"I don't care if I'm in danger... I just want you to be here..." Avella pleaded.

Dark Phoenix looked away sadly, he tried in vain to keep the tears at bay. "I swear I will do everything in my power to insure he can't track me, than I shall return..I love you Avella, with all my heart..you know the Phoenix shield I gave you? It isn't like any other protections..it draws on my essence, because it is part of my soul..so you see in a way I will always be with you." He said as he kissed her.

"S-stay safe..." Avella said, casting her gaze to the ground.

He nodded trying not to cry. "Take care of each other..both of you. I love you Avella, I will return as soon as possible."
With that he teleported.


Avella watched him go before finally sinking to her knees, in exhaustion and sorrow.

Dark Phoenix calmed his mind and collected his thoughts hiding them from anyone who tried to read them, before he strode into Sutal's room looking for him. He had come to the conclusion that he would work as a spy and try to free Avella's brother, before he vanished.

"Lanzer?" Satul gasped in surprise, "Adrien said that you'd gone back to the girl?"

Dark Phoenix shook his head as he sat in a chair and leaned back. "I told the idiot I was taking a walk. Why would I go back to a manipulative girl like you said? How are your wounds any way?" He said inwardly cringing at what he had to say to make himself believable. 

"I'm fine," Satul said simply, "I'm going to have a word with Adrien, however." Adrien!

"While you're at it, tell him I don't take kindly to him putting tracking devices on me." Dark Phoenix said as he leaned back in his chair looking bored.

"Yes, I'll talk about that too." Satul agreed.

Dark Phoenix picked up a knife and twirled it in his hands. "Tell me about my past..please."

"Here, your journals..." Satul said, setting several thick books onto the desk.

Dark Phoenix picked them up and started to leaf through them, reading them carefully.

A knock soon sounded at the door.

"Yes?" Satul called, "Enter."

Risa entered and bowed to Satul trying not to blush. She wore a green dress that helped show her eyes and hair to their best advantage. "Sir? I think I know something that will help find the escaped prisoner." she said casting Dark Phoenix an uneasy look, he always made her nervous.

"Oh really?" Satul's lips curved up into a brief smily, "What do you have to help me with, Risa?"

Risa smiled a bit in return, loving the way Sutal smiled, she quickly collected her thoughts, not wanting him to get impatient.
"I can dispatch dead animals all over the forest..they will be able to converse to me and I in turn can give you the location of where they are."

Dark Phoenix listened carefully and hoped Avella and Kaya would be safe.

"Yes, that sounds like a fantastic idea... Best news I've had all day." Satul said, "Go ahead then."

Risa nodded shyly and with a smile she left to prepare herself.

Dark Phoenix had watched the whole exchange with interest. "She likes you."

"I know..." Satul sighed.

"What are you planning to do about it? It's obvious she even goes so far as to present herself well when addressing you, her clothes were..flattering to say the least." Dark Phoenix said, thinking perhaps this would help in him securing Avella and his future. If his brother was to distracted they could get away.

"I would love to be distracted by her..." Satul sighed, "But I've got too much work to do, and no time for infatuations at the present moment..."

"Perhaps you are over working yourself. She is willing to help you, and it is obvious she cares for you, perhaps you should focus at least part of your efforts into a relationship." Dark Phoenix said trying to sound calm and unconcerned. "Do you like her?" He added remembering Sutal said he would "love to be detracted by her".

"I am attracted to her..." Satul sighed.

Kaya looked to Avella sadly. "I hope he will be safe..what should we do?"

"Wait for him... hope that he'll be okay..." Avella murmured.

"What will they do to him if they find him?" Kaya asked as they walked.

"I can only hope that nothing will happen..." Avella said slowly, "And Satul should know that if anything happens to him... I will personally hunt them all down and kill them, even if I lose my life in the process..."

"I would help you..Avella..I'm not a boy..I am a girl." Kaya said quietly.

"I-I knew already..." Avella replied softly.

Kaya looked at Avella in surprise. "Y..you did?"

"Yeah, I just figured you had your reasons for not revealing that," Avella nodded.

Kaya looked down at her feet. "I did..when I was younger..after my sister was taken, I was living off the charity of a so called friend, when i turned fifteen he....tried something..I didn't allow it so he tried to kill me..since than..I have hidden the fact that I am a girl..I've been afraid."

"I'm sorry..." Avella murmured, moving over and hugging her, "Just know that you've no need to be afraid of us."

"I know..I miss Risa though..she was my sister..before Sutal took her." Kaya said sadly as she hugged back.

"So... you've got a sibling under his control too..." Avella said softly.

Kaya nodded sadly. "Y..yes..I miss her."

"As I miss my older brother..." Avella nodded.

"Maybe we will be able to free them.." Kaya said.

"Yes... I have no doubt about that." Avella said, "We'll be able to rescue them..."

"I look foreword to it. Do you know where there is a safe place to stay?" Kaya asked.

"We can look... but I don't know for sure..." Raven murmured.

"I think I see a camp fire, do you see it?" Kaya asked looking to the east.

"Yes..." Avella said, "We ought to go slowly though... just in case."

Kaya nodded and moved cautiously in the direction of the fire.

Avella followed, keeping close to Kaya, her hands wrapped around the hilts of both swords cautiously.

Kaya stopped and frowned. "No ones here..but the fire is still going."

"Maybe we should put it out..." Avella frowned, "Fires left untended usually go out of control..."

"Why do you think they left?" Kaya asked.

"This will have to wait Villen Satul has called for me" Adrien said teleporting to his study suprised to see Dark phoenix there, "what do you need Satul i was handling something..."

"I just wish to have a small chat." Satul said, turning away from a conversation that he'd been having with his brother, "You see, he's returned of his own volition, despite that you said he had betrayed me, my brother did what he said he had planned to do, and that was to go on that walk of his. I'd also like to have a little chat about your putting a tracking device on him." He sat down behind his desk.

"Ah so he did find it...I was just taking precational measures to be safe you know i prepare for anything, but i would like to talk to you privately if you don't mind Dark Phoenix..." Adrien said blankly.

"I would prefer if, next time, you don't take precautions against my brother." Satul said coldly, "He has been by my side for years, and though he allowed himself to be manipulated by that girl once, he has seen the light, and refuses to allow her to manipulate him a second time."

"Satul, don't be so blind you should know how easily he is manipulated do you not remember the girl years ago" Adrien groaned, "And i would still like to talk to you privately..."

"The girl from those years ago was before we had begun this great adventure," Satul said, "And whatever needs to be said can be said with my younger brother in full view."

"You have loved bugging me since we were kids and you still get your kicks from it eh?" Adrien said chuckling a little, "Now if i wanted to talk to you privately It has nothing to do with your brother just private matters between us so just listen you know i do what is best for this organization and this will only unnerve your brother farther..."

"Unnerve him?" Satul questioned, simply standing and moving over to the window, clasping his hands behind his back, "What could you have to say that's so important that you cannot say before my own flesh and blood?"

"It's about Aedin and you told me specifically that he should not know personal matters with him concidering what happened.." Adrien said , and it is about the seal you ordered me and Atsuki to put on the both of them

Satul sighed, "Fine, we'll go next door then." He muttered.

"Thank you...I will bring your brother back in a minute dark Phoenix...." Adrien said walking into the next room with Satul. "So you do realize that he has lost his memory because of the seal do you not and Aedin is going into his trances as well because of the same thing...."

"Yes, yes, this I knew already," Satul said simply.

"Well why didn't you do something about it when he first went into his blood lust trance?" Adrien questioned slightly annoyed."And why didn't you release the seal on Lanzer's memories as well you know if it is left there his mind will rot away...."

"His mind will not rot away." Satul said firmly, "As for your brother, he is your responsibility. You're supposed to keep him in check."

"Actually the only reason I am here was for you not him he joined because Lanzer and I did and why is everyone my responsibility lately i thought it was Lanzer's job to keep them in check i was merely muscle for the 'eager ones' that stepped out of there place and he couldn't handle so you didn't have to dirty your pretty little hands" Adrien said smiling.

"Dirty my 'pretty little hands'?" Satul shook his head, "You sure have gotten cheeky of late."

"And you haven't you never thought of me as an underling until lately what do you expect.." Adrien said blankly.

"No, I've treated you more as an equal... but lately you've been acting like one of the untrained," Satul said simply.

"Yes you have until recently after the last time Aedin changed...." Adrien said, "do you blame me for him losing the girls..."

"I was not blaming you for that." Satul relied, "You've done nothing but get mouthy since then, so do not blame me for treating you as you act."

"Yes i was mouthy because of what you said then do you not remember...ooh and i forgot Villen can bring out the worst in people i sweare i released one of the pentogram seals i placed on my powers long ago..." Adrien said holding up the hand with the blood sign on it.

"Because of what I said?" Satul echoed, "Please, don't expect me to keep tabs on your brother. You shouldn't have snapped like that in the first place. And you want to know something? If you'd stop irritating Villen, then he wouldn't irritate you. He's got a nasty temper when it's fanned, that one." Satul said, "Are we quite done here then?"

"No we are not...we need to decide something about the seals...Aedin will destroy himself if this keeps up and Lanzer might as well we either need stronger seal, or someone to teach them to control the power we sealed in them years ago" Adrien said wiping the blood off resealing his strengh.

Satul shrugged, "I'm sure you'll figure something out for your brother." He said simply.

"You just love fucking with me don't....Shit Aedin knows and he is furious...I am going to kill that girl" Adrien said hearing Aedin yell for both him and Satul stomping down the hall, "well are you gonna help me with it now considering you helped me into this damn mess" Adrien said sighing from fustration with Aedin.

"Satul Brother!" Aedin screamed storming into Satul's study, "Lanzer...damn they did it to him as well. I need to talk to you immediately Lanzer...."
"Damn he is telling your brother as well they will be furious we had better do something or risk losing both of them..." Adrien said to Satul worried now.

Satul sighed and pressed his fingers against the bridge of his nose, "This gets really irritating," He muttered, "We'll revamp the seals... Put them to sleep."

"Lets hurry" Adrien said teleporting inbetween the two. "Brothe.....r" Aedin tried to say as Adrien quickly loosed a powerful spell slipping both of them into the subconcious realm.

"To the lab," Satul said, entering the room a few seconds later.

"Fine" Adrien said teleporting them all there setting both of them on a table. "Now what seal is strong enought to seal the Phoenix back up for now and erase the memory of it and the trances...." he added

Moira is still uncertain how to deal with Aedin the words he said went through her head. Her brothers angry words also send her head in a world of confusion. Maybe Mastudo is right I am a basket case.

"Hrmmm you are not a basket case Moira....just different" Aedin said sighing beside her.

Moira blushes at the realization he can hear her thoughts. "Different huh? More like ungifted and boring." Moira sighs and keeps walking. "I'm Jealous of you."

"Why are you jelous you have gifts or you wouldn't be here you have a place here always if Satul didn't want you here he never would have converted you..." Aedin said smiling

Moira's lips slip in a frown. "Sure don't seem like it...and the reason I am jealous is because you have brothers that basically care about you..mine wishes I was never born.." Moira just looks ahead but tears sneak out of her eyes.

"...My real brother died years ago...Adrien found me and took me in like a brother and i joined here when he did because Satul and Lanzer were like brothers to me as well...but things changed over time..." Aedin said sighing.

Moira looks at him with her tear filled eyes. "I..am sorry to hear that..maybe I should just be kicked out."

"Don't say that...you are here because you are wanted" Aedin said walking to her.

Moira does not turn her gaze. "Oh please Aedin...I was a stray that Satul felt sorry for. Your brothers even once said that I was like a lost puppy those years ago."

"Maybe they did but you have a place here always"Aedin said while thinking, even if it is by my side...

Moira blinks at the mental message but shakes her head. "Aedin...did you mean what you said to Mastudo?" She touches her lip and shivers

"The last thing i remember saying to him before blacking out was 'what do you think you are doing with her'...thats all..." Aedin said worriedly.

Moira shivers and tries to stay strong. "You told Mastudo after he told you about our connection then you said so if you die then you all will die do really think I care about that as long as I can taste the sweet blood and I will taste far more than you."

"Wh..What I would....never...." Aedin said shocked at his apparent callasness.

Moira understands that he does not even remember. "Don't worry about it...you were in a blood lust haze. I...was just curious you seem to have a bit of trigger when it comes to blood."

"I never have before and i have no Idea why but when ever I start to use my powers decently or get a good whiff of blood i black out.." Aedin said confusedly.

Moira nods at that. "That sounds like a cursed lust usually means you need some sort of seal to control it but the seal is obviously not stong enough."

"What seal i have never sealed anything I don't even know a seal spell..." Aedin asked confused.

Moira flushes and wonders if she should have told him anything. "Um...well...I am curious about why you would defend?"

"Because it makes no sense to me why you would bring it up....Adrien...and Satul" Aedin said storming off to them, Moira you may be able to hide that from some but my eyes see all.....

Suddenly Moira feels a small pain and faints.

"I'm not sure about him..." Satul said, "That'll take some research, but as for your brother, I've some ideas if you have none..."

"Well if nothing else on your brother, sealing the phoenix's personality away so it doesn't take him over or he will be worse off to control than aedin but i think a central pentagram with 6 seals should be enough for the both of them for now..." Adrien said slicing his finger, "you and i are the only one's who know this complex seal as well so we are the only one's who can release it just keep this blocked off from Aedin and it will go smoothly..." he added preparing.

"You do realize that our magic will be very low for a while after this, correct?" Satul muttered.

"Yes i realize this that is why i am releasing the seal on my self first....so i won't be completely drained...but i will be in no condition to fight and neither will you this would be a horrible time for an attack four gifted will be down after this...." Adrien said while thinking to himself. After mumbling for a few minutes he finally said, "Multi seal release" as his aura began gaining more and more strengh, "Ok i am ready you should release your seal as well before we procede..."

Satul shrugged and bit into the pad of his thumb, drawing symbols over several parts of his body, "Muti-seal release," He said slowly, and his aura flared powerfully.

Dark Phoenix's body flared in black flame as an aura of dark power formed around him. It protected him like a shield. Soon they could hear an unknown voice; You cannot harm the protector, if you try to seal a part of him, you will die

"Well Satul should we procede, you know if we don't what will happen" Adrien said sighing.

Satul shook his head, "It's the protection spell, we cannot proceed with a seal upon my brother at the present time." He sighed, "The spell he used draws upon even my own power..."

"Fine we will move on to my brother for now" Adrien said sighing begginging to mumble as he made many marks in blood around Aedins body.

Satul simply watched as Adrien worked, leaning slightly against the counter and ready for Aedin's body's reaction to the seal.

"Start the incantation as well" Adrien said to Satul still bust drawing symbols preparing for the seal.

Satul shrugged, "I would think that one incantion was enough." He said, "I will set up the barrier once the seal settles in. It'll mess up and reverse if I do it too soon or too late."

"Fine now how many points should i put to seal different levels away like we have..." Adrien said before continuing to mumble the spell.

"As many as you feel to be necessary." Satul replied.

"I don't want to overdo it so I am guessing five" Adrien said making the seal marks.

"That's fine." Satul said, standing closer to the duo and preparing the barrier.

"Very well are you ready" Adrien said before saying the final part of the incantation.

"Of course." Satul replied, drawing his hands together, preparing to set the barrier up.

"Five point seal" Adrien murmered as he poured energy into creatig the seals.

"Five point barrier," Satul said directly after as five points appeared around the trio and spread their darkness together, he kept his hands together and continued a barrage of fast chants under his breath.

As the seals began to drain at Adriens strengh, he released the final seal on himself to make up for the loss, "release your final seal this is going to be too strong for what we already have he is stronger than i thought..."

"I'm fine, I don't need to release it." Satul said, "In fact, I really should have released less... but, at least I'll have some regular energy left later due to the excess."

"That's why i released my last seal...just incase.." Adrien said still pouring energy into the creation of the seals, "OOh damn it just hit me a seal that would be better...creation....."

"Oh?" Satul said simply, looking over at him as he finished the creation of the barrier.

"Yes a spell of creation but that would have drained us far more, but it may work with your brother even with hsi barrier cause there are technically no seals where we need to touch his body..." Adrien said as the seals set.

"Maybe..." Satul muttered, "But we'll have to worry about that later when we've got energy again to spare."

"Ok well for now Aedin should not go into those trance's anymore, and soon we will do your brother with the creation spell so this will be settled until there bodies can handle there strengh..." Adrien said sighing.

Satul nodded, "I'm going to head up to my chambers to rest for now." He said, "You should do the same."

"I'm not so sure about that just yet, we need to do something just incase phoenix wakes up so he doesn't kil Aedin" Adrien said exhaustedly.

"He won't kill him," Satul said, "What makes you think that he will?"

"Just something i saw in his eyes when i left him in the woods....I don't trust him anymore" Adrien said looking down.

"He was frustrated and stressed... and on top of that, you weren't doing him any good then..." Satul said, massaging his temples.

"He is not the same person any more Satul!" Adrien shouted, "what ever this is has....changed him completely.."

"You say that, but he is still my brother!" Satul shouted back, "He came back here willingly, yet you don't seem to get that."

"Don't be so blind...he is like a brother to me as well" Adrein said, "but he isn't the same person anymore why can't you see that...."

"I haven't said that I can't see that he's changed." Satul growled, "But he is the same person nonetheless, my brother, serving our cause, with or without his memories."

"No he isn't.....he is still your brother yes but not the same boy that we held so dear..." Adrien growled, "he is only here now because....he doesn't know what else to do..."

"He will remember old memories soon enough," Satul said, "He knows that I am his brother, and will stay with me."

"Not if we don't do something about that girl corrupting him....he is seeing her behind your back...I have no proof other than what my brother said, but none the less we must be safe and catious, we have to either kill her or change immediately before she completely changes him...." Adrien said trying to make him understand the severity of the situation.

"She is important to our cause..." Satul said, "With her I will be victorious with my cause."

"I know but think of it this way, she is probably the most powerful force fighting us and this can go two ways if we can't convert her, then she helps them, but we are more powerful the what would be left if we killed her, so that way they caon't have her either" Adrien said smiling, "but if you have to have her then we should go personally and bring your brother as well to capture and convert her before anyone has time to rescue her..."

"Yes... we'll need to get her. My brother is resting though... We'll take anyone else who is ready at the present moment."

"We are not ready yet the seal we just performed...and unsealing all of our powers..." Adrien said sighing, "unless i seal my powers, you know what will happen sorta like Atsuki's wing, I turn into pure shadow and pure energy..."

"I wasn't talking about going now," Satul said, "But preparing for the trip for later."

"Good, well when are we going, tonight?" Adrien asked walking to the door.

"Tonight," Satul agreed.

"Very well i will make arrangements immediately then rest" Adrien said teleporting to his study, Atsuki,Villen, Mastudo come to my study.....

Atsuki and Villen made their way to the study slowly, Villen still rather angry with Adrien's attitude from earlier that day.

Mastudo just idely makes his way into the study. "So what's the meeting for?"

"You are here Mastudo because your sister is in the infirmary, she collapsed and i wanted to know if you had anything to do with it...." Adrien said sitting down. "Everyone else, Satul, Myself and one other are going for the girl tonight and i was going to let the two of you decide who wished to go..."

Mastudo just shrugs and ask, "Why would I waste my time on that? Also I would be hurting myself in the process."

"Ok well go check her condition, and report back to me or Satul..." Adrien said sighing, "as for the rest of you, have you decided who will be going or if you both wish to go what?"

"We can both go I suppose." Atsuki shrugged, and Villen nodded his agreement.

"Very well, make your arrangements, and we will leave at nightfall" Adrien said motioning for them to leave. "And Mastudo if i find you lied to me you will regret it dearly...."

Mastudo just leans against the wall. "Need me to do anything around here while you are gone taking care of business."

"Keep a check on Aedin And Lanzer..." Adrien said shrugging, "now go and report back her condition i have paperwork to do then i must rest....."

Mastudo just nods and walks out to check on Aedin and Lanzer.

Atsuki, Pick me up a set of my swords from the Armory if you don't mind Adrien said sighing "now to get some rest" he added walking upstairs from his study to his quarters.

Fine. Was Atsuki's response as he left the study.

Mastudo have you found out your sister's condition yet.... Adrien said laying down.

Mastudo cringes and goes into infamiary to check on his sister. "What's going on?"

"What....." Adrien said teleporting to him, "what the hell is going on here...."

Mastudo notices her bed is empty. "MOIRA!"

"Where the hell is she" Adrien says to the doctor, "this had better be good.."

"...Well...ummm...she just disappeared not too long ago...i came to check on her and she was gone.." the doctor said nervously.

"She was gone?!?" Adrien said sighing, "well i suppose we should find her....everyone Moira is missing find her and bring her to me immediately...

Matudo actually looks in all the wrong places. Moira is located outside not far from the sight of the Infairmary window kneeling at her mothers grave. "Oh Mother I miss you."
After a little while she just walks back inside.

Mastudo runs into her. "MOIRA! Adrien wants to see you."

Moira lets out a sigh and coughs while reluctantly following her brother.

MOIRA!!! come to my study now!!! Adrien said very annoyed now as he teleported there.

Moira teleportes inside and just looks at Adrien with her slightly clouded green eyes. "You wished to see me?"

"What the hell is your problem leaving the infirmary in your condition" Adrien bellows, "beleive it or not my brother cares for you and you are still a part of this organization...now go back to the infirmary and send your brother here..."

Moira just nods and teleportes out sending her brother behind her. She stubbles in the Infimary and apologizes to the doctor she lays down and the something is left for her on the floor it is the symbol of the uncle who killed her mother. "I wish it did not hurt as much."

"Mastudo...did you check on Aedin and Lanzer?" Adrien said going through another pile of paperwork left on his desk from Moira'a little adventure.

Mastudo nods at that. "Both seem to be resting Aedin has to watch how he tenses his muscles or else he will cause more complications. What are those papers for?"

"Your sister...my brother..lanzer..and the plan for tonight...." Adrien said sighing, "whats wrong with Moira why is she so sick...."

Mastudo hears something hit his feet and instantly his eyes turn into a cold glare. I see so he is back again...or at least figuratively... Mastudo decides to hide his revelation. "Moira has always been the emotional one and entirely stubborn. Maybe your brother needs to watch out and possibly think about romancing another lady."

"That has nothing to do with us i asked about her health.." Adrien said aggrivatedly, Satul, its nearly nightfall you should prepare...

Mastudo shrugs at that. "Perhaps its something that she caught while trying to help." Mastudo looks at the crest in a sideway glance.

Satul yawned in his chambers when he heard Adrien's voice, I'll be ready soon enough.

"This has been going on for too long, and the doctors can't find out what it is..." Adrien said, "Well i must prepare...you may leave now" he added coldly.

Mastudo bows and leaves while picking up the crest and leaves. The reasons the doctors can't pin point it is because its a family falicy that is not detected easily.Mastudo goes to the library and opens a book.

I don't trust him Satul...he knows something about what is happening but we have more important matters to attend now Adrien said sighing. Atsuki, Villen, meet us at the entrance we have some 'pets to track down first' Adrien said laughing walking into Satul's quarters, "hey did Risa congure those tracker beasts for us.."

"She hasn't reported back yet." Satul said, "We should wait for her to give us the location. I'd like to know where I was going."

"Damn well i'd better use the time to rest" Adrien said teleporting back to his room, I haven't gotten any rest since the seal i've been too busy...

Meanwhil Moira gets up and sits near the two other injuried males. "I hope you guys aren't hurt too bad." She holds the crest in her hands and tears stream down her face.

Moira, they are fine just under a sleeping trance until we can finish the seals.. Adrien said rolling over trying to sleep.

Moira just nods but her tears in knowing the family curse. She rests for awhile. Mastudo walks the halls as the flashbacks hits his head. The news that forced him to be mean to his sister is once his uncles influence over Moira is spread then she would kill him without hesitation. He lets out a sigh and walks into the infirmary.

Finally waking up a few hours later still waiting on Rissa, Adrien rolled out of his bed and walked down staggering to his study to find another stack of paperwork, "Damn i'll never get done at this rate...oh well he does it anyway" he said teleporting the paperwork to Satuls desk.

Both Mastudo and Moira scream and then there is silence.

damn near jumping out of his skin, Adrien teleports to the Infirmary to see what is going on.

Both look like something had stabbed them. Mastudo looks Adrien and shouts, "NO GO!"

"What the hell are you doing" Adrien said teleporting his swords to him from Atsuki.

Mastudo shoves him out of the room. "MOIRA HELP ME!" Moira helps him and once their is a beam of light then both colasped on the floor.

Teleporting behind them too see where the beam of light came from, Adrien summoned the doctor in to help him with the siblings.

Doctor tends to them. "They are lucky to be alive. Neither one is going to be able to move for weeks. However Moira is losing more strength." He lets out a sigh.

"What the hell happened here" Adrien asked putting his new swords in his holster.

Doctor picks up the crest. "So they are related to the terror." He looks at Moira. He hates females.

"Terror" Adrien asked, Not him....Satul there may be a problem.... "who is this 'terror'..." he asked hoping it wasn't who he was thinking of.

Doctor sighs and says,"The man who divided this organization. He has been dead for a few years."

"I know all of that the name please...." Adrien said getting slightly annoyed.


"Rhoull Hensie" Doctor turns back to his patience.

"Damn i was afraid of that, well what happened to the two of them....was it his curse.." Adrien said sighing.

"That is only a spiritual attack. He is wanting to kill Moira." He places a hand on Moira's head.

"Well damn, is this the extent or it there more to this is it in her mind what...." Adrien said sighing, Satul it is as i feared....

Mastudo wakes up and says, "He is harming her in everyway possible."

The Doctor just keeps at his work.

"Damn, his magic is unfortunately too powerful for me to break in this state, if you wish for me to save her i need to build strengh and awaken Satul...." Adrien said sighing, I must release all of my seals...again..

Moira manages to say, "No finish your...mission."

"I can't do anything until Risa returns with her report...." Adrien said slicing his thumb open and drawing five signs on him in blood.

Moira coughs and looks at him. "Why are you doing this?"

"For.....my own reasons..." Adrien said finishing the multi seal release, "now i should be able to break it own my own, you'd better thank me Aedin....

Moira tries to stop him. "He...will continue to want me dead."

"He is dead and this spell was his continued legacy, when i break it, this will all be over.." Adrien said sighing.

Moira stares at him defiantly. "IT WILL WEAKEN YOU AND SATUL! YOU DON'T NEED THAT!"

"I probably won't even need Satul now that i've released all of my strengh" Adrien said as he began to gain a deep visible Aura that enveloped his whole body and turned him to shadow, "now what was the spell he used" he said like and echo through an empty vessel.

Moira let out a pained gasp. Mastudo looks pale and the doctor hopes it works.

"What is the incantation used i need to know to reverse it.." Adrien said sighing.

The Doctor gets out the book and says, "Let what is dead rest and let those who live progress."

"Very well now i shall begin..." Adrien said starting to mumble incohenrently with swifit unseeable hand guestures.

The Doctor just wishes it works out.

"Mastudo what was his element" Adrien said quickly before geginning his mumbling again and rubbing many symbols all over Moira in blood.

Mastudo manages to get out in a hoarse voice. "Dark earth.."

"Ok so a darkness base then" Adrien said rubbing a symbol down to counter his element before putting up a barrier around the two of them, "this is for yall's protection say out ofthe barrier if you wish to live" me shouted as he made a weird hand sign over her and energy began to writhe an crackle around him and his hands.

Mastudo asks, "ARE YOU CRAZY!"

"Maybe but i don't know exactly what the spell was meant to effect, so i'm taking care of mind body and spirit to be sure" Adrien said laughing lightly before building more power to the point of his body being visible because of him being nearly completely drained.

Moira caughs and Mastudo yells "ADRIEN!"

"You are distracting me" Adrien said gasping slightly before beginning the spell.

Mastudo sulks and tries to stay quiet.

Mumbling again Adrien begins to release the energy he stored into the symbols he drew on Moira's body.

The crest shines a blazing light in Adrien's face. "YOU WILL NOT INTERFERE!"

"Ah so you have decided to join us then Rhoull" Adrien said releasing a powerful blast to the crest draining the energy to heal her.

"NO! MOIRA SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BORN!" He groans.

"good bye now" Adrien said as he syphened the last of the energy out of the seal into himself and proceding with the spell on Moira.

Moira has a caughing spell.

"Damn" Adrien says putting more energy into the spell marks, "this is going to hurt....alot....."

Mastudo gets up and walks over to Adrien. "Let me help."

"It would kill you the ammount of energy needed to sustain this..." Adrien said sighing continuing the spell.

Moira whispers, "Please stop."

"its too late to stop it will kill us both if i do now..." Adrien said pouring more energy into the marks.

"Ok I"m almost done and this is really going to hurt....both of us....." Adrien said drawing the spell that Rhoull put on her into the marks he made with his own energy, "eugh...." he said nearly collapsing from the pain now.

Mastudo tries to help him find a place to sleep.

"I'm not done yet" Adrien gargled gasping for air, "just a...little longer..." he added pulling th energy from his barrier to seal his spell, "there......"

Mastudo helps him to a bed so he can sit. "Ok as much as I appricate what you have done. I have to ask...DID YOU LOSE EVERY GRAIN OF SANITY!"

"What do you think after growing up with Satul..." Adrien said sighing from exhaustion.


Mastudo rolls his eyes. "Besides that why were you determined to save her?"

"For my own reason's, and i do not suggest you dig into it too deeply......" Adrien said tiredly laying down.

Mastudo glares and asks, "Was it for your brother?"

"Don't dig so much into it" Adrien said holding a sword to his throat, "It is none of your concern...."


Mastudo just sits down and looks at Moira. "To think you care."

"Excuse me" Adrien said sighing sheathing his sword, "were you talking to me..."

Mastudo just looks at him and responds, "Of course not just thinking out loud."

"Very well, call me if a problem arrises with her my brother or lanzer...." Adrien said teleporting to his own bed.

Mastudo just nods. Yeah I will watch over these injuried kittens.

Aedin are you awake yet..... Adrien said fron his bed.

yes now..... Aedin said grumpily.

Go check about Moira, there were problems...... Adrien moaned.

WHAT?!? Aedin responded jumping out of his bed seeing Moira on the other side of the room. "What happened?!? Mastudo you didn't....." he added stumbling over to him grabbing his sword.

Mastudo rolled his eyes and asks, "Honestly why would I want to kill myself too? No I did not hurt Moira someone in our family did..."

"Liar you did it last time" Aedin screamed unable to use his powers yet.

Mastudo glares and shakes his head. "I would never kill Moira because then I would have to die also. A ruthless person in our family wants Moira dead..because she exsist and she is not a male."

"SHUT UP" Aedin growled stumbling over his feet.

Mastudo just laughs at him. "Calm down boy you don't want to hurt yourself more. You need to slow down or else you won't be able to protect Moira." He gives him a knowing glare.

"JUST SHUT UP if i could use my damn powers right now you would be dead" Aedin screamed, what the hell did Adrien do that spell must still be effecting my powers...

Mastudo helps him up and places him near Moira. "Your brother helped save Moira's life."

"What??" Aedin said sitting down still dazed.

Mastudo just nods and asks, "Have you ever heard of a man named Rhoull?"

"Just rumors...he was the only one that defied Satul and separated the organization....." Aedin said, "what does that have to do with this as far as i know he is dead..."

Mastudo lifts his sisters hand and shows him the crest. "Yes all of that is true and he committed murder to the brightest females in the orgainzation including....my mother he left a curse stating that all the females in the family will die.."

"So he cursed her...." Aedin said confused from the spell still.

Mastudo just nods and asks, "Why are you so curious?"

"Because there are holes in your story, if he cursed all the females and killed your mother, why aren't the both of you dead already because you said if one dies you all die...." Aedin said pulling out a kunai.

Mastudo just looks at him. "I still get injuried but I would have survived for two reasons..one is I am male and the other is he is within the family and he was an alpha he targets sepcifically to females. That is the exception to the rule."

"Then why did you say you would die if I she was killed..." Aedin said holding the kunai to his throat.

Mastudo pulls out the necklace his mother gave him. "Rhoull would not have any memory of the females that bring shame.He wants to erase them from history even in death. So even if I would have survived his attack he knows I love my mother too much and my end would be similar to Moira's."

"So you are changing your story now..." Aedin said digging the kunai in slowly.

Mastudo just looks at him. "No I am adding the piece I always leave out...Moira is actually stronger than me. The day mom told me about the curse...she also told me that Moira would surpass me...go ahead and kill me if you wish but do you think Moira is going to be so forgiving if you kill me?"

"Why shouldn't i you keep changing your story back and forth then a whole new one comes out what is the damn truth..." Aedin hissed digging the kunai in even deeper.

"Aedin enough..." Adrien said teleporting behind him grabbing the knife.

Mastudo cuts himself and a smiliar cut is on Moira but it does not bleed out like his does. "Moira does surpass me. Even though I am the Alpha she holds more knowledge and resistance to pain than me. That is the truth and the death issue can only be exempted if you have a strong hartred against a speicifc group of individuals." Moira sits up and looks at her brother with sympathic eyes.

He snaps, "DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT MOIRA!" His cold gaze lands on Aedin.

"Let me go brother!" Aedin shouted, "he is lying..."
"No he isn't..." Adrien said pulling Aedins hand still grasping the knife away, "tend to Moira, I will deal with Mastudo...." he added.

Moira yells, "NO! YOU HAVE ALL DONE ENOUGH FOR MY SAKE!" She tries to get up but falls into the floor.

Mastudo just waits and sees how Adrien is going to deal with him.

"Moira!" Aedin yells running to her side, "are you ok.."
"Mastudo, step out into the hall" Adrien said aggrvated.

Atsuki opened the door slowly, one hand pressed to his head, "What's with all the noise?" He said flatly, gazing between them all.

Mastudo just does as instructed and walks out into the hall.
Moira looks at Aedin and Atsuki. "I am a mistake...I should not even...be here."

"Don't say that" Aedin said helping her up. "Atsuki good timing there is something going on and i want to know, Aedins powers are knocked out still for the moment, you know why, and i am taking him outside for questions can you do the same with them..." Adrien said walking by him.

"So troublesome..." Atsuki muttered, "Why should I help you to sort this out, you're a part of it, I'm not..."

"Do what you wish then....." Adrien said closing the door behind him, "Now mastudo why is Aedin under the impression you are lying...."

Mastudo lets out a sigh. "Probably because he thought the other half of the story was made up. I wish it was but it is the bitter truth. I sort of laughed at him and got him riled up and he thought I hurt Moira from the very beginning." He careeses the necklace his mother gave him days before she was killed.

"Other half of the story you told me no such thing and why is that?" Adrien said annoyedly.

Mastudo lets out a grunt. "Well it is not something I like to admit openly. The fact a female surpassing a male is a bit shall we say unreasonable."

"Strench has nothing to do with gender, i would have figured your mother would have shown you that..." Adrien said bluntly.

Mastudo just stands there quietly but then says, "The reason she was killed is because she did not bear twin males. Uncle called her tainted and told her that death will come to her and Moira."

"I never asked about the reason she was killed, i said that i thought she would have taught you that gender does not matter with strengh..." Adrien said sighing. "I know how your mother died....who do you think helped hunt him down..."

Mastudo looks at Adrien shocked. However he regains stoic and replies, "She tried to but...you see I had to be trained the normal way."

"You really don't know do you....do you know who killed him..." Adrien asked slightly surprised.

Mastudo looks at him confused. "No I don't know."

"Do you even know how your mother died...." Adrien asked in disbelief.

Mastudo shakes his head and tears fall.

"Why are you crying, you should be proud she gave her life trying to protect her family and this organization...and her loss was not in vain, me and Satul found him from the fight of theres...." Adrien said sighing.

Mastudo just looks at him. "A fight of there's?"

"She did everything she could to try to stop him and protect her children....unfortunately me and Satul came too late to save her...." Adrien said sighing.

Mastudo just nods and dries his tears. "Thanks for telling me...I am sorry about getting your brother rilled up."

"He is just hastey..." Adrien said, "Now if you See Risa tell her to report back to me of satul...i think you can handle things from here and Atsuki is there as well..." he added teleporting back to Satul's study. "Guess what....."

"What is it?" Satul muttered, looking over at him.

"Rhoull put a curse on Moira....i broke it but it took every last bit of strengh i had...." Adrien said sighing.

Satul shook his head, "I knew that bastard left some nasty surprises..." He muttered.

"He enchanted the family crest she carries with his power and used it to feed the curse..." Adrien said sighing.

"Get some rest," Satul replied, "Since it's been taken care of..."

"Thats not it....Aedin woke up tried to attack Mastudo although it was warrented because he kept changing his story to him and he is naturally suspicous and he can't use his powers for some reason usually when you wake up there are no side affects from that seal..." Adrien said aggrivated.

"Sometimes it happens," Satul replied, "He'll probably be missing them anywhere from a few hours to a few days..."

"Well that could go horribly if we were to become under attack, three agent's are down..." Adrien said sighing, "and one is missing, has Risa said anything to you...."

"Not yet, give her time," Satul said, "And we'll be fine, we've got an entire organization under us."

"There are only a few of the gifted ready to fight, there is you, me, Mastudo,Villen,And Atsuki is all i know about and as powerful as most of us are we would not do too well against a larger force or a few powerful gifted, even the two of us are not immortal...." Adrien said sighing.

"Just get some rest," Satul said, "What do you think that you could possibly do in your state as it is?"

"Eh my teleportation uses far less energy than my shadow magic, if i keep the distance limited that is..." Adrien said sighing, "and I always have these" he adds holding his new swords, "they are stronger and magically infused..."

"You go right on ahead and get yourself killed then." Satul replied, shaking his head.

Mastudo shows Risa in and asks, "Is this a bad time?"

"No This is not a bad time its perfect..." Adrien said smiling to Satul, "and you should know how hard it is to kill me..."

Satul shrugged boredly, "What news do you bring?" He said simply.

"I'm tired, summon me when you are ready to leave" Adrien moaned teleporting to his room.

"I will," Satul sighed.

Mastudo looks at Satul and asks, "So um should I go do something?"

"Prepare for our hunt." Satul replied.

Mastudo bows and does just that. Still feeling the sting from his pride being injuried.

Satul leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes tiredly.

Satul...are you awake Adrien says dozing into unconciousness.

Of course... why? Satul replied.

Why is Mastudo coming with us...i thought he was to stay behind and watch over everything until we return...Adrien mumbled trying to stay awake.

I never said that he was to stay behind. Satul replied. At this point, I'm thinking it would be wise to bring him as well.

with me you Atsuki and Villen, dont you think that will be enough power... Adrien replied suprised.

Why are you so intent upon him not accompanying us? Satul questioned.

"Because he was with them the last time you went after the girl, he was the other unconcious man that Atsuki brought..." Adrien said after he teleported back to satul's office.

"He was with them on my orders," Satul replied, "I wanted him to infiltrate groups of gifted, to gain their trust and to keep tabs on them."

"Ok but why wasn't i informed..." Adrien said concerned.

"Why should I have informed you? I kept it to myself because nobody else was supposed to know." Satul replied.

"Because you have never not told me about something like that....because i tend to be rather harsh when I find out not knowing they weren't betraying us....you remember the last time, i killed them without question and i nearly did Mastudo because i didn't know....." Adrien said slightly annoyed now.

"I didn't even ever tell my brother," Satul replied, "This was a mission of my own, and it's meant to look quite real. That is why I didn't say anything."

"I know and understand this, but what if i had killed him when he returned, what then you would had lost another gifted, and one of our own no less.." Adrien said sighing.

"But you didn't," Satul replied simply, "There are many things that I keep to myself that don't need shared with others..."

"You've changed" Adrien said grouchedly teleporting back to his room.

"Changed? No... I've not changed... everything else changes all around me constantly." Satul replied with a sigh as Adrien disappeared.

Mastudo finishes getting ready and is not sure what to think about this. Do Moira and I truly belong here?

If you think you don't then say something to Satul, but next time you want privacy, block your mind....Adrien said sighing as he rolled in his bed.

Mastudo just lets out a sigh. Gee I did not know you would always be so curious Adrien. Who said I thought we didn't belong its just a question.

Ok well questioning yourself and your decisions will lead you nowhere, just do what you think is best at the time.....Adrien responded tiredly.

Mastudo feels like there is a bit of a connection between Adrien and his mom. Adrien did you my mother well?

"What are you rambling about" Adrien said as he appeared behind Mastudo.

Mastudo jumps and nearly hits his foot with a weapon. "Um Adrien could you please warn someone when you are going to do that."

"Mabye, but that's not why i came, what were you rambling about..." Adrien said sighing.

Mastudo just looks at him. "Nothing its a crazy idea sorry to interrupt you."

"I heard what you said i want to know why you think that..." Adrien said annoyedly.

Mastudo turns to look at him. "You know Adrien if you didn't get so annonyed easily then maybe I would want to answer. It was just a thought ok I am not thinking anything bad."

"I Realize that, but what annoys me is not the questions, but you are hesitant to ask once you have already said something..." Adrien said rubbing his head.

Mastudo lets out a sigh and asks, "How well did you know my mother?"

"fairly well, she was my partner on many missions..." Adrien said smiling.

Mastudo just nods and walks away.

Teleporting in front of him, Adrien asks, "Why did you want to know..."

Mastudo just shurgs and says, "Just curious."

"Your never just curious, you always have a reason...." Adrien said sighing.

Mastudo lets out a sigh and says, "It just seems like you were hurt when you saw her killed."

"Well you know, Even Satul and I have feelings too...." Adrien said sighing remembering that day.

Mastudo just sighs and nods as he walks away.

"I don't know..." Avella replied to Kaya, "Maybe there was some sort of emergency..."

"Maybe..what now?"

"We should put it out..." Avella said, "I'd rather a wildfire not begin due to this."

"Damn that boy..." Adrien mumbled teleporting to Satul's office again, "Hey has Risa shown up yet I am getting impatient..."

Dark Phoenix' eyes began to open. He remained still as he listened to his brother and Adrien.

"Well Satul..." Adrien said starting to get impatient, hrm...he is waking up...

Dark Phoenix quickly leaped up and shielded himself with his wings. "What the hell was that about?" He demanded.

"What was what about..." Adrien said sighing turning around to face him, so the spell wore off that quickly...but i doubt he has full usage of his powers yet...

"No, she has not reported back in yet." Satul said, "How are you feeling, brother?"

"Why was I knocked out?" Dark Phoenix demanded.

"That is none of your concern..." Adrien said turning back to face Satul, "so she hasn't come back yet....that girl is really getting on my nerves..."

"I think it is my concern, after all it is my body that was hurt! Sutal what is the meaning of this?!"

Satul shook his head, "Don't be angry with her, she will return as soon as she is able. Don't get angry, brother. Our intentions were not to harm you."

"We didn't harm you all i did was put you to sleep..." Adrien said to dark phoenix, "ok ok i know that but she has been gone for nearly a day now...."

Dark Phoenix began to leave the room. What the hell are they up to?

"Lan....Dark Phoenix...where are you going...you are still weak from that spell..." Adrien called after him.

"I am going for a walk, next time I would appreciate it if you woud explain your intentions before you acted on foolish impulse." He replied not bothering to turn around.

"I needn't explain anything to you...and i suggest you stay near to the base, we are going on a mission soon...and you don't wan't to be caught...up in the chaos..." Adrien said sighing, "Risa needs to hurry with her report..." he mumbled just barely audible.

"Adrien, go to hell! I know you suspect me, you can say it to my face rather than saying behind my back."

"Just be careful....little boy..." Adrien said sighing sitting down in a nearby chair.

"Adrien, stop messing with my brother already." Satul said, massaging his temples as he sat down.

"I'm not messing around with your precious baby brother Satul, what i said is true and if he acts like a child i will treat him as such..." Adrien replied coldly.

"You're acting as bad as he is." Satul said in a tone as cold as his.

A shadow formed around Adrien, causing him to trip and fall. Dark Phoenix turned and looked back at him his eyes shown red. "Do Not Call Me A Baby."

"If the shoe fits wear it.." Adrien said appearing infront of him.

"Are you jelous or what the hell is your problem?"

"My only problem is that I am worried about your sorry little ass.." Adrien snapped rather harshly teleporting back to the chair he was sitting in before gazing at Dark Phoenix coldly.

"Don't be." Dark Phoenix snapped as he stormed out of the room. He headed for the grounds to clear his head. This can be a problem, how the hell am I going to manage to get information with him around?

"You arrogant little child...that girl will be the end of you....." Adrien muttered under his breath Dark Phoenix left.

After a little while Risa knocked on the door. She felt tired but satisfied with the results of her work.

"Enter." Satul called.

Risa stumbled in but drew herself up. "Umm..sir..I have loacted her."

"Good, good. Where is she?" Satul asked.

"She is in.." Before she could finish pain shot through Risa and she colapsed to the floor.She curled up in a ball sobing in pain. She than heard a voice only she could hear You tell them and my flames will consume you, you tell them and you will die!

"Risa!" Satul hurried to her side in worry.

Tears ran down her face as she reached for Sutal. "S..Sutal.."She than passed out.

"Risa, Risa wake up!" Satul said, quickly lifting her into the air and heading down to the imfirmary.

Dark Phoeinx frowned as he felt some of his strenght leave him, he followed it back and saw Sutal with Risa. "What happened to her?"

"I don't know." Satul said, brushing past his brother, "I'm taking her to the infirmary.

"Shadow magic..it's covering her even though it isn't visible." Dark Phoenix said as he followed his brother to the infirmery.

Satul nodded, "Once she's treated, I'm sure she'll be okay."

Dark Phoenix nodded and watched his brother and Risa carefully. So..it was my phoenix form that did this..I need to learn better control, I didn't want to wound her this badly.

Satul entered the medical wing and set Risa down, "Treat her." He said.

Risa gave out a feeble moan but than went still.

Dark Phoenix frowned a little in worry, what if she died?

"What happened?" The doctors quickly got to work.

"Shadow magic." Satul said, "Somebody must have attacked her."

Dark Phoenix remeined quiet, a little afraid that Sutal would find out he had been the culprit.

"We'll get right to countering it." The doctors said quickly as Satul sat down.

Dark Phoenix remained tense, ready to take flight if the need arose.

"Good." Satul said, "I'll wait here then."

Risa muttered Sutal's name but remained unconcious.

"What did the doctor say...." Adrien asked teleporting onto the infirmary, something isn't right that wasn't just shadow magic.....

"No, they're tending her now, but they've not said anything about what may have caused it." Satul replied.

"The level of magic...it is almost as strong as our own without the seals being released...." Adrien muttered under his breath.

Satul shrugged, "We'll find out what happened sooner or later."

"Do you want me to Bring Aedin in to see if she knows anything about what happened?" Adrien asked slightly worried, Lanzer if you did this i will have no other chioce but to kill you....

"Not right now." Satul shook his head, "She's not in any state to have him looking into her mind at the present moment."

"Fine...I'm going for a walk..." adrein grumbled teleporting outside.

"Don't wander too far." Satul called after him.

I will wander as far as i please contact me when she awakens... Adrien replied from outside the base.

You will not wander far. Satul said, Stop with these games.

Why must you treat me like a kid... Adrien asked sighing.

Because you insist on acting like one. Satul replied.

Just shut up you will not be overbearing with me like you are with lanzer... Adrein said teleporting out of communication range.

I am not being overbearing. Satul thought to himself, knowing full well that Adrien had gone out of range, You're acting like a child, and as such, you're giving me no choice but to treat you like one. "Villen." Satul called, if Adrien insisted on acting like he was, then he'd just have to deal with the consiquences.

"Sir?" Villen appeared in the room and gave a slight bow.

"I need you to go and bring Adrien back here." Satul said.

"Alright." Villen said, turning towards the door.

"Alive." Satul clarified.

"I know." Villen laughed and pinpointed Adrien's location, he made his way slowly out of the building, bored.

"So he sent his dog after me eh..well i don't mind playing with him for a while..." Adrein mumbled t himself outloud.

Villen was in front of him after only a few seconds, "Looks like someone's trying to get himself into trouble." He said, a smirk resting on his face.

"No...I just don't feel like hearing his shit right now...or yours for that matter hot head...." Adrien said walking past him smiling.

"No? Well I've got orders this time." Villen replied, floating with his hands behind his head in front of Adrien, "Seems you're really pissing him off, I think he's tired of hearing your shit more than anything."

"Well he has had to deal with me since we were little...so I know how he feels...he has been overbearing since we were kids and o'm just tired of him trying to control me..." Adrien said sighing teleporting further away, "you can follow me if you wish but you will notbring me back until i am ready..."

"You really are a cocky know-nothing bastard." Villen replied, "And I will bring you back, even if it is on the brink of death."

"Try if you wish...everytime you get close i will just teleport farther..." Adrien said sighing as he walked further into the forest.

"Frightened, are you?" Villen replied, keeping pace with him easily.

"What makes you think the likes of you could possibly scare or beat me...I'm not even afraid of Satul.." Adrien said smiling as he teleported away again.

"The likes of me? Tch, because you will. I could beat you easily." Villen said darkly, still following.

"Why are you still pestering me you annoying little brat.." Adrien said harshly seeing Villen following him again.

"You're the annoying little brat. Why do you insist on pissing Satul off and directly disobeying orders?" Villen replied evenly.

"I've never been ordered by him to do anything..." Adrien said sighing, "thats what is pissing me off cause he is tryingto order me around...now go away you egotistical little whelp i will come back when i am ready and not a moment sooner."

"He has always given orders." Villen replied, "And why shouldn't he? He's the president of our organization. Jeez, you're acting like a fucking child, get over yourself."

"I have informed him of what i am doing yes, but he has never given me orders to do anything until lately..." Adrien said stopping. Slowly turning around, he stated, "I am not some lowly soldier that needs orders like you..."

"Like me?" Villen blinked, then laughed, "I have no title by choice. If I had wanted to I would have been third in command. Satul invited me to the position years ago, but I refused. Too much paperwork." He shrugged.

"Yay for you...I have no doubt you are strong enough for the position, it is your intellegence i doubted...I only joined because you turned it down..." Adrien said smiling.

"My intelligence is far above your own level." Villen replied evenly.

"Then you would have stopped me before i walked you to this canyon...there is no doubt your power matches my own...though your intellegence is still lacking..." Adrein said teleporting to the other side of the canyon.

"Oh? And why is that?" Villen questioned.

"Because it is filled nearly to the rim with water and your gift give's you the disadvantage..." Adrien said looking down to see the torrent of water flowing by them rapidly.

"Water doesn't bother me." Villen replied with a smirk, "I'm at no disadvantage here."

"Oh so your fire isn't put out by water then.....you must be strong to be able to defy phisics..." Adrien said smiling.


"Of course." Villen said, "It takes training, but the water no longer puts out my flames as it did when I was a boy."

"Well lets test that theory..." Adrein said smiling from behind him with a mask of shadows on his face while his teported himself and villen into the terrenting water.

The water steamed the moment it came in contact with Villen's flesh, evaporating into the air as he easily tugged himself above the water and settled himself to simply hovering just above it.

"Well now steam means that your fire is losing it's heat..." Adrein said still from below the water

"No, it means that the water is evaporating." Villen replied easily.

"you can't evaporate an entire river...it flows from and inland sea...into the ocean..." Adrien rang out in Villen's mind.

"I don't need to." Villen replied, "When did I ever say that I was trying to evaporate the entire river?"

"By that i meant that you would be put out before the river evaporated..." Adrien sputtered.

Villen laughed, "Whatever you say, why don't you come out from hiding in the river now?"

"Why don't you come in the water is warm now..." Adrien bellowed in his head.

"Because I'm not out here to play." Villen replied with a shrug.

"well that is where we differ...because i am..." Adrein replied sending out a weak blast of shadow energy at Villen.

Villen easily knocked it away with his bare hand, "Yes, I suppose that is where we differ." He sighed boredly.

"Well i suppose there is no need for you to be here bothering me then...because i am not coming out until i am ready too then i may go back to the organization or i may leave completely..." Adrien said laughing.

"Because I have orders." Villen replied, "I wouldn't be here wasting my time with you otherwise."

"Well then i think I might just leave the organization completely then if he insists on sending his dogs after me..." Adrien said climbing from the canyon.

"He wouldn't have to send anybody if you'd just follow orders or show him some respect for once." Villen replied.

"Good bye now tell him what i said for me...will you..." Adrien said smiling as he walked away into the distance.

"No, sorry, you'll have to tell him yourself." Villen said coldly, appearing in front of him with his arms crossed.

"I've decided I am leaving for a while...." Adrien said smiling as he teleported far off into the city.

"You'll be labeled a traitor after this!" Villen called, a smirk lining his lips, "Not that I'll mind any, snide bastard."

"I'll be back after a while...." Adrien rang in his head from the city.

In the town now, Adrien wondered around thinking to himself, I don't know why i should even bother going back...he doesn't listen to me or see what is right infront of him...his brother is a traitor not me...

Walking up the river, Darren ran into a man hovering over the river, suprised to find someone with powers, he eagerly ran up to him asking, "how do you do that....I can't do that but i can do somethin...wanna see...."

Villen turned his gaze to the man, "What can you do?" He questioned smoothly, a small smirk quirking his lips.

"Well here is something...." Darren said smiling eagerly as his eyes turned to a cloudy grey and a tornado appeared off not too far in the distance, "and this..." he said as he struk it with a lightening bolt.

"That is indeed an interesting ability." Villen's smirk widened.

"Why do you seem so interested...." Darren asked hesitantly stepping back slightly.

Villen lowered himself to the ground in front of him, "Because, you are going to come with me." Villen replied, his smirk not leaving his face.

"....what..." Darrren stuttered nervously, He is obliviously more skilled with his powers than I am....but I may have no choice but to fight...

"Yes, Satul will be very pleased if I bring another gifted back with me." Villen replied, "You either come willingly, or half dead."

"Come...with...you..." Darren sputtered nervously, "I think I'm gonna..." he started before taking off running back into the forest, damn i thought i could trust him....

Villen chased him easily and slammed Darren in the back with a blazing fireball, "Don't even try to run."

Tumbling to the ground, Darren rolled over moaning from the impact as his eyes turned grey, "you leave me no choice but to fight then.." he mumbled in pain.

"Oh? This'll be interesting then I hope." Villen replied.

"Oh it will be..." Darren said as a powerful lightning bolt struck Villen followed by two more.

"Ouch, I think that may have stung a little." Villen laughed, using his flames as a shield and attacking Darren directly with a powerful blow to the gut from his fist.

Doubling over in more pain, Darren struck with several more lighning bolts this time inbetween the two giveing him the chance to stumble off back into the forest.

Villen followed like a predator stalking its prey, "Come now, why run?" He laughed, allowing the path in front of Darren to burst into flames.

"Just leave me alone..." Darren yelled putting the flames ahead of him out with a powerful tornado that tore the tree's away as well, damn i'm gonna pass out soon i'm starting to lose control that was far too strong....

"If I left alone every gifted that asked it of me," Villen said, "Then we wouldn't have an organization." He appeared in front of Darren and gave him a swift kick to the face.

Falling over, Darren was only able to dodge the kick because he fell unconcious.

Villen frowned, "Well, that was dull and quick." He muttered, hefting Darren under one arm easily and heading back off towards the base.

Slumped over Villens shoulder, Darren was barely concious but not enough to move he didn't know where he was being taken and could only groan slightly.

Once Villen had entered the facility he first went down to the cells to dump Darren off. After he'd chained him up he moved up to Satul's office to deliver the news about Adrien.

"Darren woke up afew minutes later completely and began struggling at his bindings screaming, "Let me go damnit...." while he struck the castle constantly with lightning.

"Jeez... that brat is annoying." Villen moved back down to the cells before he'd gotten to Satul's office and entered, "Stop." He ordered, pulling another set of chains off of the far wall.

"Let me go..." Darren screamed creating a powerful tornado outside the building slowly tearing it to peices while he still struck it constantly with lightning.

"No." Villen swung the chains at him heavily, "These'll keep you quiet- they absorb your magic." He said, wrapping them tightly around Darren.

"You can't stop the storm i conjuered outside...It's too late the only way to stop it is for me to..." Darren said smiling cringing as he clasps the cuffs on.

"No, actually, the building will stop the storm, it keeps anything unnatural from doing any damage and even expells it." Villen replied.

"Your wrong...my power controls nature...so it is natural..." Darren said smiling.

"Not really," Villen replied, "It is nature, but it isn't the natural weather that even occurs around here. Do you hear that? The storm is abating." He smirked.

"Normally yes...but i quit giving energy the second i created it...so now it it picking up naturally..." Darren grinned widely.

"We have other weather gifted." Villen replied, "The storm will be taken care of before you've even got the chance to be conformed."

"If you do then why do you need me..." Darren asked grinning still, "and who is this satul you mentioned earlier and the man you were with in the forest before i came up..."

"Because we're building an army." Villen replied, "Satul is our leader, and that man a betrayer. You will be conformed to our causes by nightfall."

"Do what you will...I will not join you..." Darren said, "but don't you have other matters to attend to besides me..."

"Of course." Villen replied, locking the chains in place, "I'll be giving you orders tomorrow." He laughed as he locked the cell door behind him and went to see Satul again. "Satul!" He called.

Satul turned from the window, "Where is Adrien?"

"He's betrayed you." Villen replied, "Said he was leaving the organization."

Satul frowned, "I see..." He muttered darkly.

"I see you neglected to mention why..." Adrein said teleporting to the two of them.

"Oh look, he's come to explain himself." Villen replied, "I'm heading downstairs, Satul." He said, and when Satul waved him off, Villen left.

"So i see your little dog brought you something atleast...even though it wasn't me..." Adrien said smiling.

Satul sighed and sat down, "Adrien, what the hell is going on with you? Why are you acting like this, and why did Villen bring me news that you're defecting from the organization?"

"Because that is what i told him...and i am still debating rather to where i am or not...there is no need for me to be here when you don't trust me anymore..." Adrien said coldly.

"Who said anything about my not trusting you?" Satul said in a tone just as cold as his.

"Your actions...completely disreguarding me when i told you that Lanzer has betrayed you....sending Villen after me when i just went for a walk.." Adrien stated with an emotionless face.

"My actions? Why don't you take your actions into accound, you continually desreguard everything I say, undermine me in front of the grunts, and then, when I say not to wander off too far, you completely ignore me. Of course I was going to send Villen after you. If anybody's trust is in question right now, it's yours."

"Percisely the reason I am leaving...you do not trust me anymore thus no need for me to be here anylonger, It's not like you can't replace me anyway so why bother keeping me here..."

Satul massaged his temples, "Honestly, sometimes I think that things would go better without you." He said, "You've been like this since we were kids, you get pissy so easily. I would only like for you to listen once in a while, all you have done is bitch and complain, but you're not the one who needs to complain.

"Oh bla bla bla you are the same over bearing ass that you were when you were a kid too...if you can't control everyone you just get worse..." Adrien grumbed sitting down.

Satul rolled his eyes, "Overbearing? No, it's funny how you're the only one that sees me as that. And I wasn't trying to control you, more rather, reel you in a bit. You're getting out of control."

"I'm the only one who see's it because i am the only one you could never control...and it just eats you alive that you aren't in control of me doesn't it..." Adrien said taunting him.

"The only thing that pisses me off is that you continue to undermine my authority." Satul replied, "You joined this organization willingly."

"Only because you needed a third in command...since Villen turned you down..." Adrien said sighing, "I had planned to only help you if you needed it because you were my best friend..."

"Yeah? Well, lately you haven't been acting like we're friends, and that in itself is the only reason I've been getting so pissed off lately." Satul said.

"Look...maybe i have been overly grump but you have as well...we have both been stressed over our brothers and this started when that did..." Adrien said sighing.

"Indeed." Satul said simply.

"Well simply put, If you still need me i will stay...but if you don't I will be leaving tonight..." Adrien said sighing, "that doesn't mean i don't still consider you a friend, It just means that i am no longer needed here and i would rather not be just wasting my time if i am not needed any further..."

"I never said that I didn't need you here." Satul said.

"Does that mean you still need my assistance then..." Adrien asked bluntly.

"Yes, it does." Satul replied, "Does this mean that you'll cool your attitude now?"

"Probably not..that would be like trying to cool Villen down..but i can try to hold my tongue until we are in private..." Adrien said smiling.

"That's better than nothing I suppose." Satul nodded.

"Ok then...have you found anything out about Risa yet...you do know that wasn't ordinary shadow energy that she was attacked with don't you...the strengh matched our own and there are only two people with that much control here besides us...Atsuki...and lanzer..." Adrien said sighing, "Should we start with Atsuki..." he asked sighing even more heavily now.

"I don't think we should assume that she was attacked by somebody in the organization just yet." Satul shook his head, "Keep the news to ourselves for a while and examine from afar. We'll figure this out soon."

"The barrier that we put up in here would have prevented anyone from outside the base from attacking her...it was one of the two unfortunately...I know it is hard but we must prepare for the worst..." Adrien said looking towards the ground.

"I've already said that we shouldn't assume at this point." Satul said slowly, "We'll interogate them later if it comes down to it..."

"Don't be so nieve..Satul you know...noone but one of us could have done it as much as i do..." Adrien said sighing again, "don't be so blind to whats right infront of your face..."

"Is it a crime not to want disloyalty among your ranks?" Satul replied darkly.

"No but you are risking someone else being hurt by not opening your eyes...and if you do not do something i will be forced to take actions myself...and i do not wish to defy you, but you musn't be so blind to what is happening around you....." Adrien said standing up knocking the chair under him over.

"I've given my order." Satul replied, "We will wait for her to awaken and tell us what happened before we can take action."

"This is what i was talking about...you know what happened you are just too scared to admit you are being betrayed...I will not allow this organization to be tore down by your arrogance..I will do the questioning myself..." Adrien muttered walking to the door.

"And that is what I was talking about." Satul said, "This organization will not fall because of me."

"Why do you refuse to listen to me....you know i wouldn't do anything that would hurt you or this organization...yet you still dismiss everything i say..." Adrien said stopping and turning to face him with worry in his eyes.

"I don't dismiss it! You just completely ignore what I say!" Satul said.

"I'm not ignoring you i am just trying to make you see that you ar ebeing betrayed and you just refuse to accect it..." Adrien pleaded with him trying to make him understand, "I don't want to see anyone else hurt here...there is no need for it...if you would just listen and actually concider what i say you will see that..."

"I did, and I said that we will interogate them later." Satul replied.

"Why are you giving them another chance to act then...that is just furthering the risk of them running or attacking someone else..." Adrien sputtered as his voice began to crackle from him being upset.

"I'm not giving anyone a second chance. I've got a team working on making abilities unusable except in the training facilities from now on." Satul replied.

"Well atleast you are doing something...does that include us as well..." Adrien asked calming down now.

"It will include us." Satul nodded, "We won't be able to do much inside except at the training facilities."

"Great so i will have to walk everywhere now..." Adrien said sighing.

"Yes, we all will." Satul replied, "But it will stop these sorts of incidents from happening."

"Well that is good i suppose...atleast it will stop Aedin from snooping in everyones minds all the time..." Adrien said snickering.

Satul nodded, "Yes, I've been getting complaints about that lately... He just doesn't know how to control himself."

"He never has and we both know that...but that does make him excellent at information gathering...but anyway...don't you think you should have the new addition reformed asap..." Adrien asked smiling.

"He should be going into the reform center now," Satul replied, "He'll be ours by morning."

"C'mon i know you haven't helped in a reform in a while...you wanna have some fun...." Adrien asked with a crooked smile weaving across his face.

"Yeah, let's go then." Satul said, standing up, "I wouldn't mind a little bit of amusement."

"Alright then...this should be fun..." Adrien said smiling walking for the door.

Satul nodded and followed him out of the room before leading the way down to the cells.

Moira had woken up a few hours before and saw that the doctor needed supplies and there will be a need for food for the hunt. So she is in town getting supplies even though Satul did not make the order.

"Where do you think you are going alone Moira..." Aedin said from be hind her smiling.

Moira groans and says, "None of your concern hot shot. I am just going to get some supplies."

"Hey now...the only reason i followed you was because i was worried..." Aedin said smiling walking up to her.

Moira rolls her eyes and asks, "What you think I can't protect myself?"

"Oh i know you can....you are just still sorta weak and i don't want anything to happen to you..." Aedin replied leaning up against a building infront of her.

Moira lets out the same kind of grunt as her brother normally does. "Honestly Adein if I did not know any better I would say you are a love sick guy."

"Eh maybe...but you are still a memeber of the organization and we can't afford to lose anyone...now of all times..." Aedin said smiling.

Moira shakes her head and says, "Honestly the men in this organization don't show hardly any emotion."
She just walks past him and as she walks inside she hears people whispering the name Loirena which is Moira's decesased mother name. Moira tries to ignore their stares.

"We do that for a reason..." Aedin said walking in after her.

"Will somebody help me..." Darren cried out from his cell, "if this is because my powers i won't use them anymore...just let me go...."

Satul passed up the group heading for Darren's cell and tugged the door open.

"Did you come to help me..." Darren asked trying to stand on his feet.

"Well well...so this is the new subject..." Adrien muttered walking in the cell.

"Of course we came to help." Satul grinned, "We're here to help you see our way." He grabbed the chains binding Darren and pulled him out of the cell.

"...Let...me..go..." Darren said trying to use his powers but they were being blocked by the chains he was imprisoned with.

"Don't bother...and soon even without the chains you won't be able to use your powers..." Adrien said smiling as he noticed the fear in the boys eyes.

"Come now, stop with the struggling." Satul said, giving the chains a rough tug, "You won't be so frightened soon enough."

"This one is powerful...so much tension on the spell put on his bindings...he is almost as strong as Atsuki...." Adrien said smiling.

"Yes, he'll be a good asset, maybe we can use him to find the girl- she has never met him yet, so she wouldn't know that he has already been conformed and will most likely let her guard down."

"That might actually work...who should we pair him with Villen maybe because i like Atsuki with Aedin...he can reel him in..."

"Yes, Villen needs a new partner..." Satul nodded in agreement.

"Well enough dawdling we are here now....are we performing the ascendment or do you have someone else in mind...." Adrien asked smiling.

"What are you talking about..." Darren asked struggling to get away from Satul's grip.

"You'll see soon enough." Satul said, strapping Darren down into a metal chair, "We'll do it ourselves." He said to Adrien.

"Well now i hope your not to rusty at this..." Adrien said laughing lightly.

"Let me go damnit.." Darren pleaded trying to free himself from his restraints.

Satul held out a vial to Adrien, as well as a long needle, "Fill it up to the 32 mark." He said, turning to Darren, "This'll cool you off a bit," He smirked, wrapping restraints around Darren's wrists, ankles, and neck.

"Ok..." Adrien said glancing over to the boy as he filled the seringe with the tranquilizer, "there..." he added administering the shot to him, "not enough to make you sleep but just enough so you can't move..."

"No..stop....please....." Darren sputtered as the drug began to take effect.

Satul smirked as he fitted a band around Darren's head before inserting wires into various pressure points.

"Well now...i see you haven't lost your touch...but i would have attached them to nerve endings..." Adrien said smiling.

"Pressure points come first, then the nerve endings." Satul replied evenly, still working.

"But the nerves are better conduits for electricity...pressure points need physical pressure to be affected...maybe you are rusty if you don't remember that..." Adrien said sighing.

"I think you're the one getting rusty," Satul laughed, "If you didn't noticed that I've finished with his pressure points and started on the nerve endings."

"I've noticed, it's just that the pressure points would only be used for checking for a response with electricity...because they don't cause pain..." Adrien said smiling.

"I know what I'm doing." Satul replied, "I created this organization in case you didn't remember, and created this method, it doesn't work to just use the nerve endings, I found that by using their pressure points as well, their resistance went down considerably and they were more susceptible to the changes."

"Well now touchy..." Adrien replied snickering, "I know you created this method and it does reduce there chances of being resistant because the pressure points also make it to where there body can't respond as well yet there mind is left unchanged...only the drugs and nerve endings affect there mind..." Adrien said smiling more, "I just wanted to see how you would describe it..."

"Oh really now?" Satul raised his eyebrow, stepping up to a computer finally and beginning to type.

"You know when i used to do this...I used my powers to break there spirit..." Adrien said smiling, "that was before you came up with this system though.."


"I know." Satul replied, "But this is easier."

"Yeah but it was fun breaking there spirit with your own hands...hearing the screams...the terror in there eyes...I loved it..." Adrien said smiling.

"It was fun," Satul nodded in response, "But time consuming, especially for how many we were able to capture."

"it went much faster when we had Aedin doing it though...his gift made him perfect for that...he could crush there mind in an instant and rebuilt it as he saw fit..." Adrien said sighing.

Mastudo looks around looking frustrated as if he lost something but notices the new person. "Adrien who is this?"

"I soon to be new member...if you are looking for Moira she is in town with Aedin....she decided to pick up some supplies for some reason..." Adrien stated not even bothering to turn around.

Mastudo glares and lets out a snort. "Actually its your brother I am looking for. So he decided to find Moira huh? Perhaps I will refrain from my search for now. So what is his name?"

"Lose the tone..." Adrien shot out annoyedly as he turned his cold gaze to Mastudo, "his name is Darren i think...it says it on the paperwork i got about him...Darren Hitomi..."

Mastudo just nods and looks thoughtful at the name. Hitomi I wonder if it is the same line. "Forgive my tone Adrien."

"He has a nature gift....he can control the weather and manipulate it as he see's fit..." Adrien stated nodding at his apology.

Mastudo asks, "Adrien did you know my mothers madien name?"

"No...but Satul might..." Adrien said turning to him, "why are you so interested in this boy anyway mastudo...and do you know it satul..."

Satul shrugged, "I've no doubt that Matsudo knows his mother's own name."

Mastudo smiles and shakes his head. "He maybe related to me and Moira from our mother's side. Her madien name was Hitomi but it was a different branch."

"Oh...so he is most likely your cousin then..." Adrien said sighing.

"Moira why are you ignoring me..." Aedin asked smiling as he walked up to her.

Moira just finds the items. Now I understand if you allow emotions in then it clouds your judgement and it can result in death...Aedin...I should not have mentioned him being love sick guy. Mom's love life ended up in the ground.

An old man asks, "Loirena?"

Did you forget i could read your thoughts... Aedin rang in here head smiling, and why did the old geezer call you Loirena...

Moira turns and looks at Adein and shows him her locket with her mothers picture. She smiles at the old man. "No my name is Moira."

Old man smiles at her. "You look like your mother."

Moira we need to go...i just heard from Adrien that someone that you might know is there...his name is Darren...Darren Hitomi.... Aedin said sighing as he reached for her hand.

Moira goes out to the check out and pays for the supplies and the old man says, "Say hello to your mother for me."

She just nods and whispers, "Yes lets go.."

"Ok..." Aedin said smiling as he and Moira walked out of the store and back to base.

Moira walks ahead of him as she tries to shut out her emotions. OK WHY IS HE SMILING?

"Because I am happy when i am with you..." Aedin said smiling more now.

Moira quickens the pace but ends up droping the supplies. "Oh Great." She has to stop and pick it up while grumbling curses at herself.

"Here..." Aedin said trying to hold backa laugh as he raised everything into the air, "why are you so nervous..."

Moira looks at him and asks, "Why are you so suddenly curious about my actions hot shot?"

"Why are you so nervous around me..." Aedin asked again as he grouped everything up and set it back into the bags.

Moira whispers, "I realize what emotions can do to someone...and maybe I don't deserve...that feeling either."

"If i didn't think you deserved my feelings for you I wouldn't have told you..." Aedin replied with a grin on his face as he stepped closer to her.

Moira looks at him with scared green eyes. "Aedin...you don't mean that and I don't recall you telling me anything."

"When you first woke up in the infirmary...i told you...and yes i do mean it..." Aedin said stepping even closer.

Moira scoots back and shakes her head. "Adein...you may end up back in the blood lust again..and if you are suggesting love then..wouldn't that add fuel to the lust?"

"You know as well as i do that because of my brother that won't happen again...they left the blood marks on my body...from the five point seal they used..." Aedin said stepping even closer to her.

Moira just gives up running and looks at him. "Aedin is there anything I can do to change your mind?"

"Nothing at all..." Aedin said smiling more as he steadily moved closer to her.

Moira fumes at that. "Oh honestly hot shot what am I to do about that?"

"How about calling me by my name instead of hotshot.." Aedin said laughing lightly as he stood right infront of her now.

Moira stubbornly says, "And if I refuse to do that then what hot shot?"

"I suppose i could deal with it...but then i would have to find something to call you..." Aedin said snickering.

Moira huffs and asks, "WHY DO MEN HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED REALLY!?"

"I don't know....why do women have to be so grumpy..." Aedin said laughing loudly now.

Moira throws her hands up and says, "Well not all women are grumpy only the ones who live with males for most of their lives." She tries to reach for her bag but blushes as she realizes how close to Aedin she is. "Um...but you know you can change your mind."

"If you want me to change my mind so bad....why are you blushing...and that isn't what you want from what you are thinking right now..." Aedin said smiling as he handed her the bag.

Moira takes the bag and glares as she tries to cool her face time. "Oh fine maybe a part of me wants to love you Aedin...but I am afraid." With that Moira runs with tears falling down her face.

"I won't let anything happen to you.." Aedin said appearing infront of her holding her tightly.

Moira struggles a little but then accepts the embrace. After her bout of tears she asks, "So are you in love Aedin?"

"If i wasn't i wouldn't be here.." Aedin said smiling pulling her in a little tighter, "I never want you to go.."

Moira finally settles down and looks at him and says, "Aedin just kiss me already."

Smiling, Aedin leaned down and gently kissed her smiling while thinking, for all that she was so forward when she finally realized i was serious...

Moira returns the kiss but her mind wonders to the doctor. I hope he won't mind me being a little late. Also the food needs to be ready for the men on the hunt.

"He won't mind..." Aedin said pulling away smiling.

Moira shakes her head. "Honestly hot shot that smile will give away everything. And I am sure you will think of something to call me. The names others have given me is dragon lady and ice medusa." She picks up her bag and gives her mischevious smile.

"Well i want something that is just between the two of us.." Aedin said giving the same deceptive smile.

Moira raises her eyebrow and makes a surprised sound. "What you are wanting a fairly intimate name then?"

"Not necisarrily intimate...just something inbetween the two of us..." Aedin said smiling.

Moira just shakes her heas and walks back to the doctor not saying anything more about that. Honestly Aedin needs some cold water splashed on him and I need to do something about my blushing and the crazy thoughts in my head.

"Well if you think that would do something.." Aedin said laughing, "you just can't seem to grip i can read your mind...so you'd might as well say it..."

Moira stops and closes her eyes and visualizes Aedin soak with water. After she does she laughs at the thought.

"Mastudo...are you alive over there..." Adrien asked sighing, "well Satul lets get this done.."

Mastudo shakes his head. "He won't be easy to accept this orginanziation."

"Maybe...but that is why me and Satul are here..." Adrien said smiling

Mastudo laughs lightly. "You have your work cut out for you."

"Some how i doubt that...he is barely able to stay awake over the minute dosage of tranquilezer i gave him.." Adrien replied smirking.

Mastudo shakes his head. "Adrien how much do you know about the Hitiomi family?"

"Not much...but i can tell this boy is special but his will is weak...even weaker than yourown..." Adrien said with a smirk on his face, "Satul hurry up and finish..."

Mastudo smirks and says, "Then you won't know that if he gets too drowzy then storms may form."

"I'm almost done reconfiguring his mind," Satul muttered, "It takes time, I've said that already."

"Ok...and Mastudo...he can't form anything right now he must be able to concentrate to do that..." Adrien said with a smirk.

Mastudo just shrugs and says, "Well you claim they are weak right but he can act on certain defensive impluse. Just a fair warning."

"If he could do anything at all yes....but he has no reflexes and he can't even think as long as he is hooked up to this machine..." Adrien said laughing lightly.

Mastudo shakes his head. "Ok are you happy about something?"

"Eh It's just I love doing this..." Adrien said smiling.

Mastudo laughs at that. "Ever consider finding a lady Adrien?"

Laughing almost uncontrollably, Adrien said, "Yeah i have...but I haven't had the time for a relationship yet...but it seems Aedin has...don't ask me why...but he is interested in your sister..." before laughing again, "Satul are you almost done yet....this is starting to get boring.."

Mastudo rolls his eyes and says, "I already know Adrien. The guy is not stuble no offence."

"Oh i know..but he really cares for her...and i won't stop him...or let anyone else stop him..." Adrien said turning more serious.

Mastudo notices the change and says, "Your brother has chosen a not so easy woman to love.. She will more than likely remember mom's suffering."

"He is too stubborn to let anything stop him...he will not give in...and will kill anyone that tries to hurt her.." Adrien said sighing, "even if he loses his life trying.."

Mastudo gives a rueful smile. "You know even though he is hasty he is a hell of a lot braver than me when it comes to love."

"He is probably a hell of alot braver than all of us when it comes to love..." Adrien stated with a chuckle, "Satul please tell me you are done..."

Mastudo just suddenly laughs and rolls on the floor. My sister is something else.

"What is so funny..." Adrien said aggrivatedly.

Mastudo catches his breath and says, "Your brother has a lot to learn..my sister just said Aedin just kiss me already. She stole his sneaky approach."

"Oh that...I know...I have a connection with him at all times...i hear and see everything he does.." Adrien said smiling, brother you are too much...

Mastudo shakes his head and sighs while saying, "So I guess this means I have to be a little nicer to him..which will be hard to do."

"Just remember that if you aren't i will kill you..." Adrien said slightly playfully.

Mastudo just shrugs and says, "Its better than being killed by my uncle but I will try to be nicer to him. I am gong to make sure everything is ready for the hunt." Mastudo leaves and just laughs some more.

"Well now...that was interesing don't you think Satul..." Adrien said still chuckling.

Satul nodded in mild amusement, "Indeed."

"Well is the reformation complete.." Adrien asked finally stopping his laughter.

"Yes." Satul replied, "It is just finishing up."

"Great so when will he awaken so we can test his abilities.." Adrien said in anticipation.

"Morning at the latest." Satul said, "That's about the best estimate that I can give right now."

"Well you are way off...he is waking up now..." Adrien said noticing darren's eyes flicker around the room.

"I said at the latest." Satul said, "So technically I'm not off."

"Well I bet you never expected this soon.." Adrien said smiling as he walked over to unbind him, "is he ready for his bindings to be released...."

"Yes." Satul nodded, "And for the record, some have awoken even sooner than Darren, so I was ready for anything."

"Alright then..." Adrien said smiling as he unbound the boy, "follow us to the training room..." he added.

Darren just nodded as he slowly stood, he didn't know where he was or what he was doing, yet he felt no fear or anquish.

"I'm going to go back upstairs, let me know how it goes." Satul said, "I've got a lot of work to do..."

"You play with him...I'm bored anyway I will handle the paperwork..." Adrien said sighing.

"Find someone else to play." Satul replied.

"Bye now Satul...don't kill him..." Adrien said teleporting away from them and back to his study, damn I'm glad i could do that still or he would have been mad if he caught me....

Satul grabbed Darren and transported him to Adrien's study, "You forgot something." He replied darkly, walking out the door calmly and heading into his office. He sat down at his desk and began his work.

"Damnit i have work to do too....Atsuki..." Adrien called guesturing to the boy to sit down.

"Why am i going to the Training room..." Darren asked still confused about what was happening.

Atsuki sighed and knocked, just outside of Adrien's study before entering, "What do you need?"

"Take him to the Training facilities and see what he is capable of..." Adrien said shuffling through a stack of paperwork on his desk.

Atsuki shrugged and nodded, "Fine, follow me," He said to Darren, walking back out of the room.

"Who....are....you..." Darren asked with a blank emotionless face.

"It doesn't matter, let's go, we're testing your abilities." Atsuki replied.

"Very well..." Darren replied with a blank stare.

Mastudo sees his sister walking to the doctor and so he stops her. "So sister I see you have a guy crazy about you?"

She just glares at him and asks, "What is it you need Mastudo?"

Mastudo just looks at her and says, "Food and a promise that you will not get too close you know what happens to loved ones in our family."

"And what makes you think i would let anything happen to her Mastudo...." Aedin said walking up from behind him.

Moira lets out a sigh and Mastudo glares at Aedin. Moira says, "I will let you boys work out your differences while I make the delivery to the doctor." She throws a bag at Mastudo and says, "There is your food."

Mastudo huffs at his sister as she goes inside and returns his gaze back to Aedin. "How much do you know about Moira and I Aedin?"

"I know enough...I know about your uncle...his curse...about him killing your mother....and about that new boy being your cousin...but what do you know about me..." Aedin asked annoyedly, he had always hated Mastudo, he never had a reason but he did and he didn't know why.

Mastudo suddenly feels like he was not so different from him. "I know that your family abandoned you and your brother who took care of you died from a disease. I know that Satul found you and put you in the care of two elites to be your family. I also know about your fathers blood lust he was a great warrior but he had a blood lust problem and slaughter a whole village."

"...So I see you've done your home work...most of it was true anyway but you forgot one detail...my father didn't abandon me...he tried to kill me and i ended up killing him..." Aedin said correcting him.

Mastudo suddenly realizes what he said wrong but his face shows no evidence of remose. "My mistake then but just answer me this then Aedin. What does my sister mean to you?"

"She means everything to me..." Aedin replied smiling slightly, "why so many questions though...i would rather spend time with her than you..."

Mastudo's eyes soften but still has convinction. "You know our family as well as the Hitomi branch have a gift/curse. Not many can stay by our sides without something killing them. I am warning you of this to say Death my be following you." He walks away with the food muttering about how bossy his brat sister is.

"My own family tried to kill me because of my gift...I have been surrounded by death since I was four years old...It will not catch me so easily..." Aedin muttered walking away as well looking for Moira.

Moira is inside with the doctor and gives a guilty smile. "I am sorry it took me so long." Moira looks at Risa with concern."Is she going to be all right?"

The doctor heaves a sigh. "Only fate will decide. Thank you for thinking of me Moira."

She nods and sits somewhere with small tears in her eyes.

"It's ok...I think she will be fine...her heart is strong...it won't fail that easily..." Aedin said walking into the room.

Moira looks at Aedin a little startled. She lets out a tired sigh. "Honestly I thought you would find something else to do other than be around me often." She shakes her head.

The Doctor laughs at this scene. "Moira is there something you need to tell me. Because you almost sound like a woman in love."

Moira snorts at the comment. "Please Doctor since when have you known me to give into emotions."

Why are you hiding it... Aedin asked sighing, "yeah...she is just worried is all..."

The Doctor hears Aedin's question. "AH HA SO YOU TWO ARE IN LOVE!" He walks over to Aedin. "I was wondering what you were waiting for to tell her. She is a typical woman actually for a long time her mother shoved people away too."

Moira lets out a defeated sigh. "My mother is gone I wish people would stop comparing me to her." She bites back her tears.

It's ok...I knew your mother before you were even born...it is a good thing to be compared to her...she was a great woman... Aedin said stepping closer to her.

THAT'S JUST THE POINT! EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS SO GREAT SHE ENDED UP DIEING ALL THE SAME! She even lost the one she loved the most both literally and figuratively...I may look like her but I am hardly as gifted.

Moira doesn't try to run she turns to look at him. The Doctor clears his thoart. "I will tend to the other paitences behave both of you while I am gone."

"I said I won't let anything happen to you....and I meant it..." Aedin said outloud holding her tightly.

The Doctor walks out the door and smiles to himself.
Moira lets out another sigh. "Aedin you can't protect me all the time besides Satul will need you more for missions and the like. I am only useful for medical knowledge and some tactics but nothing of real value. So my hasty but noble spirited love it will be hard to uphold such a promise. I seem to recall you telling me to not read so much into your actions."

"I was referring to when i was in my blood lust trance...and I am asking for you to be assigned as my partner...if you want that is..." Aedin said smiling.

Moira froze at Aedin's question. Someone actually wants me to work with them? I...am speechless but...how can I be of help to him.
"I know you can read my thoughts so tell me how can I be useful to you?"

"Well first of all...it is always good to have someone with medicional skills on a mission....and you are stronger than you think...you just have to see it for yourself..." Aedin replied smiling, "but for some reason...I couldn't read your thoughts...they must have put a field up around the base...to stop attacks like on you and Risa..."

Moira groans and shakes her head. "You are impossible Aedin. Something tells me you are determined to convince me to be your partner. Am I right?"

"Yes...but if you want me to prove what i saw...we can go to the practice area..." Aedin said smiling.

Moira blinks at the statement and asks, "Um isn't your brother in there with our latest adition or soon to be latest adition?"

"There are three arena's...and Atsuki is testing him...Adrien was too busy...." Aedin said laughing.

Moira looks at him with an inquiring eye. "Don't you all ready have a partner and how did you know my mother?

"I knew her through my brother..and yes...Atsuki...but he is so boring...now lets go to the arena.." Aedin said smiling.

Moira looks at Risa. "Hot shot who is suppose to watch Risa until the doctor gets back? Well Atsuki is actually skilled in combat and I thought Satul made it clear that your partners has to be someone who has no strong personal attachement to one another."

"Fine we can wait until he returns...but think about it...an attachment makes the partnership stronger...and thus something is less likely to happen..." Aedin said sighing.

Moira smiles at Aedin. "You see this is why guys do not like dealing with me. I will agree to going to the practice room once the doctor comes back. I am just saying I thought I heard Satul make it clear that partnerships and combat partners are two different things."

"Well I am willing to ask...and if he pushes it...I will leave..." Aedin said smiling, "atleast the armed core...so i can stay with you..."

Moira gasps at Aedin's bold statement. "But Aedin I thought you loved being on the Armed Core...you had tried about what 5 times and finally got in when I was 10 right? Why would you give it up for me? I don't want you to do that."

"I would be better in the stealth force or intel anyway...but i will not let anything happen to you..." Aedin said smiling, "Oh and it was two and only because my opponent to beat was Adrien the first time...the second...it was Mastudo..."

Moira laughs at that. "That's right now I remember he was so mad..that he.." She looks at the little scar she has. I better not tell him that.

The Doctor walks back in and smiles at them. "So I see you two haven't been doing anything physical." He playfully elbows Aedin.

"Old man..." Aedin said giving him a cold gaze, "now he was so mad he what...that scar....don't tell me he..." he added shocked and inraged.

Moira groans and nods. "He...hit me and it left a mark. It didn't hurt for long really. I congradulated you remember."

"I'll....lets just go..." Aedin said forcing a smile trying to calm down.

The Doctor chuckles and says, "You know Aedin I have not seen you this passionate in years. Not since little Moira gave you her little blanket."

Moira blushes and wishes to duck tape the doctors mouth.

"You are going to make me hurt you old geezer..." Aedin said blushing slightly, "C'mon lets go to the arena..."

Moira nods and goes with Aedin leaving behind an amused Doctor. "I wish them the best."

"Alright then...what is your offensive gift..." Aedin asked as they entered one of the arena's.

Moira looks clueless. "Um Aedin I don't know if I have an offensive gift. I was trained to defend."

"Ok just use it as an attack then..." Aedin said smiling as he took off his gloves with the wires his pouch of kunai and shuriken and his short sword.

Moira's eye color is visuable and bright she takes his sword and cuts one of the close wires slightly. Once she tied the wire around another set she slows down and her eyes return to normal. "See its not such a great gift I am sure your brother has done more."

"Yes...but he is an Elite....don't you have a gift over water..." Aedin asked curiously.

Moira just nods but shivers at a memory of hers. I swore I would not use that unless I aboslutely had to. "Aedin...I will show you a small glimsp of the water skill but please be careful."

"I'll be fine...here.." Aedin said smiling taking off his jacket as he reached his hand in the air and burst a water pipe with is power, "there you have a weapon now...use it.."

Moira does a similar stance to her mother and manage to snatch Aedin's blade and get the wires tangled within themselves and she places the blade on one set to pin them to the ground. Once she is done she shivers and coughs.
"How was that?"

"Give it your all...Imagine me as your enemy..and you are trying to defeat me...now use your water skills..." Aedin said from behind her flicking his finger and flinging her to the other side of the arena, "fight me with all you have..."

She suddenly could hear her uncle all over again. Her green eyes get bright and she uses a skill she has no idea about it was the one her mother was learning how to do. She dodged the wires and kick Aedin right in the gut and the water that touched his foot got hot and then froze over them. However she begin to become lightheaded.

"Better...but not good enough to hit me..." Aedin said as the Illusion she attacked disipated, "and I"m not using any weapons...just my gifts...now give it your all..."

She begins to really look like her mother. She just stands and closes her eyes to see him. Then she sees her error and she uses the whirlpool jump. She then got hit but hit back with the equal force and she manages to land a hit to knock Aedin back a step. However the side effect kicked in and she fell to the ground coughing.

"You are still moving too slow..." Aedin said as many more of him appeared around her, "combine your skills...you are powerful...just rusty..."

Moira coughs up blood again. "I never use that skill for this reason...if you use it for too long you can go in a rage black out. I...am afraid to tap into that skill..."

"Don't be afraid...I won't let anything happen to you...but you are forgetting one thing...I am an elite here as well...you will have togive it your all if you hope to beat me...now use your whip....combine your skills...attack with everything you have..." Aedin said smiling as he made all but one of his illusions disappear.

Moira gets back up and taps into it again and twirls the whip to make a mild shock to hit the illsouan so she can pin point you and she finds you but ends up only landing small hits and then with the whip and water it made a shock bomb. I don't get what hot shot is trying to prove. Then she realizes the voice of her uncle taunts her so she ends up in the blind rage. She gets more wreckless but managed to get one hit square in Aedin's jaw.

MOIRA Aedin rang in her mind as he caught her hand, "better...see i told you I wouldn't let anything happen....now focus...I am not your uncle...and I am not taunting you...just pushing you to bring out your full capibilities..."

Moira shakes her head and she looks at Aedin. "I...don't know if I would make a good partner. I...am sorry.." She feels that same pain her uncle left in her gut. You are not even fit to bear our family name. A tear sneaks out but she wipes it away.

"You are strong...and i think you will...now don't cry...your uncle...all traces of him are gone....I was there when he was killed....who do you think tracked and trapped him..." Aedin said upllingher to him and holding her, "now if you don't want to continue we don't have to...but you are strong enough for feild work...that was all i was trying to make you see..."

Moira asks, "So you were the one who pulled me away from his whirl curse?" She flushes in surprise. So he has cared for me longer than I thought. "Well if I am to be your partner then I will have to get back in shape." So he has loved me for a long time.

"Yes....and yes...and Adrien was the one who broke the curse he left on the seal....because of me...now if you want to get back in shape we should continue..." Aedin said smiling.

Moira nods and readys herself for attack. "Now Aedin I didn't know you liked my blanket that much." She chuckles as she keeps her attacks in check.

"It is still in my quarters..." Aedin said smiling as he disappeared, "remeber...give it your all if you wish to beat me..." his voice echoed all around the arena as several illusions appeared surrounding her.

Moira doesn't rely on the skill so much as she does instinct. She lands a kick and ties one hand to the other and keeps a seperate part making a minor shock bomb.

"Hey over here...." Aedin said smiling channeling a powerful water blast at her, "I can use your powers through your mind..."

Moira smiles and as the water hits her it combines with the whip and she sent a minor shock wave at Aedin. "Nice move but I have been hit many times with a motion like that."

"How about this..." Aedin said appearing behind her with his claws to her throat, "your reflexes are off...i'm not even using my full speed...tighten your focus and sharpen your skill..." he said moving his hand smiling flicking her in the forhead with his finger knocking her backwards.

Moira manages to stop herself from falling all the way. She actually pulled a Mastudo move by jumping and only touches the hand he flicked her back on. She knows her speed has never been great. Honestly Aedin needs to keep his partner...but its nice to have someone who even cares that you exsist.

"Of course i care...but think about this later worry about me and the fight now..." Aedin said appearing infront of her with a claw to her forhead.

She used instinct when she used the whip to bend the claw a milimeter and manages to land a small hit on Aedin's side but she ends up in a slightly awkward position. Well this was...not my intention at all. She knows she would have to get injuried a little to get out of the too personal encounter so she lets his claw scrape her and then successfully elbows Aedin's gut.

Atsuki led Darren into one of the various empty training facilities and turned to the boy, "Now then, come at me." He said.

"Weapons or not..." Darren asked forming a thunder blade in his hand.

"Use whatever you want." Atsuki replied with a shrug.

"Very well..." Darren muttered forming another blade from the wind itself and disappearing wihtin a tornado.

Atsuki remained where he was, the only motion he took was to clasp his hands behind his back and gaze boredly at the tornado.

Several more twisters appeared around Atsuki as Darren lept from on to the other attacking Atsuki increasing his speed with each strike.

Atsuki didn't seem to be moving, and yet none of Darren's attacks hit. He raised one hand and pointed at all but one of the twisters, and they were instantly sucked into the shadows and dissipated.

"Interesting...." Darren said apearring infront of him with a flash of lightning jabbing with both blades than disappearing as another lightning bolt struck where he was.

Atsuki moved backwards out of range of the attacks and moved forward, striking Darren with his bare fist across the jaw.

"Can you move at the speed of light..." Darren said from behind him where another lightning bolt struck and disappeared with another appearing and disappearing with the lightning all throughout the arena attacking each time.

"I don't need to." Atsuki replied without missing a beat. Pillars of shadows shot up from the ground with the attack of each bolt of lightning, absorbing them.

"You don't need to worry about the lightning...." Darren muttered plainly from behind Atsukislashing up with one blade and jabbing with the other for his shoulder.

Atsuki melded with the shadows, avoiding the blow and drawing Darren up to his knees into the shadows behind him before reappearing nearby.

"Well done.." Darren said as a bright flash illuminated from his body and he was standing beside Atsuki with the blade to his throat and the other one disipating.

Atsuki smirked and gazed down at the blade, which vanished from Darren's grasp, "You're not the one needing to praise me." He replied coldly, "As of yet I am not impressed."

"Fine then...should i just blow the both of us up then...or get serious..." Darren muttered plainly as a spear formed in his other hand comprised of several of the elements he controls.

"You could go right on ahead and blow yourself up, but honestly, it's not going to do anything to me." Atsuki replied.

"Why would I...you are already poised to attack....the shadows are writhing around under your feet..." Darrren stated jumping back swinging the spear in the air away from Atsuki as Ice formed in the air where his spear swung, "fine if I am not impressing you...I will just give it my all.." he added with a devilish smirk as the ice crystals grew bigger and bigger drawing the moisture from the air.

"Good." Atsuki replied simply.

"This may be a bit flashy...but it is effective..." Darren muttered as the ice crystals now extremely large, began moving around in a circle getting closer and closer to eachother as they moved faster and faster.

"Flashy?" Atsuki questioned, simply raising an eyebrow.

"Shatter..." Darren muttered as the chunks of ice collided into each other and broke into tiny razor sharp shards of Ice he hardened with his own energy to the strengh of steel.

Atsuki was silent as he watched Darren, "And what is this supposed to do?"

"Nothing yet...I'm not finished..." Darren replied smiling as the shards rose up and began swirling around Darren as there speed increased he muttered, "release...." as the shards flew out in all directions slicing anything in there path.

Atsuki didn't even flinch as he allowed the shadows to pulse up around him, "I will admit that it is an interesting attack, but you waste far too much energy with it."

"That's the funny thing...I waste more time than energy with that attack...the lightning bolts use more energy to cast than that does...Shatter...." he muttered again as the shards turned to dust still floating in the air. "this takes up more energy than anything else though...Ice crypt..." he muttered as the ice particles formed around Atsuki and began to crystallyze on his body.

Atsuki shook his head and the ice shattered away from his body as the shadows writhed just over his flesh.

"Well I see no point in continuing...it is obivious I cannot beat you...I have only mastered one other attack...and I doubt it will work on you..." Darren said sighing.

Atsuki shrugged, "You are wise to give up." He replied.

"It takes too much energy to control for long anyway...It could destroy me...." Darren mumbled dropping the spear as is disappeared before it touched the ground.

"Go and rest." Atsuki replied, "Once I give Satul my report he will assign you a partner."

"I'm fine...I don't need rest...just to be outside...my powers are stronger there anyway...and I draw my power from nature..." Darren muttered walking through the door of the arena and towards the front door.

"You should learn to obey orders." Atsuki replied, "I didn't ask if you needed rest."

"Technically I am...I am building back my strengh and I need to be outside to do so...and that is technically what rest is..." Darren replied coldly as he stepped through the main door and outside, now...where...ah...perfect... he thought to himself jumping into a near by tree and sitting down on a low thick branch.

Atsuki rolled his eyes and shrugged, heading off to write up his report.

"I wonder how the new kid did with Atsuki...maybe I should have given him an easier match up like Mastudo...or some scrub...." Adrien muttered to himself sifting through paperwork and reports.

Satul...has Atsuki turned in his report about the boy yet...I'm interested to find out how he did...though I doubt he was a match for him... Adrien asked standing up behind his desk and walking towards his office door, damnit...why did the field have to take affect so soon...I have to walk now... he thought to himself.

No, I have not recieved his report yet. Satul replied.

"Well damn..." Adrien replied walking into his office, "I was hoping to hear...he seems interesting to me..."

"There you go.." Aedin said smiling not even flinching from her blow, "but you held back..."

Moira has to fight off a blush and she feels a hand on her shoulder. She flips Aedin over her shoulder. "Ok something tells me you feel like teasing me."

"Maybe...maybe not..." Aedin said laughing as he landed on his feet and slung her across the arena, "you are not going to hardly be able to touch me muchless beat me only using physical attacks..."

Moira manages to minimize the effect of the toss. She smirks as she pulls a daring move by combining the water to slow down Aedin's reaction for a half a second and then she ties him with the whip. She sneaks a kiss on his cheek and laughs at the silly notion she just pulled. "That was payback for the hand on my sensitive shoulder."

"Oh really now...." Aedin said smiling disappearing from her whips grasp and reappearing behind her turning her around quickly, "well this is just cause..." he added smiling kissing her.

"AEDIN!" Moira shouts in frustration but in laughter. "Ok but I do see your point I do have potential but I need to go back through the basics of offense I am not worthy of being the partner of an elite."

"What do you think I'm doing right now...I am the basic training instructor...either me or Atsuki...he is softer than I am though...he will hold back...now its time to get serious...." Aedin said smiling as he disappeared in a blur and reappeared a few feet away from her with his sword in hand, "now lets get down to it...I will not use lethal blows...but you are allowed them..."

Moira just nods remembering the standard procedure. She cloes her eyes and tries to feel her surroundings. Then she picks up the whip and aims at Aedins feet but she lets go of the whip and gets faster in her excution of plans. She lands two hits but still not at full force.

"Wrong...your form and aim are off...but you did atleast hitthe illusion..." Aedin said from behind her with his sword to her back.

She did nod at the acknowlegement and then she sees her brother leaning against the wall.

"Aedin what are you doing with Moira? Training her how to fight decently or just showing her she is not a capable fighter?" He has that lazy smirk on his face. Moira's eyes turn into a glare.

"I'm training her to defend herself in the field...is that a problem...if so take it up with me..I beat you once...I can do it again..." Aedin snapped glaring at Mastudo.

Mastudo nods at that statement and ignores the glare. "Aedin are you wanting Moira as partner?"

Moira can hear the laughter and the belittling tone. "Why are you here Brother I thought you had to get ready for the hunt?"

He shurgs and says, "I heard Adrian complain about strange sounds from in here."

"Leave us Mastudo...at once..." Aedin stated annoyedly walking towards him dropping his sword.

Mastudo has a cold smirk as he stands his ground. "Not until you answer my question. Are you wanting Moira as your feild partner?"

"Good bye Mastudo..." Aedin said appearing infront of him grabbing him by the collar and throwing him into the door.

He stops himslef and ends up on the otherside of the room. "Now why are you so hasty its just a question Aedin?"

Moira boils and says, "Aedin let him stay I want to try out your instruction on him."

Mastudo laughs at his sisters idea.

"If you want to...this should be interesting...you were already more of a challenge than he was..." Aedin said laughing appearing behind Mastudo, "well you heard her....here you go...you'll need this.." he added handing him his sword.

Mastudo rolls his eyes and takes the sword mainly for procedure. He fights not seriously and Moira cuts his shoulder. WHAT SHE JUST CUT MY SHOULDER! He tries to defend but Moira knocks him flat against the wall but he manages to cut her knee. She slows his reaction time and sends a shock to his system. He falls to the floor but kicks Moira in the gut. He tries to use his signature move but Moira but him to the punch with the frozen shard technique and he falls to the floor. "Damn it...What the hell did you give her Aedin?"

"Nothing...but a few hints...you might want to go all out....and Moira...remember combine them..." Aedin said laughing jumping up and clinging to the far wall.

He glares and gets up as he takes her more seriously. SHE IS WEAK! He attacks her viciously and we both passionately hit each other. However as the fight continued the fact dawned on him she is actually getting stronger despite the injuries. She combines her mental search with the water skill and Mastudo has a hard time landing his hits. Then it ends when she manages to hit him to the wall. He lets out a sigh. "Well Moira...you have improved but remember your rank as a medical aid." He limps out.

"Yes...a med aid beat a armed force gifted...that is pitiful Mastudo...I thought you were stronger than that...but well done Moira.." Aedin said smiling jumping down to the floor.

She falls to the floor coughing. "He...held back with that kick...the difference was I was motivated by anger."

"He held back eh...then why does he look like a whipped dog running for cover..." Aedin muttered walking over to her.

Moira remebers the words he said to Adrian about her surpassing him. "Aedin I don't expect you to understand this but Mastudo has been rasied and forced to think he is strong but something tells me he feels just the same amount of pain as me. Actually he knew about my temper and in some strange way he has helped me. So please don't insult him..." She coughs and looks at her bruises.

"He is so damned infuriating...he taunts me every chance he gets..you as well..." Aedin stated aggrivatedly, "C'mon...you are too injured to continue training...we can start again later.." he added helping her to her feet.

Moira lets out a stubborn sigh. "You don't have to worry about me so much Aedin. But how long have you kept that blanket?"

"where did that come from...and i have kept it since you gave it to me...now lets go to the infirmary..." Aedin said picking her up and walking out of the Arena.

"AEDIN PUT ME DOWN I CAN WALK!"

Mastudo limps on to the doctor and he gets more laughter in his face. "Come on doc I need you to heal me."

The Doctor nods and does just that. Mastudo does not do much of anything just stays silent which is unusaual for him.

He hears his sister yelling but no response is even in his eyes.

"Fine...we are here anyway...." Aedin said smiling as he set her down in the infirmary, "why did you yell though...my ears are sensitive..." he added fooling with them because they were sore.

She huffs and asks, "Why did you have to carry me? Are you trying to be a romantic?"

Mastudo just watches the two of them but says nothing.

"He cut your knee....and I lashed your leg by accident...have you not noticed the gash from a wire i knocked you over..." Aedin said sighing.

She blushes and realizes she had overlooked that wound. "Sorry about screaming in your ear." She notices her brother looking at them and wonders how long has he been here.

He finally gets healed and walks out of the room without a word to either of them.

"Strange..." Moira has a worried expression on her face.

"Do you want me to talk to him..." Aedin asked smiling at her.

Moira shakes her head. "No he would not listen anyway...we are both the same when it comes to hurt pride. He will need to be alone for awhile." She looks at Aedin curiously.

"Aedin weren't you seeing some lady not too long ago?"

"No...I haven't seen anyone in half a century...." Aedin stated blankly.

Moira blushes and shakes her head. "Was she important to you? Did she make you happy?" I am curious can't help it. Its a flaw of mine.

"She was killed...and yes...she made me happy..." Aedin replied honestly, "but i am happy with you as well...."

The words she was killed run rampant through her mind. She forces herself to smile. "Oh honestly Aedin I am just a med assistant nothing speical." Moira looks at her mothers picture as her smile slips away.

"She was killed by bandits....before this organization was even founded...so don't worry so much..." Aedin said smiling, "and don't force it if you don't mean it.." he added referring to her smile.

She throws at pillow at Aedin. "Can I keep anything from you? Who said my smile is not real?"

"I can read it in your face....though I can't read your mind now...your face and the worry in your eyes say everything i need to know..." Aedin said smiling sidestepping the pillow.

Moira shakes her head and asks, "Are you really happy around me?" Moira is still confused about his affection and how to respond to it was also something she is not sure how to. What is so speical about me? I am not strong and not a good fighter. So why would he love me?

"Yes I really am..." Aedin said smiling, does she not believe me...what is running through her head...damn why can't i read her mind... he thought to himself getting slightly annoyed.

Moira shivers and realizes how much blood she lost. The Doctor glares at Aedin. "What did you do to my loyal assitant? Aedin it looks like she was fighting for her life." He frantically treats the wounds but his wire caused an infection.

"Aedin you didn't hit her with your poison wire did you?"

"Of course not.....wait....my claws...the knick on her face might have done it....my vampyric half gives me a power similar to a demon....I secrete poison through my nails it is possibly lethal from a single scratch....but she moved into my nail before i could move..." Aedin said thinking outloud.

He shows Aedin the gash. "It would seem that she is in danger some of your posion made it to her open wound...or was it something else." Moira turns pale and looks at Aedin with tired eyes. "We can't let her sleep for at least 2 moons. We need to wire her to fluid. I will need your help Aedin."

"But...I..I don't know anything about medicine...not much anyway..." Aedin said stuttering will worryful eyes as she gazed at him, damnit how could this happen...I promised i would protect her...

Moira gives him a gentle smile and says, "Calm down Aedin. I am not dead. It was an accident."

The Doctor lets out a sigh and says, "I don't need you to do much except give me a sample of your poison and keep Moira awake."

"Ok...just clip the tip of my nails...that is where it is secreted from...and it will just grow right back anyway.." aedin said sittind down beside Moira, "I know...but how can i not be worried...my poison is lethal..."

Moira changes the subject. "Would you mind telling me about your first love?"

The doctor clips his nail and starts analyising the posion and puts fluid in the needle so that it can delude in her body.

"There isn't much to say...she was young...about twenty..she had green eyes and dark brown almost black hair...she had a powerful gift over the wind...her name was Zephyr..." Aedin said sighing.

Moira smiles and realizes why he liked looking in her eyes. "Do I remind you of her any Aedin? I hope you don't find my questioning annoying."

The Doctor smiles at this romance is starting to bloom but he stays busy.

"Yes..you do..you look alike...and you have the same strong heart she had...and such a strong will..." Aedin said smiling, "and no you aren't bothering me with the questions.."

Moira couldn't help but laugh. "Really but I can't help but feel she was a lot stronger than me and a much better partner for combat. Is there anything about me you don't like?"

"One thing...you have no confidence in yourself...and honestly you are stronger than she ever would have been..." Aedin said sighing.

Moira nods at that. She says, "Its hard to look at yourself and accept yourself when you have been labled as a mistake to the family line." She suddenly hugs Aedin as tears fall from that hurtful confession.

The Doctor sighs inwardly at her confession.

"Its ok...actually I know how you feel...my own family tried to kill me...because of my gift..." Aedin said sighing huggign her back.

She dries her tears and whispers, "I am sorry...You seem real...I just don't know how to accept affection. I was blind to your affection towards me for the past 6 to 7 years since I have known your personally."

"Its ok..I was like that...but time changes people..." Aedin said smiling.

Moira huffs again and playfully hits Aedin with her pillow. "You know Aedin I get this feeling I will not be able to be the shadow on the wall without you sneaking up on me and getting romantic."

"Never again...." Aedin replied smiling, "but you will get used to it...and I bet you will like not being alone anymore.."

Moira blushes slightly and asks, "Aedin how long have you been..in love with me? I realize your affection for me has been longer that I had estimated."

"Well...I've known you since you were little...but i've been attracted to you since you came of age..." Aedin said smiling.

The Doctor could not help but be amused at this couple.

Moira nods and says, "When I turned 13 right?"

The Doctor chuckles at Aedin as he remembers the day he came and asked him for advice about talking to Moira. She had worked with me from the age of 8 up. It was an interesting day.

"Pretty close..." Aedin said smiling as he glanced over to the doctor hearing a hint of what he was thinking.

She had treated a bad injury of a soilder but became ill because of the blood she had to see and the extent of the injury. I had excused her and then Aedin reluctantly asked about her and what did I know about her. So I told him all that I knew. He looks fondly at Moira like the daughter he never had. if only she knew. He checks on the fluid.

She looks at Aedin and asks, "Is something wrong?"

"No nothing is wrong..." Aedin replied smiling at her,doc hurry up with that damned antidote...she is getting weaker...

Her eyes glowered at that. "AEDIN! You are lying to me. Something is bothering you tell me."

He lets out a sigh and looks at Aedin. Aedin your posion is not easy to break down. Calm down just keep Moira awake.

"It's nothing...I am just worried about you..." Aedin said smiling, not that hard...it works the same as a neurotoxin attacking the nervous system...

The Doctor smiles. You have an extra string attached to your posion so please be patient.

Moira smiles and actually kisses Aedin however she pulls away after one minuet while blushing at her rash action.

"Where did that come from.." Aedin asked smiling more now, yes i know...there is an enzyme that speeds the process to make it quick...if she had gotten a larger dose she would have been dead by now..

Moira blushes and responds, "Well I had to do something to get you to stop worrying so much. It worked nicely but...still that was hasty of me."

After about an hour he achieves in making the antidote. Ok I got it but I need to know if she has enough fluid in her system.

Moira feels really drowsy. "Aedin...I have a confession...I liked to sneak aroud and watch you practice and watch your few emoitons play on your face. Even though I was young I would dream about you holding me and kissing me like those fairytales that I read when I was alone."

"It's ok...I already knew that...you were never really sneaky.." Aedin said smiling, "now stay awake for me..." he added placing his hand on her face gently, yes i changed her bag already...this is the second bag of fluids...

She huffed again. "What you saw me? But then why didn't you call me out or turn me in?"

The doctor readys the shot and smiles at Aedin. So have you found out what is it that attracts you to Moira Aedin?

Aedin blushed at what the doctor said, "because I didn't want to...there was really no need to.." he said smiling, Ok old man enough remeniscing...

He playfully elbowed Aedin an gives Moira the shot. She still needs to stay awake for a few more hours.

Moira looks at him confused. "You didn't want to..why not? I was invading your privacy and you often did not look happy. Ladies were trying to sneak in all the time right?"

"Yeah...but you were just a kid then...it was normal for you to be curious...but it was disgraceful for them to because they were grown..." Aedin said smiling, ok and if you elbow me again....you will pull back a stub...

The Doctor rolls his eyes. Stop being a drama king. I mean no harm and you know it.

Moira shakes her head and says, "One of the ladies said I was an evil child and that you should punish me for entering your study without your approval and all them smacked me at least once."

"Really now....i heard the woman say that and I bet she never said anything to you after that...but I never saw anyone hit you..." Aedin said starting to get annoyed, Drama king....you want me to kill you old man...

The Doctor just stands. How would think Moira would take killing her favorite doctor. No I don't want to die yet.I ment no harm in my little gesture. Please take it easy.

Moira just nodded and says, "That's because they would catch me before I would sneak in. Its ok though but I find it ironic that you are not sitting here hugging and kissing the very girl they all dispised. Oh and Aedin no killing the Doctor."

"I was being sarcastic..." Aedin said to both Moira and the doctor.

The Doctor gets up and says, "I will go rest for a whil have fun you two." He walks into his room and falls asleep.

Moira smiles shyly at Aedin. "Just wanted to make that clear. Aedin...you are the only man I know to even want me to feel safe...I realize now that my fascination turned into love for you. Which is why I called you hot shot out of bitter jealousy of those ladies that wanted you for themselves." Moira succums to sleep after her few hours are up.

"Ok...and you will be safe with me..." Aedin mumbled falling asleep in the chair beside her.

Moira wakes up and notices Aedin slumped over so she gets up and helps him climb into bed. She smiles as she gets up but feels his hand on hers. She whispers to herself."Oh Honestly Aedin even asleep you need to be insistant."

"What.." Aedin mumbled waking up slowly.

Moira rolls her eyes and says, "Go back to sleep." What he refuses to sleep?

I'm fine...you have been asleep for hours..and me atleast two..." Aedin said smiling as he yawned.


Moira shake her head. "You are the only guy I know who can smile while yawning. Were you that worried?"

"No...just sleepy...and i didn't want to leave you..." Aedin said laughing slightly.

Moira huffs at that. "Aedin I know you love me but even you needed a comfortable place to rest...you should have found a more comfortable place to sleep."

"I was fine...it didn't bother me..." Aedin replied laughing more.

Now she pouts at his laughter. I am so glad I amuse him..at least that is one trait I have not lose track of.

"Huh.." Aedin asked not being able to here anything more than a slight incoherent mumbling.

Moira glares at Aedin. "Are you trying to read my thoughts again?"

"Yes...but I couldn't again..." Aedin said smiling.

At this knowledge Moira smiles. Oh this is great I can keep plenty now he can't read my mind. Despite the fact he is adorable he needs to stop worring about what goes on in my head. I remember wondering if he would ever notice me and ironic that he is now being affectionate to me...My brother is acting a little strange...maybe I should do something.

"Hey...I'm going to go find Mastudo..." Aedin said smiling as he stood up, damnit...I can't read her mind...all i hear is a roaring sound...

Moira nods and tries to get up but the roar somehow rings in her ears. Oh no don't tell me something else is wrong. "I would appricate it if you figure out what is wrong?"

"Alright..." Aedin said smiling walking to the door and disappearing.

Mastudo just does some target practice. So it is true she does surpass me. He finshes up and just takes a stroll.

"Hello Mastudo..." Aedin stated appearing behind him.

Mastudo just nods his head just to acknowlege his presence but keeps walking. What does he want with this wiped dog?

"What is wrong with you...." Aedin said sighing.

Mastudo gets annoyed at his question. "Why are you asking me that?"

"Mastudo...do not forget your place...now just answer me..." Aedin stated agrivatedly.

Mastudo gave a bitter laugh. "Yes my place its funny how a wiped dog managed to get as far as he has. Only to find out his sister will be stronger than him."

"Well....unless you wish to be beaten by me as well...anser my question" Aedin said annoyedly.

He glares and says, "Aedin do you know what it is like to have your pride crushed by the fact your own sister is nothing like our father or uncle described...that she will surpass me. So what am I needed for?"

"No....but I do know how she feels...being shunned...just because you were born last...not...ever once being praised by your own family...you are doing the same thing to her as my brother did to me...but I ended up surpassing him as well...and even killing him...and everyone else in my family.." Aedin stated.

Mastudo gives a rueful smile. "I guess you wouldn't know the pressure of needing to perform." Mastudo walks further away. I wonder if anyone would care if something does happen.

"Is it bothering you that much that your sister has surpassed you...you should be happy...not ashamed..." Aedin said sighing.

He stops in his tracks. "You really don't know me at all. Who said I was ashamed. I am worried that her end will be similar to our mothers."

"Be there to protect her then....with me..." Aedin said smiling slightly.

Mastudo is annoyed at that smile."Ok Aedin that smile is a little creepy. I guess Moira and I will not get rid of you huh?"

"What do you think..." Aedin said from behind him, "now go back to her and tell her how you really feel...."

Mastudo glares at this overly happy man. "Ok you are too happy for me go somewhere and I will tell Moira when I am ready."

"Oh I think you will...because now you have to go to the infirmary..." Aedin said smiling jabbing one of his claws into his shoulder, "I do believe you've been poisoned..."

Mastudo gasps in pain. "AEDIN ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME!"

"Not if you hurry...the doctor has already analyzed my poison and came up with an antidote...but I want you to go to Moira...now before you do die..." Aedin said smiling pulling his claw from his shoulder.

Mastudo mutters as he staggers to the Infirmary.

The Doctor bursts out laughing. Aedin I think you were a bit exterem.

Mastudo glares and shouts, "SHUT UP DOC! MOIRA YOUR BOYFRIEND IS TRYING TO KILL ME!"

Moira smiles at him and says, "Don't be such a drama king."

"Now now Mastudo..." Aedin said standing behind him again, "If i was trying to kill you....don't you think i would have..."

Moira glares at Aedin. "You should not have resorted to that extreme Aedin."

Mastudo looks at his sister funny. Ok is she sick?

"Well he didn't have the guts to say something to you so I made him come...now say it Mastudo..." Aedin said smiling cracking his knuckles.

Mastudo winces at that smile and says "Before I do." He puts somthing over his head and continues, "Moira I am not ashamed you would surpass me I knew that would happen..but our mother was killed not long after she surpassed our father and uncle.
I was afraid I would not be strong enough to help you."

Moira has tears in her eyes and nods, "Thank you for telling me brother." Moira looks blank as the roar in her ears gets louder. She shivers and Mastudo colaspes on the floor.

"Ok...maybe that was a bit overkill..." Aedin said sighing as he picked him up and set him on a bed, "Doc..you might want to get that antidote ready for him...a larger dose.."

The Doctor tends to Mastudo but notices Moira looks pale.

Moira shivers and holds her head as the roar rings through her ears. "NO!"

MOIRA!!! Aedin rang in her head over the roaring, It's ok..I am here...

Moira doesn't hear the message she shivers and tears fall...Please stop...I Don't want to hurt again.

"Screw this....seal release..." Aedin yelled biting into his thumb and touching the blood to the five points of the seal Adrien used breaking it to make his gift stronger again, MOIRA calm down...I am here.... he chimed in her mind even stronger this time.

Moira does hear his message but hot tears run down her face. AEDIN WHY DID YOU DO THE SEAL RELEASE! WON'T THAT MAKE THE RISK OF A BLOOD LUST ATTACK HIGHER!

Yes...but..I wanted to help you... Aedin replied to her grasping his head,"what is this horrible roaring...it is driving me insane!!" he screamed as his eyes began to flicker red.

A kneif cuts Mastudo out of no where and blood from both of their arms trickle down to the floor. Oh no someone is wanting you to go into the blood lust rage. Moira gets cut on the head by a possessed doctor.

"I CAN'T TAKE IT!!!" Aedin screamed as his eyes finally turned blood red and he began laughing uncontrollably.

Moira grabs her brother and pulls him to the floor. Brother we have a situation we need to work together.

Mastudo nodded and both pick up the blood. Mastudo says, "You know Aedin I heard Women have exquisit tasting blood."

"Now now Mastudo....why are you wanting me to kill her...." Aedin said menically standing behind him digging his claws into his side, "Don't worry...Aedin isn't even here...and my claws don't give poison..."

Mastudo motions to Moira and she leads the possessed doctor to land a cut that knocks Mastudo loose enough to set a mental rope around the possessed Aedin.

"I hold control of his powers completely...I am an entity his subconcious mind formed to cope with his emmense power...it was tearing apart his mind...so do you think a simple mind technique like that will work on me..." Aedin said smiling as he slammed Mastudo through the concrete wall and into the hall with nothing but his telekenisis as he broke the bind and walked out after him laughing wildly.

Moira taps into the full water ability and knocks im away from her brother. "I AM CALLING YOU OUT! You only hold his power because of your obession. So why not kill me first."

"Back away girl..." Aedin said slinging her off farther down the hall, "now matter how much I would like to kill you too...Aedin would not let me...but anyone else is fair game..." he added continuing up to Mastudo and kicking him through the wall on the other side of the hall.

Moira remebers this part of her medical training she grabs one of her mothers spikes and hit the shoulder and the back of the head. She only places the one slightly in. Mastudo lets out a groan and tries to fight back. MOIRA HURRY UP! She also has to avoid the doctor. She hits the spike and yells, "AEDIN! PLEASE IF YOU KILL HIM THEN I WILL DIE TOO!"

Mastudo does the mental lock only managing to reach Aedin's locked away presence. Aedin we will both die if you don't gain control.

"Begone fool..." Aedin said smiling sadistically as he threw Moira away and pinned her to the wall with her spikes, "lucky for me...Adrien isn't here to stop me..." he added breaking Mastudo's lock and gliding by him deeply gashing his side with his claws.

Moira begins bleeding heavily too she does a desperate thing she heals her brother and takes the knief and cuts through the wires and kisses the crazed man. If this is the end at least I know that I gave it my all.

Mastudo coughs and smiles. At least Moira and I will die with dignity. He uses his skill to delay his movement as mch as possible.

"Well well...Aedin...you have been a bad boy haven't you..." Darren stated walking up to him forming his elemental spear.

"Who the hell are you and why do you know my name..." Aedin stated tossing the other two aside and turning to the unknown man.

Moira realizes now why he wouldn't kill her. She coughs. "...Darren? I don't understand..why are you here?"

Mastudo asks, "Wait you mean to tell me Moira means something to you too?"

"I don't even know her...I just happened to come this way.." he stated swinging his spear in the air as ice crystals formed infrom of him growing larger and larger and beginning to spin around faster and faster getting steadily closer to the other one's/

Moira rolls her eyes and instructs, "Watch out for the wires cousin and aim your ice to his feet."

Mastudo ties up the doctor. "Shees for an old man you are fiesty."

"I'm not pinning him..I'm stopping him....shatter.." Darren muttered coldly as the large chunks of ice collided with each other leaving razor sharp shards of ice as hard as steel.

"You missed with that attack..." Aedin said laughing.

"That wasn't the attack...." Darren stated as the shards flew at Aedin slicing him all over.

Moira gets the book out. "Cousin do you think you can get him a little bit more weaker. I can reseal the seal." Even though it maybe be fatal to me

Mastudo shouts, "MOIRA HAVE YOU GONE MAD!"

"There is no need....shatter..." Darren muttered again as the shards turned to dust, "Ice crypt...."he added as Aedin was completely incrusted with ice. "Now...he is normal again....break.." he stated as the ice incrusting Aedin chipped off to the floor and Aedin fell unconcious.

Moira puts him on a bed but ends up passing out on the floor. The Doctor yells,"MASTUDO UNTIE ME AT ONCE!"

He does what he is told and passes out beside his sister. So have we reached the end of our rope?

"Use this on all of them...It will heal there wounds...." Darren stated emotionlessly as the spear disipated into nothingness and he pulled out a small vial of what seemed like water from his pocket, "one drop on each of there foreheads...then return it to me..."

The Doctor does as he instructs. "So you are their cousin huh...thank you." He places Moira with Aedin and Mastudo on a seperate bed.

"Apparently..." Darren muttered coldly sitting down in a chair on the far end of the room.

Moira wakes up first and sees him. Just like every other male in this orgainzation. She feels someone snuggling on her. who is snuggling on me?

Aedin didn't say anything just wiggled around unconcious still steadily getting closer to her.

Moira pushes that thought to the back of her mind. She notices her brother is sleeping peacefully. So we have a powerful cousin. She leans back and then hears a what she a seems a happy content sigh coming from behind her.

"So those two are awake..." Darren mumbled standing up sighing.

Yes you do....I can't believe he beat me.... Aedin said to Moira rolling over to face her.

Moira nods but says, "I see you are an elemental gifted." Moira coughs a little. Ok Aedin can I make one thing clear. DO NOT RELEASE YOUR SEAL AGAIN!

"Yes...but that is a specialized skill that I perfected combining my gifts attributes..." Darren mumbled.

I was only trying to help you...and It wouldn't happen if someone would show me how too cope with my full power... Aedin stated sighing. and the seal was detroyed in my haste...it will have to be redone or i will have to learn to cope with this one...

Moira feels like she just got kicked in the gut. "Well you are gifted that's for sure." Aedin your brothers are going to kill me.I better start writting my will.

Brother's...I know you know about Adrien...but who were you talking about...Satul...or Atsuki.... Aedin asked.

"Well I couldn't beat the one called Atsuki even with that skill...or my main power...over weather..." Darrem mumbled aggrivatedly.

Mastudo wakes up and says, "So we got another powerful person."

Moira feels more inferior by the minuet. Both Adrien and Atsuki and maybe Satul will be unsatisfied with the turn of events.

"They will get over it...It wasn't your fault...." Aedin stated outloud by accident.

"I'm going now.." Darren said walking through the door and back up to the man office floor.

Mastudo shakes his head and gets up walking out.

Moira shakes her head. "No I will die."

"I'll be damned!" Aedin yelled jumping from the bed, "lets go now..." he added walking to the door.

Moira looks at him and asks "Where are you going?" She gets up and looks at Aedin curiously.

"To Satul..." Aedin stated smirking.

Moira shakes her head. "I will stay here then."

"If you are sure then..." Aedin said sighing walking out the door.

Moira then catches up with him. "Aedn I swear you know how to hit my emotions...but..you don't want me killed?"

"Of course not...he will not kill you..." Aedin said smiling.

She follows Aedin still expecting something unpleasant.

"Satul..." Aedin called walking into his office, "I need to talk to you..." he added with his clothes all still torn from Darrens attack.

"What do you need?" Satul asked.

"Does this look fammiliar..." Aedin asked showing him the seal he and Adrien put on him sure he would notice the seal had been broken.

Moira looks down and feels ashamed about the condition he is in.

Satul looked at the seal silently for several minutes, "I do." He said finally, "What happened?"

"I broke it to tap into my full strengh...and I went into blood lust again...I was only trying to help Moira...she was tearing her mind apart...and that was the only way i could help her..." Aedin said sighing, "but the new boy...Darren came across and stopped me quickly with a powerful ice attack..."

Moira just nods waiting for something.

"Moira....its ok...." Aedin said smiling.

Moira looks stiff and shakes her head. "Aedin how can you smile at me? I could not even help you..my cousin ended up remedying the situation."

"It is fine...but he won't be able to beat me again...he only did that because in my blood lust i don't think about defending myself only attacking..." Aedin mumbled

Moira still wants to kick herself and do other bad things to herself but right now she waits for Satul's judgement. I guess I should stay in the medical feild all though it would not hurt for me to get stronger. Still can't help to wonder if being his partner would do me more good...but I am still not fit.

"You will be fine as my partner..." Aedin stated still staring at Satul.

Moira is not sure if she can believe that after his episode with the blood lust. I hope you are right Aedin.

When I gain more control over my gifts that won't happen again... Aedin replied to her.

How do you plan on getting more control?

By someone training me to sharpen my skill and use my power to the fullest without it putting a strain on me. aedin replied.

Aren't the risks for that great?

The worst that would happen is that i died... Adrien murmered sighing.

Moira's lips become thin as she adds pressure to the lips. Her eyes cloud over and guilt just rips through her heart. Aedin...is the risk worth it?...no I think I already know the answer...is me being your partner worth it?

It is worth it to me... Aedin said turning to her smiling.

Moira throws her hands up in defeat. You are impossible to argue with Aedin.

The sooner you realize that the sooner we can move past it... Aedin said smiling.

Moira has to fight hard to resist the urge to smack him. She knows that Satul would have full access to their conversation. We better behave hot shot. I don't want to make Satul mad. Do you?

Don't really care.. Aedin replied shrugging.

Moira blushes as she remembered the heated passionate arguments her mom had with their father and what would result afterwards. She tries to hide her face.

What... Aedin said smiling.

Moira does not say anything and keeps her eyes focused on something.

"What are you starring at..." Aedin asked smiling stepping closer to her.

Moira feels like the heat is rising. Aedin we will discuss it later ok. I will explain myself. All right.

Dark Phoenix got up and headed outside to get fresh air. What if I end up killing her? I didn't mean for her to be hurt..and how am I going to find Avella's brother? he wondered.

"Hello there....My name is Darren...and you would be..." Darren said smiling jumping down from his leafy perch.

Dark Phoenix looked at him a little startled. "Oh..um my name is Dark Phoenix..you are new aren't you?"

"Yeah..." Darren said sighing, what were they trying to do to me...why am i even still here...I need to get away.... he thought to himself forcing a smile.

Dark Phoenix looked at him closely and attempted to converse through the mind. You too huh? The failed to convert you. I am trying to save someone, if you help me we can improve our chances of escape. Will you help? He smiled in return and scanned the area for eves droppers as he shielded the conversation.

What the hell...am i talking to myself...no....It's him...this seems almost too good to be true...is it a trap... Darren rambled on in his mind starring at the man infront of him, yeah...I will help... he replied nervously because of the first time he talked to someone from here.

Good..do you know anything about the base and the people..what they did to you? Do you know anything about a girl by the name of Avella? I am searching for her brother. Dark Phoenix said as he walked along side Darren.

The report i read about her...he is Atsuki...but I am no match for him...unless...can you break a seal....my older brother put it on me before he was killed...by these people I assume...he tried to protect me from them years ago...and sealed most of my strengh away with a six layered seal... Darren responded lowering his guard slightly feeling that he could trust him.

I don't know..I could try to use my new form, but it may take allot of energy..six layered..what was your brother's name? Why did he put a seel on you?

His name was Jaden Hitomi...and he put a seal on me to surpress the majority of my strengh...so I wouldn't be found by these people...but I ran into some one Named Villen in the forest and was overwhelmed...

Villen caught you huh? I can try to remove it..but I can't garuntee it will work, follow me. Dark Phoenix led him to a hidden area and prepared himself for the attempt. "try to make me angry..it seems my other form feeds off my emotions."

"Try to make you angry....ok...this may hurt...." he said forming his spear in his hand, "shatter..." he mumbled collapsing the spear into thousands of tiny blade shards of different elements and sending them spinning around him slicing him all over.

Dark Phoenix grunted and tried to except them, soon his body turned to a darker version of himself and the last of the shards fell to the ground. The darker version walked over to Darren and placed his hand on the seal, he began to chant in an unknown language and soon a glow began to appear around the seal, slowly and painfully it began to dissapear.

Darren groaned in pain as Ice began to incrust to his back forming wings and around his hands and his eyes became a cloudy blue, "there is still one layer left..." he ground out in pain.

Dark Phoenix' wings sprouted from his back as well and his eyes turned gold as he poured more energy into removing the final layer. Finally the last layer was removed and the seal completely gone. Dark Phoenix collapsed, unconcious one the ground, he had used too much of his energy removing the seal.

Darren held back a scream from the pain as the ice around his forearms and hands formed into talons and he doubled over and fell to the ground.

A shadow formed around Darren lending him strength and soothing his pain.

"Its...Ok.." Darren murmered as large rain clouds formed over them and it began to rain rejuvenating the both of them with it's healing aura.

Dark Phoenix still lay unconcious in his darker form, his black wings spread out aroud him. But his face bagan to show a bit more color, and he started to look a little more healthy.

Well now that was interesting... Adrien thought to himself sitting in the tree's above the two of them, most likely a plot to escape...I was hoping this wouldn't happen...

Dark Phoenix....someone is here.... Darren rang in his mind looking around as he stood up.

Drak Phoenix showed no sign of hearing him. He still remained unconcious.

"Hello boys..." Adrien said landing inbetween the two of them.

Damnit....I guess I will have to wing it with him here...wait.....he is one of the people who tried... Darren thought to himself with a furious expression on his face, "You...you had that done to me!!!" he screamed forming his spear in his hand much more powerful this time.

Dark Phoenix' eyes slowly opened, he did not draw any attention to himself as he prepared to attack Adrien.

"You can't hide you building power...just come out with it already..." Adrien muttered laughing, "I still can't believe a little whelp like you got so far in this organization...and you...yes..I had a part in your absorbtion...but it's not like you can do anything about it...." he added biting into his thumb mumbling, "pentagon seal release..." as he exploded with shadow energy.

Darren covered himself and Dark Phoenix with ice to protect them from the blast.

Dark Phoenox shielded them further with his wings. "I don't believe that is for you to decide, it's not against the rules to relaese his binding seel so he is more powerful. play along..we may still be able to get out of this..I am still week from the removol of your seel. He said keeping Darren and his conversation private. "But I am sure my brother will be interseted to know you attacked us."

"Oh that wasn't the attack...that was just me releasing my seal" Adrien murmered.

PLAY ALONG!!! HE WAS THERE WHEN THEY TRIED TO TURN ME Darren screamed in him mind furiously as the spear shattered in his hand.

Dark Phoenix laid a gentle hand on Darren's shoulder trying to calm him. If you don't play along we will be killed or worse. We will get the back for all the wrongs they have done, but right now we must act like we are their friends, he already suspects me we need to play it safe. "And why were you releasing your seel?" He asked turning to look at Adrien.

"...Don't play dumb with me...I know it was you that attacked Risa...you are the only person with that type of skill...no other shadow user could have done that...." Adrien muttered pulling out his sword.

Risa....the girl in the infirmary...you..... Darren rambled backing away from Dark Phoenix.

"Why do you say it was me? You have shadow magic too." Dark Phoeinx said remaining calm. It was an accident Darren..she was about to reveal the location of two people I hold dear..two people that are friends. May magic acted up..I like you, am having trouble controling my magic. "So what are you planning to do Adrien..kill me? That would be a sure fire way of pissing my brother off." He said watching Adrien carefully.

"Do you think I really care if i piss Satul off or not...I have been doing that since you were in diapers...and following us around when we played...and you are the only one that can use that type of shadow skill..." Adrien said teleporting behind them.

He is fast...I don't know if we can keep up with his speed right now...I only know one skill that would allow me to do that... Darren mumbled spreading his ice wings out.

"Adrien..you trully are and idiot. When I was in diapers so was Sutal, we are twins. As for that ability I ask you again what distinguishes it from yours? Are you so jeloius of my relationship with my brother that you wish to set me up as a traitor? perhaps you are the traitor and you are merely trying to find a scapegoat." remain calm..watch my back I may have to call Sutal..my power hasn't returned.

"Moron...who do you think changed your asses...I was four then...and we learned how to use our gifts together....I would love nothing more than for this to never have happened and if i had have killed the girl i would have said so...Satul wouldn't even be foolish enough to challenge me all out...we would both end up dead with noone to watch you or Aedin....but the mere fact of it is, you area traitor...and thus you fall under my jouristicion...please..I will make this quick...or better yet..." Adrien rantedsighing with fustration, "to prove your innocence...allow me into your mind...let me see for myself...then if i do not find anything blocked or anything at all i will never say another word about you as a traitor..."

You can't let him do that...he will find where your friends are..and about me... Darren mumbled, "Adrien...why are you so fixated on him..."

"What were you about to say? when you said, "Who do you think changed your asses..?" what were you about to say?! Dark Phoenix' eyes shown a deep red and his shadows rippled around him. "You did something to me when I was younger..didn't you?!"

"I only protected you....but maybe I shouldn't have....." Adrien said sighing.

Calm down...he is much stronger now with his seal released we cannot beat him in our current conditions... Darren rang in his mind trying to stop him.

"You messed with my abilities when I was younger didn't you?" I will not let this go! I have spent far to many years playing lapdog to them, now I want answers!

"I did no such thing...you merely bloomed late..." Adrien said losing his patients.

CALM DOWN... you told me that we were too weak to take him on now listen to your own advice... Darren twinged in his mind.

Damnit all..if I gave in to my rage..but whose to say I could gain control again if I did that..but it may be worth it to make him suffer.. Dark Phoenix thought, not even talking to Darren, he seemed to be blocking out everything but his anger.
"I think you are the traitor, if I ment so much to you and Sutal than why did you place a seal on me?"

"So your gift didn't destroy your mind before you could control it...we did the same to Aedin...because his was tearing his mind apart as well..." Adrien replied sighing heavily, "why would you call me a traitor...you grew up with me...you know i would not betray Satul...I didn't think you would...until I saw it with my very eyes...you teleporting the girl Kaya away from here....and assisting the other Avella by shielding her with your phoenix's power.."

"Why can't you just go away...you are so infuriating.." Darren shouted furiously as he was no long er able to keep himself at bay either.

Dark Phoenix' eyes shown black with red that danced like flames. His hair lenghtened and was lined ine flame, soon his whole body had a darker look to it, and flames alligning it.His black wings shimered in flame. He soon spoke and his voice sounded different and more mature," You really are a fool, I would think you would pouse and think about why Lanzer changed. He isn't the one who betrayed you, did it ever occur to you that perhaps he is merely the host of the one who is goving you grief?"

"That is a wonderful thought...I would love nothing better than to believe that...but unfortunately I must risk killing him to surpress you..." Adrien muttered appearing behind him.

"Shatter..." Darren mumbled as Ice shards flew quickly at Adrien, missing him because of his teleportation gift, Darren quickly redirected the shards sending them at him again.

"Fool." Dark Phoenix said as he vanished and appeared a small distance behind Adrien. "I Call upon the forces of flame and darkness to bind you!" Soon Adrien felt his movements slow. A black shaft of darkness shot out at him aimed at his heart.

"You are unskilled..." Adrien mumbled waving his hand shattering the binding and teleporting away from the shadow javilyn.

Darren aimed his shards to where Adrien reappeared getting closer with each strike.

Satul appeared before them and glared, "Just what the hell do you think that you are doing?"

Dark Phoenix glanced at Sutal and his eyes lit up with malice. "Killing each other, isn't that obvious or are you to dense to notice?" And with that he muttered under his breath. "I call upon the forces of fire and darkness to lend me aid, I call upon their forces to strike my enemy!" A shaft of darkness struck out and hit Adrien and Sutal in the side.

"Well damn..." Adrien said appearing infront of Satul taking both hits, "He actually hit....me.." he gargled turning around to face Satul spitting up blood and collapsing.

"What's wrong with you?" Satul questioned Dark Phoenix as Adrien fell.

Adrien struggled to get to his feet but was only able to sit up, he murmered, "light prism cage.." as bars of intennse light appeared around Dark Phoenix and Darren making it impossible to use there gifts or escape before falling on his back again coughing up more blood.

Dark Phoenix bared his teeth at the cage and brought his wings close to his side like a cloak. "What am I doing? I am trying to eridicate tyranny in this world, that is why I was sent from mine. I will not fail, I will see you and your crooked association destroyed, and I will continue to use your brother's body to do it."

Satul narrowed his eyes, "Who are you?" He ground out.

"...Satul...take..them..back...so..there gifts..will be..bound ..further....." Adrien gargled trying again to get to his feet.

"Let me out.." Darren ground out furiously.

Dark Phoenix smiled darkly. "I am the one who fights in the name of Justice. Where I come from I am known as Lord Kyden, the liberator. If you try to seal me I garuntee it will kill your little brother. What will it be?" He asked examining one of his feathers with what appeared to be interest.

Aedin....come to me now.... Adrien rang in his mind as he appeared a few moments later.

"Whats wrong..." Aedin asked appearing beside Adrien as he saw Lanzer bound by his spell.

"Oh the "powerful" vampire appears. I ow you a thank you my friend, without you biting my host, I would not have been able to escape fully." Dark Phoenix said as he gave him a mock bow.

Satul watched silently.

Do not taunt me.. Aedin bellowed oppresively in his mind as he slowly walked over to him, "Satul...I want to break the bind..." he said glancing back to him.

"Tsk tsk. No need to yell, I was merely being polite, after all, as I said before, I have you to think for my complete release, to bad you can't control your temper and your primal urges." Dark Phoenix said as he bordly inspected the cage.

If i fail to beat him...you can finish... eh rang soflty to Satul touching the cage as it shattered, "I am your opponent...defend yourself.."

Satul remained silent, a frown touching to his lips.

Dark Phoenix put a hand on his chin looking bored. "Why? There is no point in my attacking you or defending myself at this point. I swear humans are ignorant creatures..Sutal, if you want your brother back you must stop your work, you must stop the damage you are causing to your world. I will give you time to think about it, in the mean time, ta ta." And with that he grabbed Darren and vanished.

I wonder why he refused to fight me...either he is scared...or think's I am not worth his time... Aedin thought to himself turning to Satul saying, "teach me to control my gift better..."

Satul massaged his temples, "Have your brother help you... I'm going to my chambers..." He muttered.

"He can't even move...." Aedin said sighing before falling to his knee's holding his head, no...not...again... he thought as his eye's began to grow a glint of red in them.

"Aedin, these lusts move over you because you allow them to squeeze through your weaknesses." Satul said, placing the palm of his hand against Aedin's forehead, "And until you learn to reach an equalibrium in your soul, your powers are useless to you." Beneath his hand Aedin's forehead became hot as a seal burned itself into the flesh, a seal that he had created weeks ago but had had no chance to use, "This will block off your powers until you can reach that equality in your soul." He said, allowing his hand to drop and turning to leave, "It will also hold that lust of yours at bay."

"You sealed my powers completely away!?!" Aedin ground out cringing in pain.

"I did." Satul replied, "And I won't break the seal until you can control yourself."

"Hello...I am still here...and Satul...I need to speak with you once i'm better..." Adrien mumbled.

"Why did you do that....it's not my equilibrium in my soul...It can't handle the pressure until I learn to control it completely.." Aedin grumbled holding his forehead.

Avella looked over at Kaya and shrugged, "I really don't know, maybe they got caught unexpectedly or something..." She shook her head as she began scooping handfuls of dirt into the flames to put it out.

Kaya nodded and looked back the way they had come. "I hope he is safe.."

Avella sat down, a sad expression flitting over her face, "As do I..." She murmured. "But something... just doesn't feel right."

"What do you mean?" Kaya asked in concern.

"I don't know but..." Avella shook her head, "I need to find him... Something's wrong, I can sense it..." She felt almost frantic.

"You can't go back..they will capture you!" Kaya protested.

"And if I don't, something could happen to him!" Avella said, clamboring to her feet, "I can't deal with that..."

Kaya grabbed her hands. "He told us to keep safe..he would never forgive himself if something happened to you! Besides, he is strong..I am sure he will find an way out."

"I won't forgive myself if something happened to him, don't you see?" Avella was nearly in tears.

"I..it wouldn't be your fault..just have faith in him.."

"I do have faith, but it would feel like my fault." Avella began walking.

Kaya grabbed her and held on. "Don't go!"

Dark Phoenix erased Darren and his trail and appeared infront of them, Dark Phoenix went back to his usuall appearance before the girls saw him. "I will try to get your brother out..but in the mean time I got another refuge."

Avella saw him and nearly collapsed in relief, "What was happening?" She questioned softly.

Dark Phoenix hugged her close. "Nothing. We encountered a slight..complication, but it was fixed. I gave them allot to think about, and with luck they won't want to track you for awhile."

Kaya looked at him with a frown. He's hiding something..I know he is.

Avella frowned slightly as well, but snaked her arms about his waist, "I was worried..."

"I am fine now..just a little tired." He replied as he brushed the top of her hair with his lips and closed his eyes. I wish I hadn't scared her..I can't tell her everything..as much as I want to, I can't.

"Then... by all means, get some rest." Avella said softly, "Regain your strength..."

"Have you found a safe place for us to stay?" He asked barely able to keep his eyes open.

"We haven't been able to go very far yet- Kaya, can you find a place for us to stay?"

Kaya hurred off to find shelter.

Dark Phoenix stumbled and barely remained standing. This isn't good..I took to much energy from my other self..this may take awhile to regain it.. before he could finish his thoughts he began to fall, unconcious.

Kaya came back in time to see him begin to fall. "What happened?!"

"I think he passed out!" Avella said in worry, catching his weight and nearly collapsing as well, "Did you find somewhere for us to stay?"

"Y..yes..over here..Avella..he's BLEEDING!" Kaya said as she spotted blood around the corner of Dark Phoenix' mouth. She quickly led them to a hidden rock overhang and made the best makeshift bed she could. "W..why would he be bleeding..he wasn't before.."

"I don't know..." Avella bit her lip, nearly drawing blood, "He must have gotten hurt..."

Kaya frowned as she picked something off the ground that lay near Dark Phoenix. "What a strange looking feather..it kinda looks like it is made of gems and not feather..it is hard too, I wonder were it came from..it looked like it came off of his clothing."

Avella frowned as well, "We'll have to ask him when he wakes up what it could have come from..."

Several hours passed before Dark Phoenix' eyes opened. He coughed a little and wiped away the blood, he remained on his back and looked a little sickly. 

"What happened?" Avella asked softly from nearby.

"I used up to much energy..but I am fine now." He lied, he didn't want to worry her.

"You were bleeding," Avella pointed out, before holding up the feather that Kaya had found, "And Kaya found this, what is it?"

His eyes widened slightly and he stared at the feather as though in shock. How..it shouldn't have showed in their realm.. "My body took from my health to replenish the strength I used..and I would say that is a feather." He said looking down.

"It isn't an ordinary feather," Avella replied softly, setting it down, "How are you feeling though?"

"Sore..and weak,it will take time before my body replenishes itself..why are you so curious about a strange feather?"

"It is a strange feather..." Avella replied, "Kaya found it near you and thought that perhaps it may have fallen from your clothing. However, that is not what I am most curious about- what occurred before you came to us?"

"Wh...who are these people..." Darren asked waking up from the cage draining him.

"I'm Avella, and this is Kaya." She said quietly.

"So you are the two escapee's from the organization...I'm Darren.." he said with a lucid smile.

Abbatoir Chapter 6
