Here's a basic overview of what the class will cover. The lessons will be written in order, and I would advise reading them in order as well, but I'll put links so you can skip to whichever one you want to view. If you see anything that needs elaborated upon, feel free to add more to it, but please don't take down what I already have written without contacting me first. Thankee!

Introduction
List of key learning points; what you will be learning and how the lessons will be taught.

lesson 1
Saftey, etiquette, stance, On Guard, stepping, strength and skill warm-ups.

lesson 2
Revise stance and stepping.  Lunge, backwards recovery from lunge.  Basic attack.

lesson 3
Revise saftey and stepping.  Attack with lunge.  Parries carte and sixte.

lesson 4
Counter-parry and repostes. 

lesson 5
Balestras, disengage
