2006-06-25 [Kikai]: Well, I live in the heart of atlanta, so I go pretty much every year...Unfortunately, they do count off for subtitles in contests....but if you don't enter one in a contest, it should still be fine. They judge really hard on those contests, I've entered a couple of my amvs. The best place I've gotten is third. TT_TT
