Ha, yesterday there was a fight in the hallway at school! One biggish indian, a little stockier than me, but not as buff, and he was punching on some skinny indian kid. For me, it was funny, because I got there at the end and neither of them could fight.
Right as I was heading over to jump in it was broken up though, so i didn't get to pound anyone. But heck, the little guy was bleeding all over from his nose, it was great fun to watch for those 2 seconds I was nearby.
The how to, for guys to look tough: Machine Extended!
Okay, before I had free-weight exercises, and yeah, I did leave out a few things that I have recently added to my retinue to tone my triceps, I recently added incline reverse push-ups. And how you do that is with a chair, you grip the edges and lower yourself down in front of it and then back up.
On another note though, today I want to brign machines into the mix, and for a truly great build you need to start with the free-weights, and then end with the machines, go until you can't go anymore.
Biceps:
3-6x8-15 curl machine. moderate.
Triceps:
3-4x8-12 tricep extension machine. moderate.
3-6x10-15 tricep push-down. heavy.
Chest:
3x8-12 incline press machine. heavy.
3-4x8-12 flye machine. heavy. bring last set to failure or hold until failure.
Shoulders:
optional 3x6-10 shoulder press machine. light-moderate
Deltoids:
3x6-10 lateral deltoid raise machine. light-moderate
3x6-10 reverse flye machine. light-moderate
Back:
3-5x8-15 pull down machine. moderate-heavy
3-6x10-15 lat row machine. moderate-heavy

I just got back from Fight Night at the Eagles Club. My dad competed of course, as a middleweight. they only had lightweight, middleweight, heavyweight, and girls. It was all really fun to watch, and I saw a few of my friends there too, but didn't bother to sort them out in the crowd.
They even had a cardgirl competition. And guess what I gots ta see! Titties and ass! What the Hell else! But that was in no way the highlight, I could have cared less even. The best part was the "boxing." Though with three one minute rounds you can't really box, you've just got to punch.
So it started out really fun and stuff, my dad conquered his first opponent, with some difficulty, he wasn't quite moving so fast at the time. But then he blew away the second and in the Championship bout, it ended up being really close. The judges scored it a draw, but then they went by power punches, of which it was 34 to 30...

Then one of the girls, she happens to go to my school, and she did lose, but she was at a huge weight dissadvantage. She just wanted a belt, and we discovered that you can keep the belt and get $100 or you can return the belt and get $150. So we returned the belt and got the full cash prize.
It was one Hell of a killer time, and my dad was just like a tank, driving them down, and coming back in after getting rocked, he just wouldn't stop.
Afterward he told me that when I was there that he told himself that he wouldn't lose in front of me. Then he told me that once mom got there, just in time for his first fight, he told himself that he could not lose in front of his family.
It's just too bad that my brother didn't go. Ohwell, his loss.
So now on Monday I can be praised in place of my father at school.
I just hope that when I'm 16 my parents sign the release form so that I can compete, I think I'd do better than at least a few of them that I saw tonight.
Yayzors, I just got back from a Thespians/Dram
At first we split into two teams and did some pit fighting, one on one until one of the teams was eliminated. Except, we just went around and around and didn't pay attention.
Then our teams were apart from each other and we did ditch, each team just fights until the other is eliminated. So that we could tell which team we were on one was shirts and one was skins. Yayzors! I was on the skins! The skins did some crazy stuff, we smeared whip-cream fruit salad all over our chests, backs, and faces. Some got in my hair, and that annoyed me, but it was all good anyway. Even though we lost almost all of the time.
I guess at one point in tiem everyone else put their shirts back on, but I didn't, since mine was sticky from wiping myself off. We had a killer time! You should have been there!
Last night I went to an anime night at a friend's house. From 5pm, until midnight we did nothign but hang out and watch anime. For a long amoutn of that time I was talking with my friend Josh about stuff like relationships that we wish we had, where we wished we lived, how our mega-mantions would be, cars, weight lifting. Yeah, stuff. We figured out that we will have the same advanced weight training class in school 4th term 3rd block. So, that'll be fun. He's never lifted weights before, so I'll be able to teach him a lot.
Anyway, on another note: Shanna, please don't leave Elftown! You're like, one of three people I ever talk to!
Nothing happened Thrusday, so my Diary is empty on that day. So it gets two posts today! Yay!

Today, at school, I asked my good friend Paul to confirm my suspicion that a certain girl was Liz. I was correct. I hadn't seen Liz since I finished middle school (she is a grade lower than me) but fortunately, she hadn't changed except that now she has glasses. She didn't remember who I was,so she asked where she knew me from. I told her that I had met her in 8th grade. She still didn't know who I was. So then she asked my name. Of course I oblidged, and instantly she all like, "Oh yeah! I remember you!" in a relatively bright and happy manner!

I had a school assignment for my Advanced Placement English course a few days ago that I haven't been able to get back yet. Next Thursday I'll have it though and put it on my web log and also use it in my school's Writing Club. [Goodbye Forever] already knows about the assignment, i told her a couple days ago. Actually though, I found out that what I told her was incorrect, I told he it was one paragraph describing a person's face. It was actually an entire page, so I kind of had to redo the assignment, fortunately the original due date was wrong too :)
Anyway, as soon as I have that available I will post it up somewhere here'abouts. Oh, and my friend that critiqued it for me gave it all 5/5s on the 6+1 Writing Traits, if you are familiar with those. I gave his paper all 5/5s except for his Conventions, which I awarded a 4/5. His paper was hillarious, so I'll try to get a copy of that to post somewhere too, if it's okay with him.
Well, I got back from Deadwood. Unfortunately the brakes locked up in the '60 Austin-Healey just that morning we left, so we didn't bring it. I still had a pretty fun time though, got to meet relatives again, got to ride in an uncle's '69 Camaro z28 and another uncle's '53 Chevy Bel Air.
Whilst in Deadwood guess what we did! We hung out in Casinos the whole time! Yeah, and I can't gamble yet, so I kind of got bored! Well, except in the Four Aces casino, two of their cocktail girls were uber-hott! Hey, a little eye-candy can make up for a lot of stuff, and I guess hott and kool cars count as eye-candy too!
Hell and somewhere in the throng of people at the concert of Three Dog Night, on Saturday, I grabbed some hott chick's ass as I was walking past her.
Now I have to write an entire page on descriptions. It must be hand-written. So basically I already know what I'm doing for that assignment.

The how to, for guys to look tough:
This is all upper-body stuff, my favorite lifts. The surprising thing is that it doesn't need to involve bench press at all. That's right, the "universal lift" is null and void.
Biceps:
10x2-3 two-arm curls. straight bar. wide or close grip. near max weight.
3-5x6-12 one-arm curls. moderate to heavy.
3-5x4-12 one-arm hammers. moderate.
1-10 minutes total. on and off bicep contractions.
(why contractions? It stimulates the muscle, whether or not you have weight. Muscle stimulation is what causes muscle growth. Contractions will not make you stronger.)
Triceps:
3-4x8-15 skullcrushers. EZ-bar. heavy.
3-5x10-15 overhead extension. two-arms, one dumbell. heavy.
*dips/push-dow
Chest:
*Bench press is optional at the following:
1x12mod. 1x10mod+10. 1x8 mod+20. 1x6mod+30. 1x4mod+40. 1x2mod+50. Keep adding 10 pounds between reps until you fail to get 1. The only reprieve should be to add more weight or a maximum of 30 seconds. Once you fail, start over. Go as far through the cycle as you can 3 times.*
3x10-12 flyes. moderate.
As many push-ups as you can. Decline at own will.
(You may incline or decline bench press and flyes at own will. I usually do. If you choose to for bench press go through the cycle, flat the first time, incline the second, and decline the third, since decline is your natural strongest position. For flyes, just use a slightly lower weight and go through all 3 sets at flat, incline, and decline.)
Shoulders:
3-5x10-50 shrugs. dumbells in front of legs.
3-5x10-50 shrugs. dumbells at sides.
3x10/10x3 shoulder press. moderate/heavy
(Shouler press is mainly a deltoid lift with the wrong name, but I put it here anyway, so as to not confuse you. Each of those shrugs works the muscles differently. One way works mainly deltoids, one way works shoulders. I can't remember which is which, but yet again, they are both here so as to not confuse you)
Deltoids:
3x6-10 lateral dumbell raise. moderate.
3x6-12 frontal dumbell raise. moderate.
(Believe me, what starts out seeming moderate ends up feeling impossible. I am basically a weight-room power-house when it comes to deltoids, believe me, I know deltoid lifts all to well, or maybe it's just that no one else does)
Back:
As many pull-ups/chin-
3x6-10 reverse flyes. light to moderate.
3x8-12 pull-downs. moderate to heavy.
3-5x10-15 lat rows. heavy.
(This is really fun stuff, but don't take any of it too quickly. This is the stuff where you really want to modify the positive and the eccentric. Pull-downs, are the single-most tendonitis afflicting lift in the world. Reverse flyes work your deltoids, I could have put them in either category, but they are a part of your back and over-looked a lot, plus they'll tire you out too quickly as a deltoid lift, so I put them here, this stuff isn't as tiring as you may think, that's why I have the reps so high. Just be careful, and don't jerk the weight on lat rows, if you do, you won't build any muscle, it is a very touchy exercise that must be done very slowly)
"When should I do these?"
Well, you shouldn't do one per day, that much should be clear, I mean, you could, but then you couldn't have a legs day.
I'd suggest the following:
Sunday: off/shoulders/
Monday: Chest and Biceps
Tuesday: off/triceps
Wednesday: Shoulders and Deltoids and Back
Thursday: off/chest/bice
Friday: Triceps/back/biceps
Saturday: off/deltoids/s
*bold identifies a must-do.
*all non-priority lifts should be done with a light weight
I filled in so many optional shoulder/delto
Note that it is okay to lift during different times of the day, if you do triceps on Friday, and still want to lift back, but you don't have enough energy, then eat a whole bunch and rest up for a few hours, then go and lift for your back.
You may not know it, but chew gum too. It actually helps to make it look like you have bigger pectoralis majoris.
I do not support same sex marriage, or rights for that matter. I never will either, I have made up my mind, good and firm on this topic.
