What I've learned:
1) Use rubbing alchol to make bug bites not itch

2) If its swollen with a light blue and purple bruise, yet you can still move it, then it's probably a fracture

3) The difference with brakes and fractures: Breaks (Depending on when you get them, or how you treat them) will almost always heal completly with no random poping or soft spots, fractures will not

4) If it swells without bruising and dosen't hurt in any specific place when you move it, then you probably just twisted or pulled it

5) Poping bones back into place is an art form all in itself, so please be careful if you try, that way it doesn't rip through the skin

6) If you twist it leave it alone for two weeks or more, and let it heal completly

7) If you pull it, then you might want to get it checked

8) You can remove anything under your skin with enough rubbing alchol and sharp enough nail

9) It's always best to know what you got bit by

10) Sometimes waiting and observing things is good, not always though

11) Learning how to stich wounds and wrap ace bandages is crucile

12) If it doesn't need stiches, then a few butterfly band aids and some goze ususally will work

13-Given-) If its a back problem or a siezure, then don't move them, thats what 911 is for

14) Just because they stop breathing, doesn't mean intiatate CPR, especially if it is an allergic reaction

15) Always be weery around those with asthma

16) the quickest way to empty the stomach of an incapastated person is a tooth brush stuck down their throat (the same way you would do with a finger -and no, I'm not encouraging balimia), pretty much just for more reach, not sure just yet though if it will work on a balimic

17) Hot irons on open wounds kills bacteria and stops the blood flow

18) If their bleeding out of an artery or have internal bleeding, call 911, but (sorry) just say your goodbyes without scaring them

19) Shock is usually a tingly feeling that also leaves you feeling cold and often times will make you start to black out, it usually happens because of trama

20) Panic attack, though similar to heart attacks (and might trigger one)AREN'T! So if you know the difference then don't treat them as the same, instead try your best to help them (panic attack one) calm down if possible, and then let them relax because it tends to take alot out of you, if its a heart attack, sit/lay them down and call 911

21-Given-) If their bleeding badly, do what you can to slow it down via towels band aids, and keep them awake!

22) Its called a 'clean room' for a reason, keep it that way!

23-Given-) Don't visit people in the hospital unless your 100% sure byond the shadow of a doubt that you are healthy

24) If you remove a tick, make sure you get the head also and that it doesn't break off, and if you havbe one, always check for more. You can either wrap your fingers around them or light a match, blow it out, and then press on them with the match because I don't suggest you taking lighter fluid to your arm

25) Cold water is not the best thing for a burn (It traps the heat under the skin causing a blister to form)

26) That benedril(If your not allergic to it) is the only way sometimes to know if its your sinus' or a really bad cold

27) Pot can loosen and cause you to spit up the tar in your lungs caused by cigarette smoke

28) The best way to get rid of lice is by adding tea tree oil to your shampoo and alternating that with cat flea and lice shampoo and a flea comb...also...miracle whip works too, but it smells horrid (basically you smother your hair in it, cover it with a plastic bag for twenty minutes, and then was it out)

29-Given-) You can not over dose on pot, unless it's laced...so know your Dealer

Disclaimer: I am NOT yet a licensed medical practioner, everything that is stated here are things that I have learned often through trial and error. That doesn't neccissarily mean that they will work for you, or that you should even attempt them. Basically in essence what I'm saying is that what you do is your own responsibility, I am not responisible for what might happen if you try any of these things. This is here for your reading pleasure, nothing more.
