Kiristo decided to do a bit of shopping for the day. She walked into the Barton Boutique, "Good morning!!" she smiled. Ian, who had been busy stocking the shealves, turned to face her, "Hello, Kiristo. What brings you here this early?" "Beating the daily rush. I want to get all my shopping in BEFORE everyone else in Gaia shows up to get their stuff for the ball." Kiristo said. "So what are you looking to get?" Ian asked. "For now....Just the paper." Kiristo said as she took a Gaia Newspaper from a amll rack and began to read through it. She smirked as one specific articale caught her eye. "Hey, you see this?" She questioned Ian as she pointed to the article and showned him. The headline was 'Coppelia's Dimond: Stolen!' "Oh yeah. That one girl theif stole it last night. Everyone's starting to call her a phantom theif because no matter how hard the authorities try, they can't catch her. She always manages, some way or another, to escape." Ian responded as he leaned over the counter. Kiristo smiled and nodded and continued to read through the articles. "Oh!" she noticed another article in the paper that she liked, "This one's about Duku's Grand Ball tomorrow!" Ian took a look at it, "The ball's for his birthday, right?" "Yeah. He'll be 16." Kiristo answered. "Hm...I guess he's pretty excited if he's throwing a ball for his birthday." Ian said. "Well it's not much longer before he takes his parent's place." Kiristo thought for a moment. Ian nodded, “Yeah…” “Do you know how much Edmund is selling those new G-LOL gowns for?” Kiristo asked. “Uhh…13,000, but I have some dresses a little cheaper here if you want it.” Ian answered. Kiristo laughed a little, “Actually, I’m looking for something a little more extravagant. Sorry…but I know Alaina will want to buy one of your dresses. She’s coming a later today. So…get ready.” Ian nodded and smiled, “All right then.” Then Kiristo put down a few coins on the counter, “I’ll just get the paper for now. See ya!” she said and began out the door. “See ya!” Ian called back and took up the golden coins from the counter.

Kiristo walked all the way to Durem. Before she went to H.R. Wesley, she quickly went to where the museum was supposed to be, but now it looked more like ground zero. There were cops, rescue workers, and reconstruction crews everywhere. Kiristo smirked as she saw the chief of police. Kiristo walked over to him, “She struck again, huh?” “Hm?” The chief turned around to see her, “Oh…Hi, Kiristo…Yeah, that Phantom Thief girl got us again…” he said, then took off his cap and wiped his brow. The chief was a rather large man with short dark hair and a mustache. He wore the traditional police uniform. He then slicked back his hair and put his cap back on, “I just don’t get it…” he mumbled. “Get what?” Kiristo asked and she clutched the lace to her blouse, as though seeming worried. “How is she always able to get away? No matter what defenses we use, she always seems to get past us…” the chief said. Kiristo smirked again, “I guess that’s why people call her a phantom. She can go through anything.” “Yeah, then I guess we need a wall that can hold back a ghost…” the chief said sarcastically. Kiristo laughed a little and walked away. She finally made her way to H.R. Wesley and went in, “Hello, Edmund.” Edmund turned around as he polished something silver in his hand, “Good day. How may I help you?” “I’m looking for a dress.” Kiristo answered. “*ahem* So is everyone else in Gaia I suppose…” Edmund said. “Well….you got any G-LOLs left?” Kiristo asked. Edmund studied her for a moment, “Yes…I think so.” He answered and out down the silver thing her was polishing. Then we walked to the back and came out, he was holding a blue G-LOL dress. Kiristo grinned, “Thank you. Where are the dressing rooms?” “Right over there.” Edmund pointed to the right where Kiristo saw them. “Thanks.” She said and went in to try the dress on. By the time she had come out with the dress on, Feonna was surprisingly there. “Oh! Hey there Kiristo!” Feonna smiled. “Hi Feonna. Here for a dress I presume.” Kiristo winked. Feonna laughed, “Read my mind?” “Nope. I just know you. And the fact the ball is tomorrow was a DEAD giveaway!” Kiristo laughed. “Edmund, do you have Felicia’s gowns?” Feonna asked. Edmund turned around, “Uhh…hm…Yes. Right this way.” He gestured to the back where Feonna noticed a few racks of dresses and such. She headed right over to look at them and pick one out.
After about 30 minutes to an hour, the girls had finally bought their dresses and left the store. “Now where?” Kiristo questioned. Feonna shrugged, “I don’t know…So anyway. I hear that the Sacred Statues are coming to the Gambino museum.” “The small ones that are shaped like angels?” Kiristo asked. “Yeah. You know, the ones with that story about the crafter who made them in the form of two angels who he saw save his life.” Feonna said. “Oh yeah! They are gorgeous!” Kiristo shrieked in glee. “So, what do you plan to do?” Feonna smirked. “What I ALWAYS do. So when are the statues coming in?” Kiristo asked. “Tomorrow. The police are hoping that since the ball is tomorrow they will have enough time to beef up the security before the ‘thief’ gets to them.” Feonna answered. Kiristo chuckled slightly, her eyes gazing off into the distance. Then she snapped back to herself, “Hey! Let’s go to Barton Jewelers! I wanna see if my necklace is still there!” Feonna smiled, “Ok…” “Yay!” Kiristo started running off to return to Barton. “Hey! Wait up!” Feonna called as she chased after Kiristo.
Kiristo’s eyes shinned as she stared through the glass window at a beautiful sapphire necklace in the shape of a heart with diamond wings on it. Agatha walked past as Feonna bent over to whisper to Kiristo, “Why don’t you just steal it like you do with all the other jewels and artifacts you like?” Kiristo sighed, “I’m waiting for my night in shining armor to come along and get it for me. Then he’ll come up to me and put it around my neck…” She began to daydream. Feonna stared at her like she had two heads, “Stick to your thief work rather then romance.” Kiristo sighed again, but this time in a disappointed way, “Yeah…I guess you’re right…Heh…Who‘d fall in love with a master thief anyway?” “Well…If you’re lucky you’ll find someone.” Feonna reassured her. Kiristo smirked, as though not believing her.
