Easier to be friends...

No, we can't really make it easier to be friends. But it's now easier to suggest to someone that you want to be their Elftown-friend as you don't have to have received a message from that member. It makes sense as you might already know that person before joining Elftown or that you know the person well from the forums or the wiki.

Needless to say: Don't send out friends-request to people whom you don't know!

If this causes more problem than it solves, we'll revert the change.
