Elftown secret service has made this comment about this member:

[boat] and [woohoo] use the same computer and have very similar email-addresses. And they are both wiki-destroyers.

UPDATE: This member has been banned for altering wikis without permission and his overall attitude. 

UPDATE: After nearly a year of being banned, this person has been given a second chance.
