Appearance: Ryuse is around six feet tall with blue eyes and thick locks of black hair that fall below his cheek bones. His muzzle juts out slightly where long whiskers reach out to graze his cheek bones. An eternal smile seems to be painted on his face. His fur is as dark as night without variation anywhere on his body. His build is lean and seemingly weak, but powerful muscles hide just beneath the surface. He wears no shirt and prefers blue Iga to any other type of pants. High blue Tabi boots cover his feet, allowing him to move comfortably and quietly. A black obi cinches his Iga at the waist with ends that hang below his knees. His arms are wrapped in what appears to be lengths of blue cloth. The purpose for the cloth is simply to keep his arms warm. Finally, his long tail wraps around his waist like a second belt so as to keep it out of the way. Overall, Ryuse appears to be a frail individual, a deception he enjoys to no end.

Personality: Inside, Ryuse is a disciplined and humble individual. However, he is aware of how powerful a weapon deception can be. Therefore, he puts on the facade of being clumsy with an overbearing tendency to be annoying. This often gets him in trouble, but the consequences are well worth the price. In battle, his opponents find anything but a clown. In his heart, Ryuse has a strong sense of right and wrong and will do almost anything to uphold his ideals. In his mind, when there is a problem, something must be done about it immediately. His tendency to react immediately is also something that has gotten him in trouble in the past. Ryuse is also highly prone to telling jokes and very quick to laugh at anything. His sense of humor is genuine, despite his disciplined inner-self. Because he acts in order to deceiver others, Ryuse knows that he is an unbalanced individual, something he hopes to change one day.

History: Ryuse never knew his parents. For the first twenty years of his life, he was raised and trained by an old sword master who preferred a life of solidarity in the mountains. When Ryuse found that he could learn no more from his old teacher, he left to discover a world he had heard only stories about. Now, four years later, Ryuse still finds himself in a world he doesn't quite understand, and in turn doesn't seem to comprehend his social "oddities." He is naive and searching for a means to make a living. Currently, he spends his days fishing and hunting wherever he can. Occasionally he'll take on an odd job in a random city, but his curiosity about the world rarely keeps him in one place for long. Still, Ryuse seeks something more in his life...and a place he can call his home.
