NOTE for Digital Art Resources --> Psp Picture Tubes & Psp Picture Frames:
Png's work just as well as psp images for "tubes & frames". They can be 'exported' into the tubes & frames for Paint Shop Pro by Jasc, now owned by Corel, just as easily as a psp image AND png's are a smaller file size than a psp image AND they are visible. (A gif can't be used, unless you want a flattened image, which produces a white background, but who'd want to, really? Ewwww! For e.g., if the ornaments on this page were gifs, they'd be absolutely horrid, b/c these in particular, need the 'softness' that a png allows and furthermore, PSP would flatten & give a white background to them.) Bottom line: Images DO NOT have to be PSP images to be able to donate them</i>

Ok, this psp image uploads as an url (even though I made this into 'one' layer) & to see it, you have to download it, but it opens with Paint Shop Pro (PSP). I don't know of any browser that allows a psp to be visible. My guess is b/c a psp image can be saved with multiple layers, just like a psd (Photoshop document) can. I don't know about all the graphics' programs out there, but I do know that Photoshop 7 does not recognize this psp format. Therefore, a psp can't be opened in this program, only PSP, that I know of.

PSP - File size = 1.07 MB:

Now, here's the same image as a png., recognized & can be opened by many graphics' programs, AND can be exported into, as a "picture frame" or "picture tube" in PSP, just as well as a psp image.
