Description:
As to who I am you may call me James Crow. There is not much I can think to say about myself. I could say I was a loner who was always calling out for attention. It may sound contradictory, but it is one of the few phrases I can use to describe myself. I would also say that I am soul searching. I think that would best explain my desire to do anything and everything that is new to me. I guess I should warn anyone who may be reading this that I sometimes follow textbook grammar in a laxidasical fashion. It’s not that I don’t care, but it is how my words flow. I always believed that as long as a man/woman could get the words out that best express what they are thinking then so be it. Sometimes breaking rules is the only way of getting around something. I think of literacy not as a way to be perfect but a gateway to how you think, it's what sets you apart as an individual.
But enough of these rants. As you know I address myself as James, which you may be free to call me. I’m a student majoring in human biology and working with music in what free time I have. For now I'm settled in Pennsylvania. If not for my good friends, my wonderful grandmother and my dearly departed grandfather, I would have left long ago. Now days I just work at my degree and do what I can to take care of my loving grandma. When I’m not in school I take up a night unloading position from the local Lowes. There I just spend my nights unloading the massive trucks and thinking about anything from Philosophy to rebuilding 67 Mustang fast-back.
Although when I have the peace, I like to spend it reading. Just try to imagine, deep within a wooded area, how about a forest. Sitting there experiencing perfect silence. This silence is flavored with the melody of the falling water from a nearby stream and the accompaniment of a calm breeze drifting past the leaves of the trees. This is where I can enjoy the written word. This environment allows me to enjoy all of my reading, which ironically can be fast passed and action packed.
Unfortunately, I’m in a rush so I will have to cut this short. Hopefully when I have more time I could finish. Crow is out.
