Shoot the being until you acheive Maximum PE, only if you have medicines 3's & 4's to use. Use these so you don't have to use your HEALS. As soon as you get full PE, use LIBERATE on the creature.

Tip- Do NOT Liberate on the Mature being at the beginning of the fight. Save it for last.

You can also beat it without Liberate, by using the M8000. Shoot the U.B.when he backflips into a corner and use HASTE (but only if you are far away). Stay on the side of him so his BALL throwing attack doesn't reach you. While you're there by his side, shoot as many times as possible.
