Wiki-comments

You can now turn on or off comments on your wiki-pages. Only the wiki-page's original creator and Elftown crew can do this (before everyone could do that, which ment that everyone always could comment.).

So there are no more annoying comments on index from now on. There are plenty of other places to write your comments on.
