Stop The Laughter In Gaza

Due to the recent global events the international community has faced many situations where drastic decisions have needed to have been maded. The world is in a flux - as a result of several contributing factors - and we feel that not enough is being done. We think that the world leaders should take a firm stand and resist evil.

That is why we demand that the laughter in Gaza be stopped immediately. As the world as we know it is reeling in financial turmoil, people in Gaza still seem to find things funny, find reason to smile, and laugh even. This injustice must cease.

We hear reports, daily, almost, thanks to the advances in media technology, of the people in the Gaza strip making merry, cajoling, being cheerful, LAUGHING OUT LOUD, for crying out loud! Only last week a man fell off his chair laughing; independent reportage tells us of a separate incident where three women and two men were all in stitches with the giggles; and a persistent rumour has it that someone has even managed to laugh so hard that their derriere came off. And these are not isolated events that us panic-mongerers draw attention to: the whole area is in bouts of humorousness and mirth.

And the only question remaining is: Are They Laughing At Us?
