2011-05-31 [nehirwen]: B12 can be found in animal products (meat, fish, eggs & dairy products), as long as you're not vegetarian you should have enough intake of B12 through food to not need tablets. (and a lot of meat replacers have B12 added, at least in the Netherlands)
