2008-03-28 [iippo]: Nothing. :D It's only move is splash which has no effect whatsoever. It's the ultimate test on the trainer. If you can be bothered to train your utterly useless Magikarp to level 20 (friggin' hard when it can't actually fight for itself), it'll evolve into a Gyarados (which is a dragon-type and pretty awesome).

2010-06-12 [AuroraLumos]: Magikarp gets mildly less useless at level 15 when it -finally- learns tackle... and then at level 30 it learns flail. That and the move tutor can teach it bounce ^_^
