Poem's Title: Siren
Poem:

Have you ever heard
the sirens sing
in the evening when the moon shines
brightly upon the ocean?

Last night, you see
I witnessed a fair maiden
being swallowed up by the waves
and in the blink of an eye
she stood above the gentle white foam of the sea
floating, it seemed
towards a small island

and then
she began to sang
I was enchanted by it
frozen to the spot
Oh, how I wished to run to the sea
let the waves take me to her

Forever I would listen
to her beautiful voice

What happened after, I don't recall
in the morning I woke up
lying on the beach, barely out of the reach of waves
She was gone but for a lock of black hair
I held in my hand

Yet I don't know
was I dreaming?

Poem's Title: The Three That Sit Under the Willow
Poem:

The glow of fresh due, the low morning sun,
As three cats, facing a willow,
Sitting quietly in the hue, of green,
The old bone fingers reach down from the sky wishing to be near them,
Hating each other as the cats wait forever under their touch.

The oldest of them stands gray with age, but her proud yellow eyes,
Light even bitter night,
As her rays shoot forth giving life and courage and she commands worship,
But the tree has wrapped its fingers around her neck and she dies,
Slowly, painfully with a hundred tear, as she gives life to make life.

To the gray cats right the tree grows dark, as the youngest fur burns black,
And red ash rises burning the tree, and when the tree sneaks its way in and touches
The cat lightly, a roar of hatred fills the echoes of their world, causing
The tree to sway, but the bones push forward, the terrible holes for the youngest eyes are
Open wide and see all there is, and the black cat enjoys it, and lusts after the pain.

Completing the triangle, the black cats brother sits, His white fur reflecting off of the watery grass,
Holding wisdom for the tree this cat is blind but his eyes stand wide,
Every inch is white, even the life around him, for this is the true reason the tree loves the blind cat so,
And if they can get close enough their leaves fall like snow,
Forever to live as while branches.

Poem's Title: My Dream, My Nightmare

A day without you is like a week without air,
but I'm only telling you this, knowing that you care.
The sound of your voice is like a lullaby in my ears.
It gives me comfort, it takes away my fear.

At the start of the new day I can't wait until the end.
When I leave work, and you get home from school again.
I just cant wait to see your bright smiling eyes looking deep into mine, and making all my problems seem so much smaller to me.

You know you must have been sent from heaven so far away.
An angel who entered my life and made everything seem right again.
So why did you go? Why couldn't you stay?
Why did you leave me this way?
Im falling apart, I can't hold this inside anymore.
My love for you it's endless, It makes me feel alive.

Poem's Title: Beware, Little Children
Poem:
Cloaked in black,
I sail the night.
Into your bedroom,
Bearing tidings of fright.

"Lock your doors and windows!"
The watchman cries.
"It's a full moon this eve,
Fear for your lives."

The children are tucked,
Snuggly into their beds.
They shreik as I enter,
Then bloody their heads.

No one's yet caught me,
Though they've searched far and wide.
None of those who've gone looking
Have come back alive.

So beware, little children,
Next hallow's eve.
You've heard the tale,
Now take heart, and believe.

Poem's Title: The Hall of Chimes
Poem:
walking down the hall of chimes
all I hear, their mocking rhymes
They peal, they laugh, they gloat with glee
They sense, I feel the fear in me
They know, but how, my inner fear
Unknown, unvoiced to all the peer
I have one wish, to see the sky
One final time before I die
Trapped inside the hall of chimes
echoing their wicked rhymes
