This is where the bedrooms are. Rage is paranoid and most of her followers live on this floor. She keeps them here so that she can keep an eye on them, after a while she moves them down. All newcomers and those of her inner circle live on this floor. Each room is inhabited by a Shadow that reports back to Rage and remains unseen.
