Species Traits: Normal human, maybe with a bit of insanity, not that she’s ever seen a psychologist to identify the problem.

Description: Teva has curly (but not quite ringlets) sunshine blond hair streaked with pale grey (almost white) that just barely makes it to her shoulders… sometimes. Her eyes are a honey hazel color flecked with chocolate if you get close enough. She has rather delicate features but an upturned pixie like nose that may seem a bit too small. She is almost six feet tall, flat chested for the most part, with an overall athletic build. She has a ‘hard drive’ of sorts installed in her upon graduation from the academy and everything she ever learned, or does learn, is converted into a type of data and stored in it. Her eyes work like miniature scanners and pick up what she is looking at and retrieve information on it from her mind, displaying it so that she can see the information in her line of vision (just her, it doesn’t make a holograph). She can also call up info to her vision just by thinking about it. Her skin has been altered only so that she can handle any plant (even the hazardous ones and various chemicals involved with her research) without wearing gloves.

Personality: She is a rather gruff but not unpleasant person. She is a definite in-charge type and is very prompt. She has a hint of a ‘I don’t give a damn’ attitude, but she knows who to show respect to. She loves a good joke too. She has a good sense of humor.

History: Teva went to the most esteemed natural sciences academy on Earth. She was a brilliant student before she came and did well in all her classes (although she was a bit disruptive with a less than caring attitude for the teachers and the work, and general back talk). She graduated near the top of her class and appointed to go on the ship, against her will. Nobody actually knows what she wanted to do, if she had been given the choice. She is good at her job though.

Other: Teva has a thing for drugs. She is a user, but she does not let it affect her work. Most people don’t even notice it about her. That is, except for her typical cigarette like item she is usually smoking. It isn’t tobacco, it’s some blend of herbs she grows herself. It works sort of like vitamins and coffee all rolled into one.
