Use image as profile image

A minor new feature:

If you own a wiki-page and there is one or two images on it, there will now be buttons on top of the page so that you can add the image (and a link to the wiki-page) as your profile image or as your drawing.

The future plan is to make it possible to click on any image in the wiki (even if there are more than two images on the page) to add that image to your profile, but test this out first so that we're sure it works well.
