-What are your hobbies?
Drawing, listening to metal music, riding my bike for fresh air and exercise, throwing my Aerobie with a good friend, comic book reading and minor collecting, freelance illustration, small entrepreneurial endeavors in self publication and generally just being wacky. :D

-How did you end up on Elftown?
Already a regular member at Elfwood.com, as I was browsing through folks galleries, I kept seeing talk of Elftown in members gallery comments. After awhile, I got curious, signed up and took a look around. Like what I saw and decided to stay. :)

-What do you like most about fantasy: writing, images, reading etc.?
I love to look at other artist's work in the genre and see what captures me. I'm often blown away at some of the talent out there that really let their creativity, imagination and mediums go wild. It also tends to inspire and motivate me to continue following my own journey in art and life. :)

-Questions about the content of the house:

*How were the graphics/pictures made?
Everything is created through my own creativity, imagination and artistic vision. It's then fleshed out in small thumbnails, sketched out on the real working surface with a blue sketch pencil, fine tuned, sharpened and detailed with a mechanical pencil, inked on vellum, scanned into Adobe Photoshop, cleaned up and then digitally colored. Depending on the overall size of the image(s)... sometimes I can spend hours upon hours upon hours. :D

*Tell more about the artwork on your house.
Almost all of my artwork is fantasy related and rendered in a comic book-esque style. Most of the stuff you see posted in my house is concepts, spot illustration, webcomic or comic book stuff. I'm currently working towards building an actual body of work in my artistic journey.

*How often do you update it?
Depends. I update my wikis more than I do my ET house these days. :P Though I do try to change it up every once in an ancient blue moon. XD

-What is it you do mostly on Elftown?
Currently, I'm having fun with writing and illustrating an ongoing webcomic called Spazznik. :D I'm also hosting a small comic workshop over in The Comic Workshop. The format being focused on at the moment is single panel cartoons. There are a few folks already there participating and can be found in the TCW - Single Panel Cartoons. Last, but certainly not least, I'm putting together a more serious side of my art in a wiki entitled Art of Derek Henderson. It's here you will eventually find my work as finished art prints and the progressions leading up to the final product. Some of the images might even make it on to t-shirts as well... we'll see. Admittedly, it's slow going right now but I'm working on it. :)

*Is there a particular thing you like about Elftown, such as a specific wiki?
Just love to roam around in poeple's ET houses, look at art, follow links to their wikis and whatever other fun and cool stuff I happen to discover. :D

-Is there a member whose house you really like yourself? Why do you like that house?
Off of the top of my head...
[travs the bean] - He's a good friend, a great talent and a person who I've worked with in the past. :)
[deeterhi] - Don't really know her that well but she has some really nice comic work. :D
[Yncke] - A cool person who's really improved with her art. ;)
[NOOOPE] - A fun and wacky girl who often flirts with creative genius. :P
[Nocturnaliss] - A former girlfriend who's as unique as her nifty stylized art.

-Have any critique/comments/suggestions/admiration etc. on a specific Elftown matter?
I'd love to see a whole new flux of artists and writers from Elfwood make their way here. It's time to liven the place up a bit with a whole new generation of fantasy and sci-fi folks!!!

-What is your message to all Elftowners?
