Criteria:

<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>Your tutorial has to be readable and in normal, common english.
<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>Your tutorial has to be completely finished and not under construction. You may always add more to it, but it has to be done before submission.
<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>Your tutorial has to be useful. Pages about how you catch a dragon are funny but not very useful for a poor artist who just wants to know how his pen works.
<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>Please choose the shortest name possible for your tutorials. It's hard to memorize the name of your wiki when it has about 39 characters in it, and please make sure that the title makes sense.
<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>Try not to use the same topics over and over again but try to come up with something that isn't being taught yet.
<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>Images in your tutorial are not a must but they better your chances of getting accepted. After all, images just make it more fun.
<img:img/drawing/80746_1099420281.jpg>If there are images, they must be uploaded to Elftown.

2007-02-28 [Zab]: Your tutorial has to be completely finished and not under construction. You may always add more to it, but it has to be done before submission.

I'm not sure I get that.. should it be finished when you submit it, but it's okay to add extra tips with time if you discover new things?
Or can you add new things but you have to add them before you submit it here? (=don't change it when it's submitted)

2007-02-28 [Ocean Soul]: The tutorial has to be basically complete at the point of submission. however, you may add things to it later, to enhance it. A tutorial that is still unfinished (lacking important details, steps, etc) should not be submitted.

2007-03-01 [LadyMoon]: I couldn't have said it any better :)
For example, you discover something totally new and totally useful, but it's not basic knowledge. Just a new short cut. Then you can always add it. Or when you remember that you also wanted to show that wicked colour combination that can be done much easier. Adding is always possible. As long as it's not something critical like, half of the tutorial.
