Competence - The Smith gains a +2 bonus to their equipment, dependant on their specialisation. For armourers, Def increases and for Armsmen Atk is boosted.

Trade Level 1
Craft Armour - The Smith has the ability to craft armour in a smithy.
Craft Arms - The Smith has the ability to craft arms in a smithy.
Trade Level 2
Forging - A smith can lighten the arms or armour he forges, with a weight reduction of -20% weight. This feat is automatically gained.
Purifying - By discarding unworthy materials, the smithy is able to forge custom arms or armour with a +1 atk bonus to arms and a +1 def bonus to armour.
Trade Level 3
Honed Blade - The smith can sharpen any weapon to the point that it gains a temporary +3 atk bonus. This bonus lasts for 1 day. A weapon may only be Honed 10 times before it's edge becomes too brittle. This feat is automatically gained for those with Craft Arms.
Master Armourer - The smith can reinforce any armour to the point that it gains a temporary +3 def bonus. This bonus lasts for 1 day. Armour may only be reinforced 10 times before it becomes too brittle. This feat is automatically gained for those with Craft Armour.
