With the money they receive for this procedure, doctors Jovanovic and Sampson dissect and study magic beings, trying to figure out how magic works. Bastien has also been known to grow obsessed with lovely bright eyed girls, stalk them, then, well, dissect them too, so, if you're magic, he'll hunt you, and if you're not, he'll hunt you.
