The Hunger Games Trilogy: Suzanne Collins review

I was extremely surprised by this book. I didn't expect to enjoy it but once I picked it up I couldn't seem to put it down. Suzanne Collins did an amazing job. It was something different from my usual, Romance, Murder Mystery, and Fantasy books. It was a breath of fresh air to read something so different and it be so GOOD! I love how detailed she got when introducing the Capitol and the outfits the crazies wore.

I do have to say that the one thing I was disappointed it was the very ending. I was still holding out for Gale in the end and yet it just didn't happen that way. Sure Peeta is a wonderful guy and very...nice. But I felt there would have been more passion between Gale and Katniss, real love instead of what she ended up feeling for Peeta in the end.

I've read several different reviews on this Trilogy and it's kind of muddy waters, you either like or you dont, and I can tell you....
