses more on armor than weapons, relying on allies to make a kill whilst they focus on defending the group. Good defenders will always be near at least one ally, and typically the most fragile of the group. It's best if they can cover all allies at once, but focus should be directed towards those who need them the most.

--The Bad-- The bad defender is one who focuses entirely on their own strengths and ability to break attacks. The need to help allies is hardly a priority over dominating a foe with powerful attacks. Like waves breaking on the rocky shore, so shall the attacks of their enemies with not even a single scratch getting through. Bad defenders will wait patiently for the enemy to approach them, once they have attacked then the Defender will have them ready for a vicious counterstrike.

--The Ugly -- The ugly, or badly roleplayed defender focuses entirely on attacking and moving around. Tactics play no role in where they are positioned, hit the enemy first and they won't be able to hit you. Don't focus on allies, they only slow you down. Strike, strike, strike. If you wait even the slightest bit, you'll be overwhelmed in no time. Above all else, get a good two-handed weapon, screw shields.
