The Council and Assembly are proud to present to you the winners of the Halloween Costume Competition.
This year we decided to do it a little differently for two reasons:
The entries that were submitted showed either a whole costume or revolved mainly about the make-up that was applied.
And in both of these categories there weren't a staggering amount of entries.
Therefor the Council and Assembly alone have decided on the winners, and they have done so by selecting one winner per category: One Best Costume and one Best Make-up!

Hereby presenting the winning entries:
