2006-12-13 [Firenze]: To be honest this page needs a lot of work, for starters full stops, capital letters and proper punctuation might be nice. Also showing that you can use pseudo html, adding colour and showing you can link wiki pages as well instead of having the read things.

You have not said:
- Whether you can handle forums, polls etc.
- Whether you can get on with members of the crew.
- Whether you can make good reports.

Your English is incoherent and not that impressive to be quite honest. So to me that says your English is pretty bad, no offence.

There is a lot more than that you could improve on, but these are just a few things that could be done. I suggest you look at some of the people who have been accepted into the crews applications or even some of the highly ranked ones.

2006-12-13 [Paz]: Also make sure talk about what your abilites are :P Mention a couple noteable things you have done and what you plan to do in the future to help this site. Go with what [Firenze] says as well, improve english o.o The crew needs to be able to use -nearly- proper english, so show that you can here :)

Fix the wiki links. For ideas on what you will do... make them coherent and understandable so people actually have some idea what you are planning to do to help out.
Separate each idea into different, complete sentences (or bullet them in an organised fashion), and when you change topics... start a new paragraph ;)
As for reports, if you're going to write that you've made a ton of them, make you have! Making lots of good reports is another way to get yourself "noticed".

Make the page pretty too... helps to stand out from the rest of the crowd.
