Welcome to Elftown Festivals, the place for everyone to celebrate the next up and coming Festival.
Be it Halloween, Christmas, New Years or one of the many many others!

It's your choice how you celebrate here.
You can walk right in and order a few drinks, to get you into the spirit. Of course all drinks will be on the house!
If you'd like to help out you can organise and maintain competitions.
Or you can head over to the competitions and celebrate with creativity!

Interested in helping out?

As you can probably imagine, Festivals needs a lot of people to keep it in tip top form - so that as many up and coming festivals are listed. So if you are interested in doing some odd art - creating festival pages - organising events - or just serving the chilled beverages - then leave a message here and let us know. - Festivals Staff

2008-03-07 [xido]: Mardi Gras happens prior to Lenten every year, which can change (dates) from year to year. It is a huge festival, with a deep and intriguing history connected to many cultures around the world.

2008-03-07 [nehirwen]: If you want, you can make a competition for it. :)

2008-05-21 [nehirwen]: St. Patrick's Day Festival is now open for 2009. :)

2008-11-13 [Thunder Cid]: Shouldn't the Halloween festival be closed now?

2008-11-13 [nehirwen]: Yes, thanks. :)

2008-11-13 [Thunder Cid]: No problem :)

2008-11-14 [nehirwen]: A new festival has now opened! April Fools Day Festival ^_^

2008-11-14 [Thunder Cid]: Okay so I had a talk with another Elftowner and she pointed out that festival writing was overlooked. Therefor I'm am going to conduct an experiment with the April Fools Day Festival and see if writers will be attracted to the idea or not.

2008-11-14 [nehirwen]: We had a writing section (festival description) contest before on all festivals, but no one entered. But you're free to try again with general writing this time.

2008-11-14 [Thunder Cid]: I thank you kindly. I'll be sure to help encourage writers to participate in this event.

2008-11-14 [nehirwen]: Great. :)

2008-11-16 [nehirwen]: Easter Festival is open again! :)

2008-11-27 [Alexi Ice]: When are the Christmas contests opening?

2008-11-27 [Imperator]: I would vote for tomorrow, after Thanksgiving.

2008-11-27 [nehirwen]: All I can say is soonish..

2008-11-28 [Alexi Ice]: Awesome ^^ lol. Me and Cid were wondering about it.

2009-07-05 [Nioniel]: midsummer festival is done (methinks)...and open, one would assume.

2009-08-08 [LIL_ELF_GURL14]: you know what would be really cool
like a REAL festival :P
where we all show up at some place...
dressed all fantasy like. :)
i would totally go to something like that
just pitching and idea :P

2009-08-09 [moira hawthorne]: considering that ET is a world wide meeting place...
where would we be able to hold this 'like a REAL festival' so everyone would be able to show?

2009-08-09 [Alexi Ice]: It's a cool idea but not very plausible.

2009-08-09 [nehirwen]: It's a sweet idea, but it's better to keep it more local, for financial reasons etc.
I know the dutch Elftowners are wanting/planning to meet each other at some point for example.
You can always try to find Elftowners that don't live far away as well, and set up a meeting yourself. :)
