Easier to make CSS

It is now much easier to modify and use a new stylesheet.

If you are a part of the Elftown crew (That is: Have selected Elftown crew=YES in the attributes) you can go to the TECH-page and upload or edit your current stylesheet. This stylesheet will be called your username.css.

Anyone can use the created stylesheet by selecting it in the list on the update-attributes-page.

Right now, there is a hedda.css-stylesheet with a more green textcolour. Not very useful, but it should show you the idea.
