This picture of me is rather recent, seeing as how the old one on here was quite old, about a year or more I think. Some of my friends nitpicked on how I never smile, and how I was slouching in the shot. I was relaxed, and I never pose for my pictures so I didn't bother smiling for the camera.
Description:
I used to have a description in my house here of myself, but it needed a change. I added another poem here, one even my friends haven't read. Not the greatest thing ever written, but certainly not the worst. If you wish, tell me what you think of it.
Now then, on to better matters. This is my introduction to those of you who do not know me, rather than some drawn out description of myself.
At first glance, I'm like your typical young guy. I'm twenty-one, but that just means I was born two decades ago basically. I act like a kid sometimes, and you may find that funny and endearing, or you may be annoyed by it. I'm a serious person most of the time though, it's just some people bring out that inner child in me. Mainly nutty people, like some of my friends. Most of my friends however, would argue I am not quite so ordinary. Strange as it may seem, with six billion people on this world and all, somehow we are all unique. It all depends on how deep you are willing to delve, how long you are willing to invest into others.
I'll let you know right now I'm a pretty friendly person so you can easily just send me a message in case you want to get to know someone new. If not, then I hope at least you will have read the poems and enjoyed them. No long quiz things anymore, you can just perform the quiz on me if you really want to know everything.
Little known are the vast warriors
In the endless war of life and death
Anonymous faces in high numbers
A rushing crowd all short of breath
Countless as the stars above
We roam the lands living
Searching for common love
Friendship's bonds lasting
Taking in the air, we plunge
Into the Paths of difficulty
Stumbling against the challenge
Keeping a brave face mightily
We lean on one another
When we come to our fall
Loosening our fierce temper
So we may give it our all
The new bonds created
Clear are the faces unseen
Life's ills blunted
A new world so green
I wander through the streets alone
I am so confused and full of questions
But there's no answer from towers of stone
Listening to a winds sigh, a summons
To fields and forest far from my reaches
I stand to lose so much if I follow
I do wonder what else this place teaches
And if it can fill my heart so hollow
What will I discover so far from home
A new life and peace to stop my life's roam
