Nigeria letters

Nigeria letters are a kind of scam. In the beginning they were from Nigeria, but you can get them from all over the world now. The basic thing is that they have some sort of story that explains that they want to send you a big pile of money. The only little catch is that you have to send them some money so that they can make this transfer first.

There are some rules:

1) Yes, criminals have problems transfering money. You are never the solution for their problem.

2) Unknown people on the Internet want your money.

3) If everything finally seems OK, you've had a long discussion and built up trust between you and the scammer, then it's still a scam.

4) No, it's not for real.

5) No, there's not a tiny little chance that it's true and you'll make a profit from it.

6) I said no! A snowball has a bigger chance in hell.

7) No, your case isn't special. Someone is going to fool you to send them money, and you'll never see them again.

It's good if you spend some time to answer these people, but if you aren't very sure about the rules 1-7, then you should stop before even trying. But it might be a good exercise to talk to people like that, but the problem is that the next one will always be better than the last one, and in the end you will always loose money and time.
