Grim stood there for a few seconds before responding with "Pounds?" Shaking his head in confusion he looked around trying to find anything that lead him to the basement. Eventually he looks down at Kikano. "You see stairs?"

Kikano shook his head gently at the question. "No, but..." He trailed off when he did spot the stairs down a hallway. He tapped Grim's forearm and pointed with his tail. "Right there." He smiled to himself and began to walk down the hallway. "And nobody was hurt!" He said rather happily, strutting a bit. "I would've made a fine Guardian Angel." He said gently to himself, peeking back to spot Grim following. "In fact... A Guardian Angel takes on the form of an animal when with it's living being, so...." In mid step his body began to change into that of his feline form, his ears twitching once done. He turned and bolted up Grim's form with his small claws gripping cloth, quickly sitting down on his shoulder and wagging his tail. "I am your Guardian Angel!" He exclaimed, his voice portraying a bit of amusement. "Onward, Grim!" He mewed as he swatted the air in front of them towards the hallway. He hoped to God he would not be thrown off and subjected to pain.. He did not like pain..

Grim watched as the boy turned into a cat and climbed up to his shoulder. "You stink funny." he muttered as he looked away and faced the door. He gave this one the same treatment as the first one, simply ripping it from the hinges and discarding it on the floor. Navigating his large mass down the stairs was its own trial, almost ending in disaster several times. Finally managing to make it to the basement, he entered and looked around for the guy and his axe.

"I do not stink.." Kikano said modestly, his head turning and his tail wrapping gently around the older beast's neck. "I simply smell like cat..." His ears perked as he heard rummaging in a room a little ways off. "That's him, I suppose."

The male walked out a moment later holding the Axe in his hand, dragging it carelessly. "Is this what you're looking for?"

Grim glared at the man as he took his axe. He examined it all around before grunting in satisfaction. "It look right." Before he turned to leave he leaned down to be face to face with the man. "If me end up here again, me kill every one that here, use their blood for tribal paint, and use bones to make door." With that said he turns and walks up the stairs and out of the complex.

"See how easy that was, Grim?" Kikano asked gently, licking the Orc's temple with his sand-paper rough tongue. He mewed triumphantly and pulled a paw to his muzzle to begin his cleaning process, in the order of ears, face, paws, neck, tail, and haunches. Unlike most cats, Kikano did not waste time on cleaning his pelvic region or bottom nor cleaning in cat shape at all, he simply took a bath... but when he could not wait to bathe, he simply lets the cat mind take control. Before he started in on swiping his paws over his ears, the black and red cat turned his attention to Grim and purred, licking his temple one last time.

Grim mistook Kikano's licking affection for tasting and in a fit of intrigue, licked himself. Quickly deciding that he didnt taste good he began to wonder about this little boy. Comeing out of no where to help him escape from imprisonment..what was his true intentions? "We go home now." Grim said matter-of-factly and, ignoring the bewildered stares of others, left for Fangorn.

A cloaked figure tossed a now awake Yami into a glass cage. Yami whimpered out and scrambled into a corner of the dark cage, she was frightened and wanted Kane.

Kane walked up to the entrance of the zoo.

A pretty woman greeted him. "Hello. Are you interested in any particular exhibit today sir?" She smiled at him, she wasn't real but a hologram typed image

Kane smiled, "Id like to see your newest exibit please......"

"If you follow the pathway and take a right at the firt fork in the path the last cage on your right is our newest."

Kane smiled and nodded, "Thank you......." He walked into the Zoo and began to walk to the cage, looking at all the other creatures as he walked along.

Yami cried she curled up away from the many people pressing their noses on her cage. "Kane..." She sobbed, she had never been so sad in her entire life

Kane looked over at group of people around a cage and walked over to it and saw Yami.

Yami's head was down, she held herself tight crying. "I'll never see him again..." she cried, blood seeming from her eyes as tears, several children made an uproar "COOL!"

Kane pushed his way to the front and whistled to her.

Yami looked up and smiled. "Kane!" She ran to the glass where he was and placed her hands on the glass. "Help me..."

Kane pressed his finger to his lips. "Ill find away to get you out."

"Hurry..." Yami hissed at the children who had come closer to Kane to see her

Kane kissed his finger and pressed it against the glass and backed away from the crowd.

Yami sucked on her lip and growled at the children as they closed in on the spot where she was

Kane looked around then walked around the zoo and found a door and looked at it.

The door was locked tight, Yami began to fidget in her cage

Kane looked around then walked over to the door and created a torch with his finger and cut around the lock.

The door popped open letting him into Yami's cage

Kane looked in whispered to yami, "Hey....."

Yami turned and ran to him hugging him tight and kissing him deeply

Kane held her tightly and kissed her back. "Lets go...."

Yami followed him happy to be free

Kane grabbed her hand and walked quickly looking around.

Yami followed closely

Kane saw the entrance and started to run to it pulling yami with him.

Yami ran with him as quickly as she could

Kane and yami ran out of the zoo.

Zim looked around."Hello!?"She looked for the dark figure.

"Zim!" Chipetsua yelled, stopping a few feet behind her. "What the heck is wrong with you?"

"Get away from me!!"Zim slashed her claws at him.

Chipetsua reluctantly only escaped with straight-edged gashes from her. He furrowed his brow and ran a hand over her now bloody chest, his metal claws instinctualy expanding in length, obviously thy triggered with blood shed or anger, this just happened to be blood shed. "Zim, you're not well. Please, take some of these pills..." He insisted as he extended his hand out to her holding the pills in the bottle.

The cloaked figured appeared behind ZIm. "So you've returned...and your man?"

Zim slapped the bottle of pills out of his hand,her eyes blazing with a fiery hatred,she looked at the figure and calmed down immediately.She looked at the floor and nodded."Yes...But Jace hasn't come back...He...Disappeared..."She sighed and hugged herself.

"You know what? Fine, whatever. I really don't care if stubborn brats suffer." He said a bit harshly. The angelic Hyena spread his wings and bent down, grabbing the pills in his hand and became airborne quickly.

Zim looked up at the hyena and began to cry once more.She didn't want to suffer and hurt,but she barely had another choice.

"So no Angel? You are giving up now?" The figure said.

Zim nodded."I'm sorry..."

Chipetsua shook his head and cleared the blonde tresses from her face, quickly flying off to head back to Avalar, he expected his friend to be there by now, but he could be subjected to stay there for a while.

The cloaked figure put a gloved hand on Zim's shoulder. "Shall we then?"

Zim trembled.She didn't like being touch."Y-yeah...I guess..."

The figure lead her through the zoo it's hand on her back, spoke breifly to another cloaked figure insructing the other to prepare the full wolf.

Zimia stared at the ground,on the brink of crying again."I-I'm just an animal to them..."She mumbled to herself."Just a common mutt..."

"You've figured it out then haven't you?" The figure said. "About time..." The figure unlocked a cage. "A keeper will be in shortly to bathe you and groom you..." It held the door open for her

"I'm capable to bathe and groom myself..."The young wolf barked.

The figure pushed her foreward so that she would either have to move by walking or fall into the cage. "Oh well, that's what we have zoo keepers for...."

Zim yelped and fell into the cage.She scraped her arm on the floor and growled.

"Look there's the keeper now..." The figure closed and locked the cage, a kind looking girl walked into the cage from the back, she ran over to Zim and helped her up.

zim growled and sqiped a claw at her."Don't touch me!!"

"Look I'm not trying to hurt you, really, this job is tough, please don't make this any harder for either of us, because if you give me trouble they'll make someone meaner do this..." The girl looked at Mercury, she wasn't human either her skin was a soft green and her eyes were red.

Zim stared at her and sighed."fine..."She shifted into her anthro form.Her fur was slightly dirty.

"I won't parade you around...will you follow me please?" The girl turned and walked to the door she had come through.

Zim nodded weakly and followed helplessly.

When they entered the room there were a few creatures there being sedated to be bathed being muzzled and being treated roughly, the other keepers were larger, mostly men, The girl leading Zim to a large bathtub was the smallest person in there and obviously the kindest.

Zim looked fearfully at the other men.He grabbed onto the woman's shirt."I'll be good..Don't do what they are doing to me...Please..."

"Don't worry I won't..." She smiled kindly, she pulled out a towel. and blocked Zim's body from anyone else's veiw. "Please remove your clothes."

Zim whimpered but quickly took off her clothes,wrapping herself in the towel.

The girl smiled kindly and bent over the tub and turning on the faucet fixing the water so it was warm. She pulled the curtain around them both. "Go ahead hop in, you can hand me your towel, don't worry no one else can see you..."

Zim shyly handed her the towel and steped into the water.She curled in it and whimpered

The girl placed her hand on Zim;s shoulder smiling at her kindly

Jace walked up and hid behind a huge tree at the entrace of zoo and waited for Akari.

Akari jogged up behind him. "Now what?"

A cloaked figure popped up next to Jace. "So you've brought one."

Zim looked up at her and smiled weakly.She looked outside of the cage.Her eyes widened."Jace..."

"Who?" the green skinned female said looking out the window

Zim got up,not caring about clothes since she had fur at the moment.She ran to the window and rammned her fists against it."JACE!"

"Wait! Calm down or one of the other Keepers will come over here..." The girl placed her hand on Zim's shoulder

Zim whipped around and scratched her across the face."GET AWAY!"She went back to banging on the glass."JACE!"

The girl yelped and fell back several large men looked up and headed for Zim. "No! Leave her alone!" The girl grabbed a shock stick and threatened the men advancing on her, her face bled.

Zim hissed at the and ran back to the bath,ducking under the water and trying to hide.

The girl yelped out as she was kicked in the ribs but continued to fight off the keepers.

The cloaked figure grabbed Akari and dissappeared, it tossed Akari harshly into a cage and locked the door. The figure appeared next to the girl, it reached into the tub grabbing any part of Zim it could then teleported her with it back to Jace. "Here is your woman...excuse me I have a zoo keeper to eliminate..." it turned to walk away

Zim whipped around and tackeld the figure."Don't kill her!!!"

The figure disappeared and reappeared before Zim hit it. "What do you care? You're free..."

"Because she was kind to me!I'd rather be back in that cage and be raped by that wolf a million times before you could kill her!!"

"It's doesn't matter the bastard child of a half dragon and a human doesn't deserve to live anyhow...she's nothing but trouble...besides you clawed her pretty little face up when she was trying to help you...why should you care?" The figure chuckled as it spoke.

Zim started crying.She fell to her knees and sobbed."I regret doing that...Please...I'll do anything..Just...Don't kill her..."

The figure out stretched it's hand and the gril appeared in it's hand, it held her the throat, she was beaten up pretty badly blood covered her once pretty face. "Why do you care for this... thing?"

Zim stared and trembled."Because she cares for me...Please...Dont hurt her...Leave her alone!!"

The girl cries out as the grip on her throat was tightened, she didn't struggle, she was too weak to struggle.

Zim growled and ran to the cage,ripping thedoor off its hinges.She attacked anyone who was harming to woman and held her.

Zim growled and swiped a claw at the figure,then took the woman into her arms.

The figure chuckled as Zim missed him, but as Zim grabbed the woman it held tighter, the girl looked down at Zim. "Run..." She managed to choke out before the figure reached over and snapped the girl's neck.

Jace looked at the figure. "Yes....." He looked at Akari and winked.

Kazuki growled loudly and barreled into Jace roughly with her muscly feline beast shoulder, her tail lashing about as she looked up at the older male with a complete hatred and anger in her eyes.

Zim's eyes widened as the girl's neck was snapped.She twitched and looked up at the figure,a low and deadly growl escaping her throat.

The figure dropped the girl on the ground, she was barely alive, struggling to breath, she wouldn't go down that easily, after all she wasn't full human. The figure and Akari were gone. Akari sat in the glass cage as people pressed their faces in on his glass. He didn't bother hiding, he sat on a rock with his head down and his hands between his legs. He looked up at the ceiling a tear slid down his cheek. "Kazuki..."

Zim stared at the woman.She picked her up."I can transfer life energy into you...Please let me..."

"No...you have something to live for...I have nothing...no one...just kill me..." The girl cried holding Zim's hand looking up at her.

"You cared about me.No way in hell am I letting you die..."Zim said and put a hand to the girl's neck.Her hand glowed blue.

"No please...just kill me...I live a lonely life...just end it..." The girl took Zim's hand away.

"You can stay with me and Jace...You won't be lonely anymore..."Zim kept her hand on the girl's neck.

"You're kind miss but I don't want to interfere on a couple..." The girl winced in pain and took a shuddering breath

"I dont care.You helped me when noone else would..."Zim transfered some of her life into the girl.

The girl's neck made a sickening crunch as it healed, the scratches on her face scabbed over

"I am so sorry I scratched you.."Zim whispered as she healed her.

"It's ok..." The girl looked up at her.

Zim finished healing her and shivered weakly.She looked up to where the figure once stood."I'll kill that person.

"I wouldn't try if I were you, I suggest you run and steer clear of them you're both free now, forever they won't come back after you...a deals a deal for them...and they have the little boy..." She looked towards the gates

Akari buried his face in his knees inside his cage. He began to slip off to sleep from being tired of crying.

Kazuki hurried past Jace and began to sniff around for Akari, her nose working over time at the ground and in the air. When she caught wind of his salty tears she growled and hurried towards the cage holing his prisoner. She went around to the front of it and saw Akari, her ears drooping back against her head as she stared in disbelief. "Akari...!" She whispered quietly to herself. She furrowed her brows and growled, ramming the whole of her body against the bars of the cage as hard as she could.

Akari was asleep and was already used to the children banging on the glass of the cage to notice.

"AKARI!" Kazuki yelled out helplessly, slamming against the cage again. "WAKE UP!"

Akari jerked awake and looked up. He flew up to Kazuki and put his hands on the glass. "Kazuki?"

"Akari..." She muttered, slamming her side against the glass once more before finally getting a small crack in the two inch thick glass.

"Kazuki! Go before they take you too!" He said through the glass, his pained heart evident on his tear soaked face.

Jace ran up with his sword and slammed it through the glass.

Akari yelped slightly covering his head with his wings

Jace sliced up and to the left with ease.

Kazuki smashed through the glass easily from the largely slice and hurried into the containment type holder, her fangs gripping Akari's shirt tightly as she hurried out carrying him with a bit of struggle. She set him down after a few moments and glared at him, her lips pulling back in a type of silent growl. "What the hell? Why did you agree to come here?!"

"Because you hate me..." Akari closed his eyes tears sliding down his cheeks. "I didn't want to stay around you if you hated me...not because I hate you but because I love you and I don't want to bear you hating me..." He lowered his head and turned it to the side a bit.

Kazuki growled in frustration as she stepped towards the younger male, her tail smacking him across the side. "I did not say I hate you! I'm counting on you to get me through all this, and you damn well can't do that if you're locked up in a cage!" She sighed and rolled her eyes, her head flicking to the side.

"I am a male you know, some day I will be a man, you think all men are the same...we're not..." Akari looked at her, he was hurt. "I want to help you...I want you to be happy but I'm failing..." He looked away again.

Kazuki sighed and shook her head, quickly grabbing the collar of his shirt and carrying him off like a mother tiger does her cub. She skillfully flipped him up onto her back and trotted along, flexing her jaw as she headed back towards Mica's House. "I'd really like to discuss this in a safer place, a place of solace." She said a bit more calmly.

"But...I dont want to be traded if it means someone elses freedom..."

The girls sits up. "Well it seems he's escaped so he's safe..."

Zim looked up.She didn't notice."Oh..."She smiled.

Jace tapped on the glass at Zim.

Zim smiled at Jace."Why did you do it Jace...?I know you wanted to be free,but that poor boy could have suffered."

"Did he?" Jace looked at her.

"he could have!"Zim shouted,growling.

"Stop! PLease?!" The girl said looking at them. "Please don't fight..."

Zim trembled.

Jace looked at zim and touched the glass.

Zim got up and ran to Jace,grabbing him and hugging him.

Jace held her tightly.

"I love you Jace."Zmi whispered.

Jace looked at her. "I know.........."

"Why wont you ever tell me you love me too?"Zim asked.

The girl got up and rubbed her arm, she sighed and walked away not knowing where she'd go but she felt the couple needed alone time and respected that.

"Stay."Zim barked at the girl/

The girl did not stop, she felt they needed the time together

Zim sighed and sat on the floor.

Jace knelt next to Zim. "Zim we need to go..........before they catch us again....."

"They won't go after us again..."Zim took Jace's hand and kissed him.

Jace took the kiss.

Zim smiled softly.

The girl looked up into the sky. She was content to know the couple was together, safe. But she was alone, again, she turned and looked at the Zoo. "I should go back..." She thought miserably.

Jace stood up then closed his eyes. "They are here.................................." he disappeared to glacial peaks

The girl looked at Zim. "You-You should go after him..." she rubbed her own arm gently

Zim stared at where Jace once stood.She grabbed the girl's arm."You're coming with me."

"Wait, no, Why? I-I don't want to intrude!" The girl said as she was grabbed.

Zim glared."I dont care."

"But I have nothing to do with this, it's none of my business..." The gril looked at her

"I dont care!"Zim barked

"Why are you taking me?" The girl tried to pull back

"Because you saved my life..."

"But this is none of my business you need to talk as a couple..." The girl tried to pull away again

Zim sighed and let go."Take care of yourself.She ran to the glacier peaks.

The girl nodded and sat under a tree sighing softly. "I admire love like theirs."

Spellborn walks into the zoo grounds and looks around. The place seems to be in a constant state of disarray, making him wonder how this place was able to conduct business. As he began walking he put up a little invisible bubble around his head that dropped the volume of the area around him to a more comfortable level. Searching around he finally finds someone that looks like they work there, trying to force a odd looking frog creature into a cage. "Excuse me." Spellborn said after the creatures cage was shut and the man turned around, "Where is the main office, I have something to offer." he bounced the zombie on his shoulder indicating what he is speaking of.

"Right this way..." The man turned and walked away

Spellborn followed still looking around and noticing that a few of the cages where broken and empty. "Having trouble with some of your attractions?" He asked gesturing to the empty broken cages.

"Yes. Earlier today an Orc escaped with the help of a cat... I don;t know how the cat got so close without being eaten, nasty green fellow." He responded, turning.

"Hmm, Orcs are a little rare arent they?" Spellborn asked.

"Yes, and it costed a few lives just getting him here. He escaped today a couple hours after he was caught. He is a lucky beast, I can tell you that much, unlike that zombie you have there."

Spellborn laughed a bit before saying, "Yea, I dont see anyone coming to save this poor thing."

He took a quick glance back at Spellborn and nodded curtly. "Aye, that is true." He turned his head back to stare up at the building a little ways away.

Spellborn continued to follow the man and looked around, seeing if there was anything that was missing that he could "acquire" for the zoo

The male stopped at the building and opened the door for Spellborn, letting him enter. He stopped him before he could enter and looked at him. "Listen. Do you think you could possibly retrieve the orc for us? You'd be paid a hefty amount for it."

Spellborn thought for a moment before looking at the man. "How much and where is it at?"

"Well, he was found in Fangorn, and the amount will be determined by the boss.. But I know it'll be a hell of a lot more than the first attempt."

Spellborn nodded, "I will do it, but I want payment for this thing first."

"How much did the boss offer you for it?" He asked, walking into the building.

"$150" Spellborn quickly said. Hoping that the man would buy his bluff. He didnt even know who this "boss" is.

"You know, even if I do not think that is true.... here.." He muttered, withdrawing his wallet from his pocket. "I'll pay you from my pocket since you are willing to go find the orc once more." He muttered, handing out the hundred and fifty dollars.

Spellborn snatched the money away and counted it twice before putting the zombie down. As he was walking away he looked over his shoulder and said "You might want to get that thing secure as my spells will be wearing off shortly." And with that he leaves and heads off to Fangorn.

With a simple roll of the eyes and a shake of the head he snatched up the zombie and headed off to a cage.

The half dragon girl, Sayda sat under a tree admiring the green grass that made her legs look almost human toned, her shirt blond hair fluttered in the soft breeze, her tail swished against the grass softly. "So I'm alone now..." She looked up at the sky. "I suppose I could go back to the Zoo, but would they allow me to work there anymore? But what choice do I have?"
