Guestbooks!

There are now guestbooks at each house. There are still no possibilies to:

1) Read old guestbooks-texts.
2) Comment guestbooks-texts.
3) Delete guestbooks-texts.
4) Change in guestbooks-texts.
5) Look at recent guestbooks-texts generally.

And the layout is far from perfect. But I'll fix as soon as possible. Let me here what you think!
