Spinach egg (open) sandwich

Put butter and cheese on the bread. put some caviar mix on it. Add the slices of boiled egg and top it with boiled spinach.

It might not win any gourmet prizes, but it's simple, healthy and taste quite well. The spinach adds some extra texture, colour and background taste.
