Elftown updated

Elftown has been upgraded with a lot of new software. What I hope you will notice is:

1) The database engine is a new one, and hopefully somewhat faster and generally gives me more things to do...

2) The database is moved to a faster disk.

3) The database moved to a bigger disk, which will make it possible to be much bigger.

4) And a lot of things you will never notice...

Elftown was down most of this evening due to the upgrade.
