This is basically the slums of the city, and is where the Redfist base is at. This place if full of redfist thugs, and some of the most deadly members. The leader Morgoth himself is known to roam the streets! If you see him, it's best to run away or you're as good dead. If you're wondering what happen to all the bums and beggers that are usaully in the streets... they are either in, or dead.
