X-MEN HOT TUB
Next to the X-Men Pools sits a hot tub, completely surrounded by a wooden fence and a trimmed hedge on the outside. Surrounding the ten person hot tub is a grouted stone flooring. There is a single changing room sitting in the corner. Connected to the fence is the hot tub controls, including heat controls, timer, and filter control.

Monday, May 25th
This was probably the first time in her life Dani had ever visited this part of the mansion. Hell, it was the first time she had ever BEEN in a hot tub, so she was glad no one had been around to watch her struggle to get in and fall head first into the water. The girl had showered after the little lake foray earlier and was now wearing her only other bathing suit, a black and white top and shorts combo. Luckily for her, Danger had set up the hot tub and the girl was now starting to relax. With her warm water up to her shoulders, the girl could forget she'd been showing more skin today than the entire rest of the year combined. She did wonder if anyone else was coming, though, as when Vincent had proposed the hot tub earlier, they'd still been hanging out with Gavin, Shana and Rook. She liked Vincent but the thought of being alone with him made her very nervous and fidgety, which was made worse when you factored in the hot tub. The girl sat up a little bit and looked around, her wet, jet black hair curling around her neck and the sides of her face, clinging to her skin. The way it stuck to the nape of her neck highlighter the girl's slender features as she looked around for anyone who might come join her.
"It might just be people are worn out by the pool party... I could just relax and go back to the room if it gets too hot..." thought
Daniela as she slunk back down until the warm water covered the bottom of her face and up to her nose and blew a few bubbles while pondering on that thought.
Vincent came around the corner, a towel over his shoulder, dressed in swim trunks and a grey tank top. After the unwelcomed dip he’d been force to take in the lake earlier thanks to bird-boy, the hot tub sounded fantastic. Seeing someone in the hot tub the young man slowed his approach for a second, only to realize that it was Daniela. He relaxed and grinned at her as he tossed his towel on the wooden step leading in and peeled off his shirt. “Hey, mind if I join you?” Vincent asked, even though he was already climbing in. He sank down into the bubbling water across from her with a groan and ducked his head under before sitting up and leaning back, his arms stretched out on the ledges to either side. His green eyed gaze settled on Dani and he smiled again. “Where’s your friend? She take off or something?”

Daniela was so deep in her thoughts that she had completely missed Vincent approaching until the young man was pretty much standing by the hot tub and taking his shirt off. The girl's eyes widened as he asked if he could join, the hot tub seemingly appearing incredibly small and tight for two people to be in it without being almost smushed against each other. Dani tried to reply but appeared to forgotten she was underwater from the bridge of her nose down, so when she opened her mouth she could only let out a pathetic little gurgle before she pulled her face out of the water, her cheeks reddened and struggling to breathe. "Ah- n-no, Go ahead." she said shakily as her breathing slowed down a little bit, thugs the young man was already in the tub and sitting down across from her. Dani sat down as well and rested her heels on the edge of the seat, letting her knees pop out of the water in front of her. "Uhm.. I.. I don't know. Maybe she had other stuff to do." replied Daniela, politely returning Vincent's smile as she shuffled a little bit, trying to get comfortable. Though they were in hot water, the girl had somehow convinced herself that she could feel the warmth coming off of Vincent's body in the water coming from his side of the tub, which only made her more self conscious.
“Woa, easy. Don’t drown in the hot tub.”
Vincent laughed, though he sat up as if prepared to go ‘rescue’ the girl from her predicament if need be. When it became clear that she was just fine, he relaxed back into his position, slouched into the corner with a wide legged stance. “It’d really suck to have to explain, yea know?
Hey new guy, where’s Daniela? Well yea see, we were in the hot tub and she just kind of drowned. Hmmm yeah. That’s hella suspicious.” He winked at her, hoping some good natured teasing would put the girl at ease, as his presence had obviously made her uncomfortable. “Besides, I’ve had enough drowning for today after that bloodbath out on the lake.” Since Dani had all but tucked herself into a ball across from him, Vincent felt like he had plenty of room to stretch out in the tub, mostly unaware that she would felt the very opposite. Growing up, on the rare occasions that he’d been in a hot tub, it had been completely packed with people, mostly his friends and on at least one occasion a couple of cute girls. Kind of like the one sitting with him now. Despite bird-brain’s best attempt to ruin the fun, he’d had a good time with her and Shana and wasn’t blind to the fact that they were both pretty good looking. He wouldn’t mind getting to know either of them a little better. “So- how’d you end up here, I mean, what kind super hero are you?”
